I truly hate giving 1-star ratings. I cringe just writing this. But this Pizza Hut location is seriously probably the worse pizza joint in the entire country. I've been many times. Suffice it to say, they lack customer service, quality, and freshness. If it says 10-20 mins until the pizza will be ready, plan on 40-60. Unless you like fiddling your thumbs or napping in the car. If you walk in and sit down at the bar area, which is 5 seats complete with menus, silverware, and specials, don't plan to be served. Ironically - this isn't a seating area you can sit at until you order. What the hell is the point of the menus, then? And, don't you dare expect your order to be right. Their attention to order specifics is astonishingly horrendous. Unless you want poor service, digestive issues, and frustrating service, don't come here... you'd be better off at the gas station. read more

When I moved to this area almost 27 years ago, this was my favorite place to order pizza. It just keeps getting worse and worse. I ordered pepperoni and green peppers on my Tastemaster. I had very few green peppers on my large pizza. I put all of them on the two slices I ate. They were sliced too thin so they were also hard. Now I have 80% of my pizza left with about one tablespoon of sauce spread over 80% of the pizza. Does this restaurant realize there should be sauce on the pizza? About 10% of the slices had sauce. Cheese was very minimal. Pepperoni was great If only the pizza had been as they show in their ads zzand commercials. And no green peppers or adequate cheese. This was Pizza Huts last chance. I'm going elsewhere where you need two hands to carry two large pizzas. I used one hand to carry both large pizzas. This has happened more and more I'm switching restaurants. Really sad read more

Their staff is friendly and helpful. Their food is always fresh. This is a great spot to go on game days.

I was gonna take away a star but they cooked my pizza exactly the way I asked and it's rare that Pizza Hut gets it right! So the quality of the pizza made up for the crappy customer service I received over the phone when I call to tell them I was outside! read more

I'm frustrated, because I'd rather give my feedback to the owner, but there seems to be no way to communicate directly with them, so I'll post my experience here. On 7/23 I pre-ordered for later pickup 4 large pizzas. The pick-up time was stated as 7:45pm. I arrived on time, and went to the door. I know that they've shortened their hours, but it wasn't closing time yet, yet it was dark inside, and appreared that way. I opened the door, and sure enough there were no customers, but several employees were present. If it had been a locker room, they'd have been too busy popping towels, to notice me. As it was, I was trying to get their attention, but they really either couldn't hear me or didn't care. I did not have a mask to go inside, so I continued to stand there at the entry waiting for someone to decide to look around or respond, but they were still too busy with their personal conversations, music, etc..., so after continuing to being ignored, I stepped inside. Mind you there were no customers there at all. ZERO. I waited again for them to acknowledge me, but they didn't so I walked to the counter, and although now I know they were aware of my presence, they still ignored me. I ended up nearly walking all the way to the counter, before a young lady finally came around the corner and asked if she could help me. I said I was here to pick up 4 pizzas and gave my name. She pointed to the soda machine. I said, no, I don't need a drink. I'm just here to pick up a to go order. She had to ask my name, as she clearly didn't listen to anything I had just said. At this point, she disappeared, without a word. Out of respect for the mask request posted on the door, I went back to wait at the door assuming, she'd bring them to me. As I was standing there waiting, the two young men who were too busy to notice or help me earlier decided to stop whatever they were doing behind the conter and rapidly approached me and said 1) The dining room is closed. I said I'm not here to dine in, just picking up. Then he said 2) You need to get out of this building. I looked at him quizically and said what? he repreated the command, and said I was breaking the law not wearing a mask. I just responded that I'll leave as soon as you guys bring my pizzas to me. It went downhill from there. I didn't want to be inside the restaurant to begin with, I was just there to pick up, and only went inside after they ignored me at the door and after making multiple attempts to get their attention verbally. I was left with no choice, but to go inside. Then, instead of simply saying something polite, such as Sir, would you mind waiting outside, we'll bring your pizzas to you, he decided to go all Paul Blart Mall Cop on me, and be a real bully about it. IF you are going to have contactless pickup, your employees need to be prepared to do their job, and not make people come inside if they aren't wanting to or are not prepared to. I had been on a bike ride and had purchased the pizzas for a small group of people to eat outside next door at a picnic table. This whole thing was a bad enough experience for me to simply mark them off my list. The entire staff was so personally distracted and disengaged to begin with it wouldn't have been an issue. It's no wonder that business seems to be suffering and hours are cut back. As I rethought the whole experience, it should have been as simple as them politely offering to bring my pizzas to me outside, as I expected, instead of disappearing without a word and not coming back, I wouldn't have even come inside or waited inside (albeit only one step inside the door) had they been paying attention or responded. But at the end of the day they have no process for how to pick up a pizza without coming in, apparently. Even places like Whataburger have figured out how to do that. The pizzas elevate the experience to a 1 star, as they were their normal predictable selves, nothing great in any way, but nothing horribly bad, either. I feel bad for the owner, whoever that is. I'll readily admit I did not present my normal friendly response to the whole thing, as it caught me so off guard with the menacing threats and complete lack of intent to provide legitimate service, that I stooped to their level and basically responded that you don't have to be a F'n d!*k. But, I'm pretty sure that was the conscious choice made by both employees, when coming at me while I waited at the door, from behind the counter 30 feet away. read more

