As I walk in, I see a flyer from what I assume is a health inspector stating all concerns about this pizzeria have been addressed and after an investigation, they found nothing out of unusual. Had a craving for a personal pan pizza extra pepperoni. I like their crust. I got 1 pepperoni slice on each slice of pizza and barely any cheese to cover. All 3 bad experiences were from the same employee, receipt says "KONINGOC" The worst pizza hut i've ever been to, the past few times i've went, I was the only one there and the only order so it shouldn't be hard to simply put my food in the oven, (very small order), I waited for 15 minutes just to realize they haven't simply put my cinnabon in the oven, I wasn't too upset because mistakes happen, but it happened 2 MORE TIMES. With the same exact person, I ordered for carry out, I arrived when the food should be done, and was told "4 more minutes" and then he starts to prepare my order. So apparently zero stars isn't a thing. They don't deserve any dang stars. We ordered at SIX pm, and it's now 7:20pm and we have called twice. Apparently the driver couldn't find our house (and we put actual directions in their notes field). Called at 6:50 said give the driver more time. Gave driver more time. Called back at 7:05. Said driver called them and is bringing it back to their shop. They tried to call and apparently had the wrong phone number. I get that's an issue but there were literally driving directions in the order. We still don't have pizza and they're apparently sending it back out with a new driver or someone whose phone actually has gps. Awesome! So now we get to pay for cruddy cold pizza. That's what we get for trying Pizza Hut. Never again. And it's 7:21 and we still don't have pizza. Oh. 7:22pm. Guess what? No pizza. Literally, it's my husbands bday and Pizza Hut has failed us. We have company, and NO PIzza. I'm furious. My husband is trying to be patient and I can't anymore. I'm starving. I could have gone to the store, bought everything to make said pizzas, made them, cooked them (one at a dang time in my oven) and still have eaten already. ‍ 7:23pm, I'm still pizza-less. 7:24pm- considering eating birthday cake early, I'm so hungry. 7:25pm- I quit. Start by reprimanding the manager "Robert" at the Marysville, WA location!! He was inconsiderate, unbothered, lacked remorse or empathy, as well as poor judgment in his position. Quite frankly he should be fired! I placed an online order redeeming my free pizza due to the points I accumulated. I made sure to select delivery instead of the pickup option. I then selected more food and even added a 20% tip because I'm assuming my delivery would take place in about 35 -45 min as the app suggested. After waiting for nearly an hour I became concerned and decided to check on my order via the pizza hut app, I noticed the order defaulted to "pickup." I couldn't believe it and was upset that I had to drive all the way to the location which is what I clearly wanted to avoid in the first place. That's why I selected delivery like I have always done. However this is the now the second time this has happened. I thought I made the mistake the first time but was suspicious, now this confirms it's the app, not me. Upon arrival I explained to "Robert" what happened and he snickered and confirmed my suspicion and said, "yeah, you aren't the only one that's happened to. We have a new app and it's causing problems with uber as well." After expressing my frustration and seeing what he was going to do about it, he nonchalantly said there's nothing he can do and offered no solution and simply said, "I'll pass it along." I was in utter disbelief and became even more upset. When I asked to speak to the manager, he snickered and laughed again and said, "I AM the manager" in an egocentric and condescending way. When I asked what his superior's name and phone number was, he said "I can't give her information out." I can't say enough BAD things about Jacob the "Manager" there today (12/26/17) and the location itself. I first called my pizza in (LARGE MEAT LOVERS PIZZA NO BACON NO CHEESE & Extra sauce..) I said NO CHEESE 3 times and extra sauce 3 times... When I got there he was on the phone (didn't even say hi or hello).. He was about as rude as you could be.., I told him I called in a pizza and he got my name wrong.. then he charged me for my pizza before letting me see it... The prices they charge as well for what you receive is just We are frequent customers, when we recieved our order a few nights ago, what do you know... it was horrible. First thing I noticed is the box was smashed. We bought some breadsticks, cinnamon rolls and 3 pan pizzas. When I opened the box, half of one pizza was smashed to the top of the box. 2nd thing I quickly noticed, all 3 pizzas were pretty much all bread. Like 9 pieces were straight bread. No cheese or sauce. 3- they didn't use the classic pizza sauce, they used the marinara as well. I called and told the teen boy my concern, and he told me nothing was wrong, that this is what is supposed to look like. Hahaha um.. ok so let me talk to your manager. This dude that got on the phone was anything BUT a manager. He talked to me like I was dumb and that my pizza was just fine etc... if I wanted breadsticks, I would of ordered them. Especially with a side of smashed pizza. I am paying for you to make the pizza as YOU advertise! What you advertise and what I got is 2 complete different things. The so called manager said he would refund me $20 IN STORE CREDIT for this crappy ass pizza that was going straight in the trash because it was beyond disgusting! The absolute worst fast food store. I live nearby so we go here for sporting events, parties etc. I'm not sure if they've ever even got an order 100% correct or on time. Just like today... I ordered 6 pizzas at 10:30 AM for a ready time of 1 PM. I get here and they're 10 minutes late. How?! How much notice do you need to be ready on time? In my opinion, Pizza Hut has better pizza than anywhere else and this establishment is no different. They were running a special when my wife and I went here - $11 for any size pizza and as many toppings as you want. The pizza was made fast (under 15 minutes) and was awesome. Our only complaint (hence the 3 stars) is that it is not a sit-in restaurant, which we didn't learn until we got there. Big let-down. However, we didn't want to travel 15 minutes to go to a Pizza Hut that did have seating. So if you're looking for tasty pizza that you can eat at home, this is the place to go! read more

I'm giving this 1 star because there isn't anything lower. We ordered the " special", 2 med 2 topping pizza's for $5.99 each. The pies were so overcooked, they were barely edible. The pepperoni was crispy, the crust was like shoe leather. These were absolutely the worst pizzas I have ever tried to eat. The mgr of this store should close down, teach these workers how to cook. This is probably the best Restaurant I have ever received service from. They serve you so fast there's like almost never a line! I walked in and was unsure why to order, than this kind employee suggested a menu to help me! And it did! Then he helped me place an order clarifying all of my pizza needs (his name is Dylon!). As I waited For my pizza in the waiting room, I was asked if I needed anything else to make me receive the best service possible! After a short while I received my order and another kind employee made sure I got exactly what I wanted! The pizza was perfect along with the rest of my order. This place is going down hill of the quality of the food they are serving. I ordered a Pepperoni lovers stuff crust n a Hawaiian. They said it comes with more cheese than the regular one that is why I was getting charged more.
