Its was always nice to see same people, but lately the "new" staff has been very careless and rude. Always telling me they don't have what I want. And recently my order was supposed to be ready within 20 minutes and be ready to pickup by 5:45pm. I showed up at 6pm and it wasn't ready. Lady nicely ask to give her a few minutes then I returned 10 minutes later and still wasn't ready told me to give her 5 more minutes, but by that time I asked if it was still going to be long since I had already been waiting over 30 minutes plus the 20 minutes I was told it was originally gonna take to be ready for pickup. Tonight I received the worst food ever from a fast food restaurant. Half of my order wasn't available after I ordered and paid for it. I was told that they ran out of dough. I'm sorry but you're a pizza joint how do you run out of dough? Then I got home to find that the boneless wings I ordered were completely raw and cold. Tried to call this store multiple times to make them aware of the issue and no one would pick up the phone. I had to call the call center to speak with a customer service manager to tell them about the issue and all I got was excuses saying that the oven must not be working. How do you take a pan out of an oven and not notice that pan isn't hot and the food isn't steaming? She also said she would call me right back after contacting the manager of the store but I never heard back from her. These employees are going to end up killing someone by serving them raw chicken. But I guess when most of your employees are walking around high as a kite you can't expect much from them. read more

Placed a delivery order over phone. Then we get a call back saying they don't deliver . So I go pick up and I get there 5 mins before the ready timed displayed on their screen. I didn't even get my pizza until 16 mins. After the ready time.so I was there for 21 minutes. The manger on duty was NOT helpful or act like she EVEN cared about my business. I use to love this Pizza Hut before they have the manger they have now (she was working today 7/12/2018 4pm). The food is ok. Be sure to check your order before you leave the store. My order has bee incorrect more than once. But back to the manager... She is so rude. If I'm not mistaken she was the manager at the location on Randleman Road (I was in the store one night when she got in a argument with a customer). The way she talks to not only customers but the employees is embarrassing and uncalled for. If this location plans on keeping her around, please get her some customer service and soft skills training. read more

Back to back times - 3 mths apart - I called in a to go and showed up and paid - and they had not even made the pizzas. They told me just few minutes and the first tie I waited 40 minutes in a little lobby/foyer. The second time I said Im not paying until u assure me the pizzas are in the oven. She did, I paid and waited 35 more minutes before finally getting a refund and leaving - they had not even made the pizzas. Do not recommend this place at all. I live 8.6 miles from this location and they can't make a 10 min drive down the interstate to my house. Also when you call in and place an order, they send you to a call center in another state. Although this Pizza Hut is local, you can't speak to a person on site to explain that you live only 2 exits down the highway. The positive side that I found is that dominos is further away and they will deliver to my house. That's a plus b/c I like their pizza better anyway. Don't waste your money at this location. I would like to start by saying that if these Pizza Hut employees end up making $15 an hour I may lose my sh*t. My orders the last 2 times have been so ridiculously botched I almost had to laugh. I actually sent my husband there with a screen shot of what our Pizza was supposed to look like after they redelivered it wrong again. I tried to call to speak to management but apparently they have a call center now. The girl was clueless about what was even supposed to come on our veggie pizza. Spoiler: it's vegetables! Our 1st one showed up with chicken on it. She tried to patch me through to the store and hung up on me. I called back and was patched through again only to stay on hold for 17 minutes. I hung up. About an hour later after I ordered the pizza I called the store to check and see if the pizzas, an order that was over $90 made it to the destination. The customer service transferred me over to a manager to verify. The manager a person named Michelle was rude from the start. It took her a minute to verify my order in the system. After a short wait on hold she stated that are you (the name) I told her my name and the instructions to have the delivery person to call me back once delivered. She said in a loud frustrated voice yelling that, "They are already there, they are already there." I said well maam that's what I calling about. Then she stated well since you are getting upset then Bye, have a bless day. Then she immediately hung up the phone. In an attempt to get answers I called back and asked her why did she hang up on me? She stated in a loud voice that felt to me confrontational that she was with a customer and she was done talking to me. I couldn't believe what I was hearing from this organization (PIZZA HUT). She continued to say are we done yet, are we done yet. Then she told me, "Well you should've called the people you ordered for to see if they got the order." I explained to her that this was a surprise BDAY party for the kids and I should be able to call Pizza Hut because I just spent 90 dollars with you guys and that you are the ones I done business with. I said maam whats your name. She said Michelle. I said do you have a last name. She stated that she not going to give out her last name. I try to confirm if she was the manager, she said no I'm not. My hysband and I often order take-out from this location and are usually satisfied but not today. Normally he's driving and I have the pleasure of maneuvering a piping hot pizza until we make it home. Today, he got in the car and handed me a warm pizza. He went back in and was told the girl was new and thought we had 2 pizzas when we had one pizza that was a half and half. For whatever reason, it was not put in the warmer after it was taken out of the oven to remain hot. They offered to put it back in the warmer. Ugh, what!!!?????? I called and spoke with the manager who was rude and condescending. I wanted to know why it even sat out for a minute knowing it shouldn't have. She continued to offer to put it back in the warmer. At this point I was hotter than the pizza and told her if we wanted to warm it we could put it in our own oven at home which is what ended up happening. She offered a credit and then hung up. Just wanted to say after today's experience I will never eat at Pizza Hut again. After being told my food would be delivered in 30 mins or less I was called and told they refuse to deliver to my location because they are located over 10 mins away. I then spent 45 minutes on the phone being transferred over and over again only to be told there was nothing they could do for me. Congrats Pizza Hut you lost one of the only people who actually preferred your food over Dominoes. I wish there was an option lower than one star. read more
