I ordered online. So I get to the store to pay card machine was broke so they had to take my card to the back to run it. Employee was pleasant and service was quick. The store was desserted other than the employees so it was very quiet. So I take my food and head home. I get home with the food I start with the wing's they were average at best. The pizza was horrible it had no sauce and the pepperoni tasted like baloney and the crust tasted like a biscuit. The cheese bacon bread also tasted like a biscuit. Really nice experience, everything inside was very clean, went a little later in the evening so the salad bar was put away. The staff was very friendly, polite and brought our order to us in a very prompt manner and it was definitely worth it. I mean I know pizza is a very common thing but good pizza is always worth mentioning. Will definitely come back soon! read more

This is the worse pizza place I ever been to. I took my wife and kid hear to enjoy the buffet since where we live no longer exist. However, after going up to the buffet there were nothing but pizza that has been sat out that look like for days. They were old and stale looking. I brought this to there attention and pretty much was like , " well I haven't seen it but there is new coming out. I said it looks terrible. I've been to this Pizza Hut's Buffet twice this year, the last time being today simply for material for this review. The first visit was not great and since then they have remodeled the dining area so it at least looks like it isn't closed. Previously a large part of it was roped off. My main complaint the first time was that all the pizzas on the buffet table were undercooked, with raw pastry in the center. I wish that was the only criticism I had today. The selection of pizzas has gone down, for the buffet, and the place certainly was not busy. Napkins have been replaced by rolls of paper towels jammed into the salt and pepper caddies at the tables. Interesting. Service was ordinary, they've taken away the sign at the door that says "Wait to be Seated." Eventually someone noticed me. After pouring my soda the guy at the counter walked off into the back of the dining area without a word. I guessed I should follow my drink and apparently was correct. Lots of this I can forgive, I could care less about the service, all I wanted was abundant decently good pizza. I intended to have a piece of everything offered on the buffet just so I could review it here, and I can eat a lot of pizza. I only managed four slices of today's menu. I appreciate that the pizzas were cooked this time, but I got a little scared when I was biting into what I thought was a sausage pizza or a ham and pineapple pizza and what I tasted didn't match what I saw. There was a lot of uhoh factor in this pizza. The sausage on the sausage pizza was only sausage at first glance. I pried a piece off to taste by itself and I am guessing it's the company's substitute for sausage and is probably the goo that meat packers make from discarded bits of faces and spinal tissue. Probably very nourishing but not real sausage. Has a kind of dark chocolate look to it and I could compare it to very nasty things. I had a piece of what might have been a simple cheese pizza and there was a single Maraschino-red vegetable on it that might have been a tomato. I stared at it awhile in wonder. Why include that? On the Hawaiian slice, the three shreds of pineapple were obviously pulled from a can of pineapple chunks. I saw a pizza on the buffet that I can't even match to anything on the menu they've posted online. It looked like a big cracker with raspberry jam on it. I didn't try it and to my knowledge no one else did. I sampled the bread sticks, one was cinnamon and has no place on a pizza buffet. The other was what I hoped was garlic bread but no, it must be something people call Italian Herb. Both types were flat, hard and had clearly been in the bins for a long time. Pizzas on the buffet weren't even hot, the best I got was warm, the worst was cold. I can get cold pizza at home the day after I buy it somewhere. I don't need a restaurant for that. After four pizza slices I quit, I really didn't want to try anything else they had out. read more

Walk in at 5 pm in the afternoon no one was in the dining area ask for a table for 6 and then we ended up with 8 people the waiter was confused... We ended up having three people servicing us.. I ordered a salad and a personal pan pizza and got my personal pan pizza and had it ate before they even brought my salad out... Not once did they come over and asked to clean off the table.. I had my pizza ate and most of my salad ate before the rest of our table received thier food .. Don't waste your time on this place won't be going back! read more

I came in at 11:30 am and there was very little seating available; half of the dining room was blocked off, and tables hadn't been cleaned off. The salad bar is meh at best, and when I tried to take a plate, I found it was dirty after I started to put salad on it. read more

We walked in, the lobby was so disgusting for one. They told us to seat ourselves, then while doing so did not find one table that was clean. There was only one table of people and the rest of the restaurant was empty. The place was disgusting and very unkept. We all left before the waitress even came to us. Never going back. read more

I called in a carry out order and talked with a new employee over the phone. The new employee told me that I could do one thing on my order, but when I got to the store, I was told I could not. I was not told what my total would be over the phone, so when I got to the restaurant the total ended up being double what I anticipated. I understood that the new employee told me the wrong thing, but instead of explaining what happened and giving me what I was told I would get...the cashier was slightly condescending and argued with me, basically, as to why I was stupid for even thinking I could do what I had asked the employee to do in the first place. This has just been remodeled and is now clean and attractive. Had the special two different pizzas and they were very good. Love pizza Hut brownies and no problem there. Service was small town great. Will eat here again. read more
