This review was written in December based on my visit at that time. I ordered from the biggie meal deals menu and their hamburgers menu with a friend for a quick lunch. I got the Bacon double stack biggie meal deal and the crispy chicken sandwich without a meal. The meal set comes with small fries, pop, and 4 pieces of chicken nuggets. The bacon double stack has 2 beef patties, cheese, pickles, onions, ketchup, and mustard. The crispy chicken sandwich has chicken patty, lettuce, and mayo. I've never tried either burgers in the past. To be completely honest, I wasn't impressed with the flavors of everything i ate. The burgers and chicken nuggets were less tasty than I expected. It wasn't bad, but if you're looking for something really tasty to eat, these burgers and nuggets aren't it. (I love their Baconator burgers though, so I'd just get the Baconators next time. Dave's single or the upgraded double or triple versions are pretty good too.) The staff were friendly and were actually knowledgeable about the menus and the taste of some food items i was unfamiliar with when i asked them. There was no queue to order and my food was ready within 4-5 minutes which is fast, so no complaints in terms of service. 3 out of 5 stars based on the meal i ordered. They definitely need to work on their customer service. The facilities are okay and the bathroom was okay but their attitudes leave something to be desired. The woman in front of me was trying to order while two employees just talked to each other. Then the one cashier started to take her order and then stopped her to talk with the other employee again. Dining area was half blocked off - chairs up on tables - even though it was only around 6:30pm. On the plus side, the burger was good but the fries were lukewarm. While eating there, I saw several people come in who apparently were in the drive-thru line previously. Asking for corrections to their order. If you are going, go inside so you can double-check your order. If you can find another one that's not too far away, you might want to try that one first. I have never experienced more racism in my life than I have at this, Wendy's, or any fast food period. this lady was so rude and her service was terrible. I have never experienced anything like it. I am a Tulalip tribal member and asked for the bathroom code When the lady glares at me and tells me that I can wait, I wasn't even interrupting her anything then some white people come in and then tell her that they also need the bathroom code. The woman proceeds to then tell them the bathroom code, and gives us a glare right after so then we had to ask a male worker for it, and it was just overall so bad. after that, the lady had gotten in my dad's face telling him that we were blatantly disrespectful, and all we were trying to do was get a bathroom code. she then proceeds to turn to another person of color, expecting them to defend her actions. The overall ambience was so terrible and I would never recommend this place to anybody or anything. This location has consistently provided us with unsatisfactory service. We arrived on a weekday at 11:30 a.m. and order the baked potato at the drive-thru, and we were told the baked potatoes were not ready yet. I have never had this response from any Wendy at any time. We then placed an order for something else, and were handed our order through the window by a female rather heavily tatted with tattoos of the Hell's Angels on the left wrist. Brash and uncaring service accounts for the fact that no one was in line behind us, the parking lot was empty, and the only customer seen was the guy in the car ahead of us. I suggest never going here after the dining room closes at 9pm. We got there at 9:10 and the drive thru line was building up. We stuck it out though. The line moved slowly, but it moved. It took about 15 minutes to get to the pick up window. This is where it went bad. We sat there for another 15 minutes. We watched the clock because we had no idea why things were taking so long. Turns out they were helping out a Door Dasher who jumped ahead of the line through a side door. Anyway, while we sat and waited, we listened to the employees call each other inappropriate names and use foul language. Finally our order was put together. I will say the order what fulfilled correctly and the chicken sandwiches were hot, but the fries were cold. After the wait, we moved on with life. What a joke. read more

Late night eats Wendy's always come through with the greatest customer service and fresh food. This does not surprise me, as the people that worked there didn't look too promising themselves! In the last 2 visits they have gotten my order half wrong. Last night we did the drive through at 5 PM. My husband ordered the chili cheese potato and received the bacon cheese potato. I ordered a plain jr cheeseburger and a large chili ( I like it put the chili on top of the cheese burger). The other two with us got their orders correct. We didn't know until we got home about the mistakes. I called and spoke to the manager on duty. He offered a limp apology and said I could come back for my jr cheeseburger. It's a 15 min. drive so I said no. I told I'm how unhappy I was and that the last 2 visits there had been mistakes. He said they were pretty busy as an excuse. We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo and a southwest chicken salad. We had to wait nearly 15 minutes because there was an issue with the chicken for the salad. Got home and realized the chicken sandwich is spicy. No mention of that on the menu. The salad? It's supposed to have avocado, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, grilled chicken and bacon bits, it was supposed to have been made fresh. The lettuce was less than fresh, the chicken was slightly overcooked, the cheese must have been fake because it certainly doesn't look like cheddar to me, and the bacon and avocado were missing altogether. All in all a terrible experience. Only Taco Bell in Lake Stevens is worse at messing up orders. read more

Went there and this lady gave an ugly attitude. Asked for a spicy chicken burger no tomato or mayo but add Honey Mustard Sauce she gave me the dipping sauce for the nuggets cause she said they don't add the sauce you ask for. My sister in law order unsweetened tea with her food and I asked for sweet tea they had her unsweetened and not my sweetened. They have shitty serves !!! Waited 20 for a chili, baked potato, and JR Bacon cheeseburger (Jr. is right this burger is a solo slider) couple sitting near us came in 15 minutes after us and got their food 4 minutes ahead of us? Went there tonite...ordered 1 cheeseburger, Diet Coke, and baked potato with 4 toppings. First of all, we had a nice guy taking our order and he made sure he had it right...appreciated that! Then, we waited 15 minutes to get up to the window. THEN, our order came to 27.00$! The passenger asked them were they sure about the total (my husband, the driver)is very hard of hearing. My husband told them again what we ordered, they looked over their computer. After some quick conversation, that we could not hear, we figured they gave our order to the car in front of us and charged them 27.00$. They asked us again what our order was, seemed very confused, asked us to repeat. After 10 more minutes of waiting (for them to cook it, I think) we drove away with our "order". On the way home...no straw for our drink, 3 toppings on potato, but no sour cream. ALL LITTLE THINGS, BUT BIG IN THE SCHEME OF THINGS; BOTH OF US WERE EXTREMELY TIRED. Guess we have to wait until this trip to Wendy's wears off, and in another couple months we might try again. Considering this is on the south side of Marysville, and over the very busy RR tracks...they should have better service for their customers. (Also, couldn't believe the rest of the poor reviews.
