I won't be wasting my time with Pizza Hut ever again. I ordered online for a later delivery time I selected in the app. . I placed my order just after 6pm for a 715pm delivery. At 730pm I called because my food wasn't delivered yet. After a brief hold with their call center I was told the delivery time is only an estimate and that my food would be delivered when it was ready which would be around 9pm. I was told the delivery time updates in the app but that wasn't true because my order showed it would be delivered 708pm-718pm... while I was on the phone with their call center at 740pm. No apologies, just a matter of fact statement from Pizza Hut that choosing an order time is just an estimate. I forgot to add my drink to my mobile order and when my brother got it from the cabinet she was looking at him like he was going to steal it , he is only 10. It was my fault because I told him I was going to order it but I forgot to add it to the order. She definitely was Judging us and giving us the look maybe because I used a work discount card or that, who knows . I did pay for the drink but she didn't apply my work discount, smh. The next visit they took all my VIP cards worth of $45 and made us pay additional $6.39. Pizza Hut Fumbled My Dinner Like a Bad Pass" Ordered on the app Thursday night, showed up to pick it up, and--surprise--my pizza was given to someone else. No name check, no confirmation. Staff said they'd remake it, so I waited 30 minutes... only for them to call the guy who took my food and ask him to bring it back. You think I'm eating a pizza that's been in someone's car and home? Hard pass. To top it off, the guy who took my order got free sauces. When I asked for cheese with my remake? They tried to charge me. So the guy gets freebies, and I get nickel-and-dimed? My order was also wrong...they forgot to include my ranch sauce I paid for...also my pizza toppings on both pizzas were wrong. Located in the Mililani Town Center, across from Pet Smart. Nice and clean location with plenty of parking. I really wanted to leave a nice review because I saw so many bad ones. The customer service was great. The young lady (wish I got her name) was very helpful. Without saying too much, I had a coupon that was expired. I didn't know this but she honored it anyway. I'll definitely make sure to check for now on. Lesson learned. But she didn't have to do that, I'm thankful she did. She was very sweet and explained it to me. I bought garlic Parmesan boneless wings. They were fresh and so good! I loved the flavor. I also had 3 small pepperoni pizzas. Pizza Hut now requires you to use your mobile number to access your account. I used my home/landline (yes, I still have a landline) when I joined their rewards program and now I'm unable to access my rewards. I have enough points for a free large pizza (we've been ordering a lot), but can't redeem my points. I ended up ordering from Domino's instead. I sent an email to find out how I can regain access to my points. If I'm not able to do so, Pizza Hut will not be on my list of places to order pizza anymore. read more

I didn't realize that my Pizza Hut phone order was going to a local call center. The order was a royal screw up. When I showed up at the Mililani location, the manager Reese, was unable to find my order for pick up. After contacting the Call Center, he discovered the pizza order was placed for the next day. I greatly appreciated Reese apologizing for the error and promptly told he will personally get my order done and ready in 10 minutes. Pizza Hut went really downhill the past few years... The crust is rubbery and the toppings look like it was from cans. The pizza was undercooked and the surface was all watery looking. Definite decline in quality since it changed hands a few years ago. The quality used to be excellent, but the current franchise owner is apparently cheap. When it first changed hands, I noticed that the mushrooms looked more like a garnish than a topping. Now the quantity is better, though I'm still ordering double mushrooms, but they're using canned mushrooms instead of fresh. Yuck! It may be a long time before I order another pizza. Not a 1, but a zero. Epic fail!! So I've been ranting and raving to family and friends about how ono the fries at Pizza Hut are.... I was ono for fries so I ordered a My Hut box that actually comes with a personal pan pizza and FRIES! During the 15 min prep period I was eagerly waiting. So I present to the store to pick up.......as the front cashier is helping me I can see the back prep area of the restaurant. There's this haole guy bagging raw fries into what looked like individual bags. The gross part was that he was NOT wearing gloves. I hadn't even received my order and I felt nauseated and absolutely disgusted that he had possibly touched my fries. I was too embarrassed by his behavior to call him out on it (yup my loss) so I just took the darn order home. My dog didn't mind the HANDled fries but I just could not eat it. We've never had a problem before but this time, I think someone forgot to toss the chicken in the honey bbq sauce. Without the sauce, it's just plain chicken which was ok with bbq sauce we had leftover from mcds. It was disappointing to not have the sweet and savory honey bbq sauce. I ordered pizza and someone at pizza hut must have helped themselves to a piece. I called them spoke to Gabriel the shift manager and asked him to send me a new pizza. He then said " Don't you think it's a little extreme over a small slice missing " I'm like no! Don't you understand that it is unsanitary and there are diseases out there. If it wasn't the pizza maker making it no one else should be touching it. I then lectured him on his customer service skills. Told him he should have willingly offered another pizza or a refund. I had been craving pizza all week and there aren't many options near my home, so I settled on Pizza Hut because they have the Big New Yorker pizza and that's the style of pizza I was hungry for! I usually just deal with my pizza however it arrives, so we attempted to eat it despite it being obviously overdone. It was awful! Every bite was a challenge. I couldn't justify paying for this cardboard. I decided to call Pizza Hut to ask for my money back. Only a $10.99 pizza, but it was really bad. I called Pizza Hut explaining everything