He apologized for our experience and invited us to give Hooters another chance. I have never had a business reach out by phone to personally apologize. This went a long way with me. We did give them another try. I'm happy to report that our second visit was the complete opposite of the first. Our server, Tiffany, greeted us immediately and actually offered drinks before we were even seated. Service throughout the meal was prompt, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. Our food arrived quickly, hot, and exactly as ordered. More importantly, this didn't feel like management simply "putting on a show" because they knew we were coming (they didn't). It felt like a restaurant that had genuinely corrected the problem I described in my original review. Andrew also offered to comp our meal as a goodwill gesture if we were to come back. While I appreciated the offer, I declined because I wanted to evaluate the restaurant as a regular paying customer. We paid for our meal ourselves, and because Tiffany provided exceptional service, we left her a $50 tip. I stand by my original review because it accurately reflected what happened that evening. However, I also believe businesses deserve credit when they acknowledge a problem, take responsibility, and fix it. Based on this visit, Hooters at The Legends appears to have done exactly that.
