I really wanted this order to work out, especially because it was for my birthday meal, but Pizza Hut seriously dropped the ball. Despite placing the order through Instacart/UberEats and choosing carryout, both pizzas were lukewarm to the point that I had to put one in the oven for eight minutes just to make it edible. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering out. I also had an ingredient missing, which was the pesto on one of my pizzas. The wings were even worse -- they were plain wings with nothing but a tiny puddle of Parmesan sauce sitting at the bottom of the container. It looked lazy and careless, and certainly nothing like what was advertised. The only thing done correctly was the cheesy garlic breadsticks, which were the only part of the order with any real quality or consistency. On top of all that, when I reached out to customer support, I was told that because the items technically matched the order description, they couldn't compensate me. After everything I went through -- including a promotional coupon issue that caused unnecessary stress -- that response felt dismissive and unhelpful. Got a late night pizza craving so had to try my shot at the local Pizza Hut - I'm pretty surprised by how fast they made everything (15 min was accurate) pretty bummed they weren't able to deliver to my area but had to get it because of the cheap prize. Recommend doing the deal menu on the Pizza Hut app; $7 each for the pizza melt and breadsticks + $14 for a 5 topping large pizza is a steal! Food was cooked well and taste was consistent with Pizza Hut franchise. This store in particular was just absolutely awful when it came to service. I ordered a pizza that had two toppings but only half of the pizza would have both toppings and the other half would have one topping. After explaining how I wanted my pizza 3 times it still came out incorrectly. I didn't notice till I got home and unfortunately I loved outside of their delivery zone. I was informed I would be given a credit for this mistake. When I took the opportunity to use the credit the first time I canceled the call due to the front desk lack of English. My god, are they kidding me? Extremely rude and not literate young person answers phone, takes my order. Promises pizza in 30 minutes. I call back after 35 minutes and this guy who claims to be the manager tells me the pizza is on its way. Tells me to call back. I call back and he hangs up on me. After almost an hour, someone shows up at our home. I told him to forget it. These guys, at least the two idiots with whom I spoke, are complete jokes. This place used to have really good pizza. Not anymore. The pizza we ordered was completely flavorless, and the crust was so mushy I kept looking to see if it was cooked. It was actually really disgusting. My family usually polishes off a large pizza with no problem. This was so terrible that we tossed half of it out. This place seriously has impressed me. Tonight, I ordered a pizza, and it was out for delivery 11 minutes later. It's completely feasible for me to have a pizza in 15 minutes, reasonable in 20. I've never had pizza that consistently fast in my life. They've never once gotten my order wrong. This specific pizza is overflowing with toppings though I've never felt they skimped. I used the app at 5 PM to order carry out for 6:30. When I arrived I was told the order hadn't been made yet and I would have to wait in the parking lot for 10 to 15 minutes then drive back through the drive-through to get my food. Everything is perfect as far as service and prices, but the menu is getting a bit old. We should also be able to change/add engredients onto items like sandwiches. Pizza Hut allows you to delete and add engredients or add extra or less, and you can add mushrooms or banana peppers (for example), even though they weren't originally on the sandwich. In the 3yrs I've lived in this neighborhood, this the third time I've ordered & they've yet to do a decent job. First time the pizza was wrong. Second time, stopped in to order for a time specific pick up (apx 2.5hrs later) & they forgot to make it. had them deliver since people were soon to be there to eat pizza. I want to start by saying the delivery girl was very nice and kind and very apologetic for being late. Now I don't understand why a pizza place located 1 mile away from where I live takes almost an hour to deliver pizza, although she was nice about being late she never gave me a reason. I always order the Super Supreme Pan pizza and it is always hot, delicious, and loaded with toppings. I had a long day and chose to order pizza delivery while dog sitting over the weekend two months ago. I had never used Pizza Hut's app before and didn't think my order had gone through since a confirmation screen never appeared, so I placed another order. My delivery arrived and the driver realized I had two separate ones, I explained my mistake and he offered to cancel the order. I should have taken the food and been done with it. My assumption was they understood and were okay with providing a refund for goods I never received but this didn't end up being the case. I've contacted the store multiple times, the first man said it would take 5-7 business days so I waited, nothing. I called back and someone explained the manager was the only person able to change a transaction so I left a message since he wasn't there at the time, I never received a call back. Third time he also wasn't there I provided my information, explained what had happened and he said they would call me if they needed anything, I still have not been refunded my thirty dollars. Pretty disappointed in this Pizza Hut location. First, I should have just picked it up, considering it is two blocks away from my house, and there must have been a huge delivery charge due to the fact that one stuffed crust pizza with 1 1/2 toppings and one small order of wings was $28... Anyway, we asked for the pizza to be uncut and par baked so that we could bake it to our liking once it arrived an hour and a half later, but they couldn't even do that for us because it came almost fully baked and cut (now how are we supposed to put it in the oven?). Also, they failed to give us our blue cheese dressing for our wings. I have ordered from here multiple times and the order is either late and cold or just not even ready for pick up when I show up. The first time they were running an hour behind which left my delivery at now 2 hrs....the manager said "I don't know what to tell you....its on its way" did not even offer a discount. Not a fan. As far as pizza goes there are a bunch of options in Verona, especially south side, and the pizza hut is mediocre and overpriced. It was terrible from the beginning to end. The order taker was rushing me and making me feel like I was bothering him so I asked him if he would rather I call somewhere else. His response is we are just busy. It doesn't matter how busy you are, you could at least be courteous. We got the box deal with pizza, breadsticks and cinn sticks. The pizza tasted cold and old, the cinnamon sticks stuck to the bottom of the box that only a few were even edible. The only thing I ate were the breadsticks, they were ok.
