    Salad bar and breadsticks
    Julie M.

The ambiance is like rewinding thirty years back to dark wood decor and salad bars with pickled beets that makes your Grandma happy. This has become my new favorite for lunch. They have several different combinations where you can combine breadsticks, salad, bar, and small pizzas with drinks for a very affordable price. Personal pan pizzas are ready as are the breadsticks and salad bar. You can stop in and have an amazing salad with lots of choices for toppings, which is so rare nowadays. I love the old school decor that has not changed in thirty plus years and I love it that you can stand on a platform and watch through a large glass window to watch the make the pizzas. This is THE ORIGINAL Noble Roman's. Take your kids and show them what a pizza place was like when you were a kid.

    Salad with mostly white lettuce.

The place is classic in looks and ambience but the food is a far cry from tasting like it used to. Overheard a customer say "how do they have the nerve to serve cold pizza?" The price was decent, but not worth the 20 minute drive to Chapel Hill. If we ever go back, it will be to order a fresh pizza. Otherwise it's lousy.

We had a large party at the Fishers location tonight and the staff and service was amazing!

came into noble romans today to a rude unprofessional manager that cannot smile i asked him are you ok are you having a bad day tried to ask him to smile just glared at me as i left i came back in and he was screaming at a employee the only 1 that was working in there at the time i guess her name was Kelly a very nice lady the only 1 i seen doing anything i left out of there before i was noticed but well never be back there as long as his rudeness is there now i know why that place STAYS EMPTY.it takes a good manager to have a great restaurant if a manager is rude everyone else is your business reflets on who you hire....

    Medium Sicilian pepperoni

This is a childhood favorite for my SO, we made a special detour on our trip to go get a nostalgia boost. This pizza was every bit as good as he told me it would be! It's Detroit style with crispy bits on the crust that are like little flavor bombs. The sauce is on top for a sweet and savory splash, and the mozzarella is the real stuff! We also had the breadsticks which were a bit different than the usual, it was dusted in cornmeal and I think salt. Dipped in queso instead of marinara! We enjoyed the original ambiance with the wood panels, Tiffany-esque lights, and paper towels at every booth. You order right when you get in the door, and you can watch as they make your pizza, which is cool! The fellow that waited on us was super nice, and he was excited for us to try the pizza. We told him we made a special trip and it felt like he was genuinely happy for us! Absolutely will be back!!

insert tiktok LISTEN TO ME, LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING audio.. this is an authentic Noble Roman's! those other girls?? no ma'am i've been coming here with my mom since high school. The only noticeable changes since then are online ordering and inflation lol. They have a private parking lot and you can still watch them prepare dough through the front window. I order over the phone so I can request my food well done and swap out my drink for an extra cheese something they taught me. Their cheese sauce is the best, idc. They usually wait until you arrive to bag the breadsticks and pump the cheese sauce so it's fresh. if you dine in you can enjoy their salad bar and unlimited fountain sodas.

This independently owned Noble Roman's is nostalgic for me and my family. My kids grew up in the Ben Davis school district and we spent a lot of time here after games and school events. The interior hasn't changed much so it still feels like stepping back in time. The lighting is low and the majority of the seating is dark wood booths with a few tables in the back. If you have little one's they'll most likely love watching pizza's being made with steps along the window for better viewing. Over the years, when my kids were little they spent hours watching pizzas being made. A kids menu is available for those under 12. We love the personal pizzas as well as the Deep Dish Sicilian Pizza and the Breadsticks are our favorites. In addition to the Sicilian style Pizza you can get a Hand-Tossed or the Monster with a thick crust, extra cheese and toppings. The salad bar is currently closed due to the pandemic but when open it isn't huge but offered a decent salad bar. If your looking for a sandwich there's the Sausage or Beef Stromboli's, Ham & Cheese and a Veggie Sandwich. My son enjoys the Pizza Bombs which is a personal stuffed Pizza loaded with sausage, pepperoni and cheese. They also offer a Spinach Bomb loaded with spinach, mushrooms and cheese. We love wings and often order the Hot & Spicy Buffalo Wings with our personal pan pizzas or large Sicilian. They seem to go well with pizza. Barbecue flavored wings are also available. The lunch value meals all run under $10 and you have the option of a Pizza Bomb, Pan One Pizza or Salad Bar with breadsticks and soft drink. Beer and wine are available, too. I stopped in today for a family size order of breadsticks with extra cheese. I wanted to take a picture but they disappeared almost as soon as I arrived home. They were hot, tender and wonderful dipped in the cheese dip. Stop in some time as delivery isn't available.

We went at 12:45 on a Thursday afternoon. We had a large group and were told it was about a thirty minute wait (which was fine). The food was good. I'm not a huge fan of Chicago style deep dish pizza but I hadn't had it in a few years. The crust was ok but not flaky enough. The sauce had a good tomato flavor and a bit on the chunky side. There were only a few pieces of sausage and the cheese was not very noticeable in the flavor profile. My Caesar salad was very good with lots of Parmesan cheese. The service left a lot to be desired. I'm not being critical of our server but rather the overall management of the service. They were very understaffed as servers were taking orders, bringing food and drinks, and clearing tables. The food came out of the kitchen slow. And there was one person (who I assume was a manager) who stood around with his arms folded, biting his nails, and doing nothing to help the servers. I'm sorry but if you are short staffed, roll up your sleeves and help clear tables or bring drinks. He did nothing while the servers ran from place to place. In the end, the food was ok but our experience lacked efficient service and I wouldn't go back to this Giordano's location again. There are a lot of other options in the area.

We ordered a half-and-half pizza with the Spicy Bee on one side and the Bazbeaux Special with pine nuts on the other. Everything was delicious. It's all made fresh to order, so it took a bit of time to come out, but that's exactly why it tasted so good: fresh ingredients, a crisp thin crust that stays sturdy under the toppings, and great flavor throughout. With many toppings to choose from and a good beer and wine selection, there's a ton to explore here, and it's very vegetarian-friendly, too. The service sealed the deal for us. The staff was extremely friendly and kind, and our waitress was the highlight. We ended up staying a little past closing and started to rush, but she reassured us to take our time and enjoy the meal instead of feeling hurried. That kind of genuine hospitality goes a long way. Cozy, casual atmosphere, excellent pizza, and warm service in the heart of the Mass Ave arts district. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

A little soggy with butter but I mean.. it's butter. Is that bad? Dipping cheese was better than your standard stadium nacho cheese. Chopped salad was very fresh.
