She walked over to a doorway and word for word replayed our conversation for a male worker who was previously observed boxing up pizza. The male worker came over to further explain about something needing to be done before a certain time or they would get in trouble. They then handed me a "hot n ready" pizza from the warmer. the male worker began telling me how he was tired and that it had been a long day. I told him that I understood but that the worker who cashed me out was extremely rude and unprofessional. The pizza was lukewarm at best. I would understand this reaction by the workers if I came in minutes before closed and ordered multiple pizzas. But I came in an hour and a half before closed and ordered one pizza. if I could post this review with zero stars, I would. I have worked many years in customer service, about 10 total. and I do not find anything about this experience acceptable

We unwrapped our sandwiches and were shocked at how little ingredients was in the sandwiches. It almost looked like there was nothing but the buns. I knew there would not be veggies in my sandwich, but I did expect to have a decent amount of beef, bacon and cheese. My husband's Original was ordered without onions. There was very little cold cuts or veggies on the sandwich. It seems the prices are increasing, but the product is decreasing. We have to drive from another town to go to Schlotzsky's at either location. It appears that we will need to drive a little further to Arby's to get the meat!!

Our sandwiches were cold upon arriving to our location which was about 10 minutes down the highway. We will avoid this location from now on. All around disappointing!
