I was cleaning out my junk folder and they had a $7 deal and me, cheap enough, sounds great. I hop on their website and I don't even have to think, three of my favorite items just pop out at me a chicken Alfredo bacon Calzone type thing, Also a 6 count garlic Parmesan boneless wings and a pasta veggie bowl with lots of cheese and marinara. I was in utter shock at how amazing this food was executed. Dude, I'm not even kidding. It was absolutely like mind-blowing chicken tenders dude like these little freaking chicken nugget things like I don't even know how, but they like had this breading that was like, like extra. The sauce was so perfect and not too much! I don't I just, you'd have to taste it, bro. That's all I can That's just it. I've never had wings like that and the pasta was that good and the calzone thing, oh my God, the pizza crust was so thin, It was like a cracker and the whole topping was like this wonderful thick layer of oil with all these herbs and seasonings and garlic and oh my word! This pizza hut has definitely kicked up their quality. We moved to Laporte 6 years ago and it had always been hit or miss. But in the last year they have been on point or at least every time I have ordered. They deserve recognition for always making fresh hot pizza. The staff is always friendly and fast as well. read more

Last night we ordered 3 large stuffed crust pizza. Total come out to $80, the problem was the pizza was not worth $80. The pizza looked good when it arrived it was still hot, barely had any sauce it was dry and hard. The pizza we got was overpriced Little Caesars quality pizza Next time we want poor quality we will get it from Little Caesars where the quality fits the price. Service was great. Last week a delivery driver nearly killed me when he flew passed me on my motorcycle, missing me by inches. He was going well over 50+ mph in a 35 mph zone right in front of a police station. I called the local La Porte Pizza Hut and told a manager about it. The manager said he would "take care of it". I hope he does. People, including children, frequently walk that street. Wow!!! Amazing service and attention by managers Richard and Nate. I had a graduation party for my son but was nervous about ordering 25 pizzas due to all the bad reviews. I spoke to the manager and he assured me we would be satisfied with the service, lo and behold, we truly were. The pizzas were fresh and delicious. But it doesn't end there. The manager went the extra mile and called me during the party to check on us and see if everything was good. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the food. Gotta hand it to them. They did a great job with the food and service. Forget the bad reviews, they are a good location. read more

the delivery guy tried hitting my small dog with the pizza bag. the dog wasn't barking or anything. I understand being afraid of something. Using my pizza to assault my dog ? the pizza was nasty too. like they made it the day before and reheated it. UGH read more

My only concern is one of their delivery drivers. I am a security supervisor for a local plant. Tonight at approximately 8:40pm a Pizza Hut delivery driver arrives in the plant parking lot where I work. He stopped in the middle of the road. Then turned his car around facing the wrong direction. A security officer pointed out to him where he may park in a temporary parking spot and explained all roads were one way and to follow the arrows upon exiting. He responded using vulgar and argumentative language. Upon departing the parking lot he traveled 100 feet in the correct direction only to stop, pull back into a parking slot and turn around so that he could leave traveling the wrong direction on the road. I will be contacting the General Manager to ensure this driver is never allowed on our property again. read more

Awful pizza. Halfway decent wings. Which is where the second star came from. Pizza was rather soggy. Wings were well sauced, but had quite a bit of breading. Not your usual wings. For $22.79 I would expect better. Next time I'll settle for Little Caesars, cheaper and probably better than what I received today from Pizza Hut. Bleh!! read more

Absolutely the most poorly run facility ever! Terrible customer service and poor management. Ordered at 707 pm , delivered at 840 pm, phone call to call center twice which is not even located on site and was told by call center pizza on the way!!! Not! Credit card didn't process correctly, called the call center again and gave credit card and was told I was getting a discount! Ok, fine, was over until I receive a call from the manager at 1035 pm to say I hadn't paid for my pizza? Incompetent and poorly run facility! Never again! read more

I ordered a pizza and they made it wrong twice! The manager gave me a free pizza to be redeemed on my next purchase. When I ordered my next pizza they tried to give me only five dollars off my ticket. I protested and they eventually sent my order for free. The problem is when the pizza arrived it only had about 1/3 of the usual amount of toppings and it was very greasy. Looks like I will only be eating Domino's pizza while in La Porte and needing a delivery. read more

My friend used to work at this Pizza Hut, I called in an order while my friend was at work and naturally my friend texted me to let me know that the manager had picked off and added to a pizza they had made by mistake 4 hours before I placed my order and that's what she planned to give me. When I cancelled my order the manager actually called me cursing and screaming. Don't give them your money, the stoners over at dominos are really nice and they make a pretty good pizza. read more

So I called the order in at 10 am to be delivered at 11:50 am which should be enough time to get my order in time for lunch. I am waiting at the gate for my food around 11:40 am then 12:00 pm comes by so I call and they say it's only 10 minutes late it will be there, so I wait a bit longer and call again around 12:25 which the food is already 35 minutes late and my lunch ends at 1230. I tell the manager I want to cancel my order then she says the pizza already left 10 minutes which means the driver didn't leave until 12:20 I told what time it was suppose to be there then she says "fine I'll cancel it". The driver calls my phone at 1235 telling me the pizza is there I told him I canceled it and he hung up on me so I call him back since I'm pretty sure it was because he lost connection, then he goes on rambling that he's outside and he's going to wait after I already told him I canceled it. He then proceeds to blow up my phone for 20 minutes even leaving a voicemail. Very bad experience with them they had about 2 hours to get me my food for lunch last time I will deal with them again I'm glad I didn't pay with card. read more

They always seem to leave something out when they deliver to mu house. They never get my order right.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Two different occasions......two hours later than expeted delivery times. These were $200 and $300 orders for 100 + people and these orders where well in advance and were still HOURS late. The management is rude and ful excuses. read more