to the mainland service rep, and she was very pleasant. When the store manager followed up to call me, she was less pleasant. Bluntly explained that the whole product needs to be returned for a full refund. I told her we already tried eating it, so she said we could get a partial refund. Omg, so what? I get a 5/8 of $10.99 refund? I wish they'd refund me for the whole pizza because the whole pizza was crap. When any other restaurant makes a mistake, they don't penalize the customer. I wasn't offered (nor did I even try to get) store credit or a free pizza next time. We won't be ordering from Pizza Hut again. It's so disheartening to find that more and more restaurants are trying to save money by cutting way back on their portions. I understand the cost for the ingredients to make their dishes have increased in price, and these restaurants are passing the cost to the consumer. I would be a lot more understanding if they would just raise their prices so consumers know up front what they are getting into. What I can't stand is when you order a dish that you have been loyally ordering from the same restaurant several times a month all of a sudden become so miniscule that you are left asking, "where's the rest of it?" I recently ordered the Chicken Alfredo Pasta from this location for my daughter. When I picked it up from the store, I noticed that the container was very light. So, I opened the packaging while I was still at the counter. I noticed that the container was NOT even filled halfway. In fact, all I got was a very thin layer of pasta, with some pocket areas that are bare. When I brought it up to the employee's attention, she admitted they used to give more sauce, but this is now their new portion size and there's nothing they can do about it. She suggested I speak to the manager, who just happens to not be there at the moment. When I got home, I kept getting emails from Pizza Hut to do their online survey. They got my email from when I placed the order online. I stated my complaint but I never heard back from anybody. To summarize my experience, I got a tiny portion, employees who couldn't do anything about my complaint, and corporate who solicit feedback but doesn't actually do anything about them. The pizza had practically no Italian sausage or ground beef. The crust was a half inch of practically uncooked white flower dough. I pointed this out to Rick and he was the current manager on. He did not respond in any way. This Pizza Hut was not worth the approximate $30 payment as the pizza was the poorest I've ever had. I am aware of the COVID-19 situation and how it has affected so many of our local businesses. We took that in consideration and how overwhelmed they must be. However, I believe this local business should also do better to accomodate their the patrons. I understand the struggle to keep afloat and service their customers to the best of their ability. I used Pizza Huts' phone app but had questions so I called the Pizza Hut store located in Mililani Town Center. It took forever for someone to answer the phone but I did find the answer to order what I wanted. I chose to accept "no contact pickup". When I arrived at the time designated, the front parking was full so I parked in front of State Farm next to Pizza Hut where I found front parking. I called them twice to let them know that I arrived. I waited 20 minutes & finally walked into the store and explained the above. Nothing! So I waited for one of the 2 front parking stalls designated to Puzza Hut. It still took 10 minutes more. This is the products I received. Burnt crust on my pizza and overcooked, dry pizza sticks!! It was so hard my family did not want to eat it. My family loved Pizza Hit but after this experience, we won't be back. read more

Located in the Mililani town center, this location is all about convenience. Yes it's your standard Pizza Hut with offerings that we are all accustomed to. The service is good but the 3 stars are based on the new menu that they serve. They advertise specials that start at 5 bucks. But that's pretty much just bread sticks. The rest can add up pretty fast if you want an actual pizza or the new Cheez-it pizza. Make sure you look at the menu prices. By the way, the pepperoni Cheez-it pizza was super salty. A few bites and I was done. I'll stick to the regular menu next time. Once they bring back some decent specials. By the way, the Parmesan cheese isn't free anymore. We are long time Mililani Pizza Hut customers. But, not any more. The last two pizzas were beyond bad. The crust was like carboard. The edges were almost burnt and there was very little tomato sauce and cheese. There was absolutely no olive oil which really adds to the taste. In this case, the pizza was tasteless. The New Yorker is $9.99 for pickup. So, instead of raising the price a little, they decided to cut back on the sauce and cheese. I don't know how they could screw up the crust but they did. All in all, it was a pizza disaster. There are too many other options in the area which might be the cause of the problem. So I order 3 large, 3 topping pizzas and literally each slice had 1 of each topping, we sat there and consumed a bunch of cheese and sometimes a topping. NOT GOOD! Look at your own pictures and If you even watch ANY YouTube video of how it's supposed to look, there's multiple toppings on all slices evenly. But of course only in Hawaii you pay MORE for less! If you can make a promise now in response to my review and actually live up to the promise by telling your team members to put at least 3-5 toppings evenly per slice, I will happily change my review to 5 stars AND not only that! Absolutely the worse customer service and food quality served. We ordered a large super supreme with extra onions picked up the order and found it had no onions. To make it worse youe employee Meadow attempts to fool us by saying yes, there are onions on our order, but we can see it because they put the onions on first and then cover it with cheese so we cant see it. WTF, so my eife objects and the manager comes to look at it and confirms no onion, so he takes it in the back add onions and re-bakes it. So now the pizza is soggy and burnt. This is the 2nd time this has happened, and last time, we will not patronize a store that can't get your order right and have employee lie about the mistake.
