We will not be going back here. It was a simple order of a medium pizza, with pepperoni, sausage, and jalapeño, and salad. When my husband brought it home, we received the cheeseless pizza with pineapple. I called and they told me they would make the correct pizza. Per Shane, the manager, there was a mix up in the kitchen. I drove back up there. When I was waiting for my pizza, Shane came out and said they dropped the remake. It would be another 6 minutes to remake the remake. I remained polite and said okay. I finally got the pizza. When I got it home, it was covered n grease. My husband called and asked for a refund. Instead of just refunding us, Shane told us to bring the pizzas back so he could see what we were talking about. My husband and I drove back up there, 3rd time now, and Shane said they put the garlic sauce on the box instead of the pizza. We finally got a refund and hour later. Now, we are eating Taco Bueno. Food could be much better and they need to work on the quality check. My pizza order was wrong. I ordered extra cheese, ham and pineapple. I got no extra cheese. Very little pineapple and that was on half of the pizza. The other half was pepperoni. That is no where on the receipt. It was burned as well. And the chicken Alfredo was gross. There was hardly any Alfredo sauce on it. Just was not good. The cinnamon knots were good. There are so many pizza places around. Will have to go back to my go to places. read more

As it was a cold evening, it was perfect evening for pizza for dinner. The ordering process via the mobile app was easy and straightforward. Eventually, the app indicated my pizza was on its way to be delivered. Sometime later, I heard a faint knocking on my door. I looked out the window to see the delivery car on my driveway. When I opened the door, I pointed to the doorbell and asked if it was not working. He responded that he prefers to knock on the door. Since I had not ordered from Dominoes in months, I hope his fellow delivery coworkers do not share his preference of door knocking rather than using the doorbell. read more

Bunch of incompetence here. Delivery person calls me saying they are at my door. No one there. She starts sending me pics of my neighborhood as if I'm confused. It took over 30mins for her to get me my food. As I open the door half of my food is sitting on the ground. I asked for a receipt that I could sign, and she says I have no idea where it is. After opening my pizza this is what I find. I call the store and Justin the mgr tells me that "sometimes thin crust will do that in the box". Absolutely the best Pizza in Flower Mound. The management is professional and over the top with customer service, the employees will give you the shirt off their backs and by far 5x as fast as anyone to your door. If you are hungry, and want good food for a great price call and turn your stop watch on. Pizza Hut will take 45 minutes, Domino's will be so hot at your door in 15 minutes that you will have to wait another 5 minutes to eat it! 5 Stars and great job guys!! read more

We gave our son $40 for pizza - when the driver showed up- pizza bill was ~$23 and the driver took the $40, gave our son the pizzas and left without giving him any change. My wife ordered the 5 topping chicken pizza which was $7.99!!! We got home , started to eat. The pizza and had too much sauce not enough cheese and wasn't cooked enough as pizza was too gummy. I order a pizza that was supposed to be well done with bacon and chicken. When it arrived the pizza was undercooked, the apparently the delivery man help it wrong because all the topping slid off the pizza and we're piled on the edge of the box. We get Dominos every week. Ever since they changed the sauce my family doesn't want any other fast food pizza. The sandwiches from the chicken with chipotle sauce to the steak sandwich is alway a great choice. My daughter loves the chicken Alfredo and the thin crust pizza is awesome. The only thing I don't like is every time we get the brookies ( brownie and cookie desert). It is either undercooked or overcooked. I loved pappa johns pizza but they are not worth the 1.5 to 2 hr wait! the Brooklyn style at dominos is way better anyway! The Dominos app never crashes either unlike pizza hutt and pappa johns.
