I was pet sitting across the street from this Pizza Hut location and got a salad bar to go every day. I was so excited to see one of the OG locations with the salad bar and knew I had to try it. The salad bar was under $7 and you get a huge container. It was enough for two meals for me. They have lots of good toppings, Mac salad, potato salad, fruit, pudding, and a variety of dressings. Everything was super fresh, even at 11:00 pm. They do start closing the buffet an hour before closing time, but I appreciated them even having it open at 11:00 at night. It was fully stocked and, again, amazingly fresh! You could tell they take pride in their restaurant as the place was clean and welcoming. The salad bar didn't have messes all over like some places. I also got an order of breadstick with Alfredo dipping sauce (just like back in the '90s) and a personal pan pizza another day. Both were hot, fresh, and cooked to perfection. All the staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. The gentleman making pizzas was working very hard and even took time out to help me get things I needed without making me feel like I was being a bother to him. Kudos to all the staff there May 8-10! I went to Pizza Hut in Noblesville to attend my first meet and greet with Hamilton County singles over 50 meetup group event. It has been a long time since I have been to a free standing Pizza Hut restaurant, so I was excited to see what this Pizza Hut would be like inside. When I went inside, it was like nothing had changed. The ambiance was the same like I had remembered with the decor, the booths, and the chandeliers. This Pizza Hut had a wonderful salad bar, so I was very impressed with the feature. I met the people in our group when I sat down, and then our server came over and took our drink order. She was a young woman who we learned was going to graduate high school tomorrow, so we were happy for her, and she was very professional and helpful to us with our order. We ordered two New Yorker pizzas with pepperoni and Italian sausage. They were huge pizzas which I did not realize, but they were very good and we enjoyed them very much. Pizza Hut has always been my favorite as a child and growing up, and the pizza is always high quality and worth the value you pay for the pizza. This Pizza Hut was wonderful and it was nice to go to a free standing Pizza Hut after such a long time because it brought back wonderful memories from my childhood. I did not partake in the salad bar this time around, but hopefully next time, I will get the salad bar because it did look very good and clean. The ingredients in the salad bar did look very fresh. What a wonderful experience at Pizza Hut and we did receive good customer service. I will start going to Pizza Hut more often with friends when I have the chance. This was wonderful!! read more

There are so few Pizza Hut Restaurants doing a good job on indoor dining. This is the best experience since Covid lockdown. I would not recommend visiting this location. I stopped in to place a carryout order because my son one wish for his birthday was to have pizza hut for dinner. When I pulled up the parking lot was empty. I walked in all the kids were standing around. I placed my order and when I looked up they were preparing the food without wearing any gloves. I asked the cashier to have them wear gloves the girl that was making the food gave me a nasty look after the cashier told her my ask. Then the manager on duty asked if there was an issue and I told him no. I just requested for the person preparing my food to wear gloves. He told me they are not required to wear gloves if they wash their hands and he will not have his staff wear gloves to prepare my food. Although I saw several of the workers touching their phone, nose, and other things. I told the manager to cancel my order because I will not be patronizing a place that aren't willing to practice safety measures. It's a reason the parking lot was empty. read more

Don't recommend this Pizza Hut at all. They had absolutely no salad for the salad bar, they were out of everything on the bar. When we asked if they were bringing more salad out the waitress said "umm idk" and walked off. Our pizza took 45 min to come out and it only came out because we asked about it. Once it came out it was cold and looked like it had been sitting for awhile in the back. It took our waitress 15 min to even bring our drinks out. Stick to papa Johns or one of pizza huts other pizza options. The crust as thick as a sheet of paper, greasy and just did not taste very good. We went here after reading the reviews thinking it would be a great place for a pizza splurge -we don't often eat gluten but will occasionally. The reviews made it sound like this place would be worth it. We rolled in just after 7 on a Weds night. Buffet is supposed to run until 8 so we thought we would have plenty of time. Parking lot was reasonably full, another good sign we assumed. First stop, bathroom. I didn't ask the guys about there's, but the ladies needed a little attention... Toilet paper on the floor & just needed some quick attention. We were seated in the back area and given menus and our server didn't show up for quite a bit so my husband sat waiting to give drink orders while the rest of us went up for salads and pizza. The lettuce on the salad looked like it had been partially frozen and thawed and was soaking wet. I don't mind they wash salad lettuce, but I don't care for it to be dripping with water. The toppings were as normal for a salad bar. My husband ordered our drinks asked for some cheese pizza on the bar for our son. My husband said when he went up for his salad a little bit later they had just refilled the lettuce, however it too was soaking wet and looked like it was partially frozen at some point. The pizza at the buffet when we got there looked like it had been there awhile. It seemed as though they had a rush of people and they had their fill and these were the leftovers. The marinara sauce on the bar was empty and they simple removed & never replaced it. Several people then came in after us. They brought out the cheese we requested and delivered 2 pieces to our table so we wouldn't miss our request. A few pizzas were brought out but most of them had chicken or pineapple on them- no thanks. By the time we were ready to leave, they finally started adding several more pizzas to the bar, including a dessert pizza, pepperoni, pepperoni & sausage, meat, and cheese. The only pizza with veggies on them the whole evening either had chicken or was the one half a pizza that disappeared so quick you didn't have a chance (oh, and the taco pizza that was on the bar when we got there and had been there awhile). The deep dish slices I had were soggy and hard to pick up even though they had just brought them out. A side note. We thought we might enjoy a few wings since some of the reviews mentioned them. We asked about them and were told they only do that on the Saturday night buffet. This was my second delivery order that has been incorrect within 2 weeks. The first time, I was missing items I paid for. Last night I placed an order, with pepperoni, ham, green olives, onion and mushrooms. The pizza arrived hot, I tipped the driver and he left. When I went to serve the pizza it was totally the wrong pizza. It had Italian sausage and onions. When I called store, they asked if I wanted a credit or another pizza. I said another pizza. This time it was delivered correctly. I also, requested red pepper flakes and cheese pack and told the girl to have the driver deliver to side door. The condiments were not given to me and he came to the front door. I am disabled and use a walker, so this was inconvenient to me.
