First of all we had to wait almost 2 hours for our order. When I call and ask what they could do for me the said we can either cancel the order and get our money back or still get the delivery thats all. Called the first time after an hour the so called manager said it will be there in 5-10 minutes. Well after another 30 minutes it finally shows up. Very poor service i don't even know how this pizza hut is still in business on how bad this place is. Never going to this place again. Also when we finally got our food it was terrible. read more

I should give this zero stars based on how our delivery went, so me and my little sister were hungry and we wanted some pizza so we asked our mom to order us some pizza, I wanted Domino's but my little sister wanted pizza hut. Was there tonight with son and grand kids ordered bread sticks, wings, pizza, sandwich, pasta almost $50. The place was not extremely busy. The service was terrible, the first set of dishes were dirty the table was sticky. Then the food well the preamble should of been the warning! The pasta came at least 30 min after food said I didn't want it she set it in front of me and said sorry. Finally waitress came told her the same and she asked if I wanted a box. Told the manger and she said I told the guy it was late before it came out. I said we tried to find out waitress but couldn't. They did not compensate for all the mix up and everything that went wrong. The last few times we have been in store or ordered delivery or take out it as been horrible. 3 Examples in no particular order. 1. we went in about 7 not busy at all they sat us took our drink order and walked away. It was about 25 mins later we got our drinks. We were about to leave when he came with them. He took our order and it took 30 more mins to get our food. Keep in mind we were the only people in the restaurant. 2. We also ordered delivery probably a few weeks later and they told me about 40 mins time frame. I ordered about 840 or 9. An hour goes by still not here so I call and check on it. They said it was on it's way. We didnt get our food till 1030 it was ice cold. 3. Ordered pick up. We ordered a meat lover's and they gave me a completely different pizza I called and they made it right but told me they thought I was someone else when I came even tho I told them my name when I came and got it the first time. I wish we could pick between north and south side pizza hut for delivery. read more

Absolutely the WORST service. Waited for over an hour and half for a single pizza. Never got notified about the wait on the pizza, never got refills on drinks, and never saw our waitress again. Ended up leaving (like some of the customers) because the pizza was never put in the oven. Definitely wouldn't suggest this Pizza Hut to anyone. read more

Placed an order for delivery and was told thirty minutes for delivery. Got the pizza in 23 minutes. Really fast. The pizza was good and tasted fresh, it just got out of the oven. Only thing I could ask for is the bottom of the crust to be slightly crispier. read more

Refused a "freebie" delivery is horrible, manager's name is Allen. Waited an hour for a pizza that was never going to be delivered, I didn't know that until I called them after an hour went by. I was told that they only deliver to the north side. You should've told my son that when he ordered for me, he's twelve, he wanted your second rate pizza "at best" either way, your so called Pizza Hut couldn't come through! So I'm done with Pizza Hut, thanks for not trying to rebuild your dying dream! Offered to give me $2 off, I said that I would pay regular price if they made me a fresh pizza, they said they would just cancel my order.