Friendly and quick delivery. Got the meaty marinara pasta. It was good but I'm not sure about the meaty part. No reason for that. You should be able to add meatballs or extra cheese or something!! read more

I have always been a PH fan. Only complaint with this store is the employers failure to wear gloves while preparing the food. I observed the eemplooyees going in/out refrigerated units (handles). wiping off counters with paper towels and returning to prepare pizzas. read more

Do not frequent this establishment. I ordered 3 Pizza's online and they never delivered. The manager made a decision to cancel the order because it was made close to fireworks time at the Gaylord. They charged my card, the text I received from Pizza Hut to track the order said it was in the oven for an hour. When I called, the manager was rude and defensive on the phone. There are plenty of other pizza establishments who will welcome my business from now on and I recommend you find an alternative as well. read more

I like this restaurant BUT something isn't working. Place is popular and employees are super busy doing all tasks. They have to start preparing orders, stop, greet new customers and take new orders, previous order is left unfinished. Tables don't get cleared because staff is running everywhere doing everything! Twice and sadly our last time, we ordered a pizza with a large salad and beer. Pizza comes, beer delivered by age legal employee and the salad doesn't arrive OR it is 10-15 minutes late. Employees seem to be hustling and work efficiently. More employees are needed with designated job duties. Take out business is popular for added challenges. Management take notice and use workers wisely. They can't do everything at once. read more

The worse customer service ever. Ordered dinner at 8:14. Tracked by order for almost an hour. Took screen shots to show the progress. It never progressed past "we're making your order". I called after 9:15 to see why it was taking so long. I was told they came to my home & I didn't answer. There is no way. I never left & I have 3 small dogs that bark at everything. I was also told that they went next door & ask my neighbor if they had the right house. My neighbor said no one ever came to their house. The manager was very rude on the phone & refused to give me the correct corporate number or his name. When I called again to tell him the number he gave me was incorrect, the girl who answered laughed at me & said I would have to be put on hold so I hung up. We stayed at Great Wolf Lodge and decided to order Pizza. I drove there to pick it up,since they are not allowed on Great Wolf property. YOU CAN'T GET SALAD BAR RANCH THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. The only way you can get it is to order a salad. When I tried to order a salad he said no it wasn't a true salad. I offered to pay for it and he said absolutely not. The pre-packaged ranch Pizza Hut has is GROSS. Where I am from you can get salad bar ranch anytime. This made us all mad and will never eat here again. read more
