It was okay, just that. When arrived the pizza was not fresh and when asked when more will be put out I was told "we just put that out". The breadsticks were hard and a little on the burnt side. I'm assuming that's why they were flipped to look prettier. Lol. They brought out a bbq chicken pizza and waited until that was half way gone before bringing out more. The pizza that they said was "fresh" obviously was not. The buffet wasn't that great at all. 3 stars if even that. For being $9+ for a buffet plus an additional amount for the drink is def not worth it at all. Prob won't return for the buffet again, it's be best to just buy a large pizza for 7.99. Only good about my experience was how friendly the young lady at the register who was also serving as the waitress, busser was so friendly even while multitasking. read more

I ordered delivery for an order that was almost $50.00, I put the exact address and apartment number, waited for over an hour to have to call and check on my order, they claimed I didn't have any apartment number and I made sure I did. I asked if they could make it fresh, apparently the boss said no, which is retarded I'm not gonna take old food because Chase doesn't know the website doesn't work making sure the apartment number is included. Back in West Virginia when I was still employed, not retired, a group of us used to go out for lunch at the local Pizza Hut on many Fridays. So today over 15 years later, we went out for lunch at the Pizza Hut. They were still serving their lunch buffet. Despite the warning that they were preparing to shut down the buffet, we decided to eat it anyway. Everything that we ate was good. Maybe it would have been better if we were there earlier, nearer noon. My memories of their lunch buffet in the past seemed very similar. Was the buffet in the past a 4 rating? I don't know. Love the Pizza Hut pan pizza! The crust is just thick enough and it has just the right amount of crispiness. My perfect pan pizza: sausage, mushroom and red onion. Top it off with a Coke and I'm set! If I have some extra pocket change...their bread sticks are pretty good too. Great for lazy days around the house playing Final Fantasy on your PS3! Unfortunately, they don't deliver to my side of the city but when I'm craving Pizza Hut, it's worth the drive. Their food is consistent every time. read more

On New Year's Eve, one of the few places open. While I was waiting to place a to-go order, I saw a cook scratch his neck and then stick his hand in the cheese to go on the pizza. YUCK! He obviously can't read because there's a sign that states they must always wear gloves. Told the manager in charge and she asked "He did?" Uhm, no I'm making that up. I asked that the other cook do my pizza, but as I sat there waiting, I realized that the pizza made by the guy with the hygiene issues was being cooked, and I'm sure it went out as Several people came in to pick up orders! Ordered pizza for delivery. Upon asking delivery driver for Parmesan cheese she told me she didn't have any and that "they were running low at the store". I am pretty good at spotting someone lying and she was pretty obvious. Called the store after she left, manager told me there was no shortage of Parmesan cheese and that the delivery driver most likely just forgot to bring some. Manager didn't really give me the impression that he cared, certainly not treated as a valued customer, was offered a 5.00 voucher, which I turned down. After reading the couple reviews on here, and some at other review sites decided I won't order from this location again. read more

This is the worst Pizza Hut to order from in Las Cruces. The Pizza Hut on Missouri. I placed a delivery order and after 45 minutes of not receiving my order, I finally called the store. And a gentleman answered saying, "We're closed." I proceeded to tell him we never got our order and he hung up. I called back again and asked for the manager.
