This subway might be on the more expensive side of the other ones around, but it is definitely worth it. The food is always fresh and when I get my sub toasted it is perfect. The servers there are very friendly and patient I usually go through the drive through, so I am not sure about how it is inside; however, from the looks of it, it seems clean and pleasant! The place seems cleaner then a few other branches in nearby cities, I have always gotten fresh sandwiches and salads, plus this location gives me a choice of salad dressing for the side. I've also used the branch to order trays for parties, they were ready on time, exactly as ordered and plenty of sides without me having to ask. The sand which trays are one of the easiest and cheapest ways to feed a crowd. I appreciate that these guys are here, hope they stay around around! First, I ordered from store 11722-0 (ASHALAND CITY, SYCAMORE SQ) and they called me back and told me they did not have the bread I requested for the 4 sandwiches and cancelled my order and informed me that it would take several days to refund my money!!!!! REALLY!!!! YOU TOOK IT IMEDIATELY WHY CAN'T YOU RETURN IT SO? I KNOW YOU WILL BLAME THE BANKS BUT IT IS REALLY YOU!!!! So, I had to reorder everything from store 24027-0 (PLEASANT VIEW) because it could not be transferred. Then they called me and told me that they only had two of the loaves of bread that had requested! No real sorry or any thig from the store! Just that's the way it is! Take it or leave! If you don't like it cancel you order! Not to mention that this store charges more than other Subways locally! Why is it that we are supposed to settle for whatever we get than what we should get! I come here on occasion on my lunch break during the work day. I've always had a pleasant experience with the staff and my meal. Everyone is very friendly and food is freshly promptly prepared. Last week, I went to subway with my soccer team after our game. As soon as it was my turn, I sneezed, and the man at the counter rolled his eyes at me rather than offering me a napkin. I had no choice but to give him my order with my hand over my nose and mouth. He seemed extremely annoyed when all he had to do was hand me a napkin. When I got to the counter, a girl named Chelsea was ringing me up. As she asked me if I wanted chips or a drink, she seemed very irritated although I had done nothing. I told her that I wanted a drink and she finished ringing me up. After I got my food, I realized that she had not given me my cup. I went back to the counter and politiely asked for a cup, to which Chelsea RUDELY responded "you didn't order a drink". When I told her that I did, she rolled her eyes at me and said "no you got chips" and then called for the next in line. I stood there still waiting on my cup, and she grabbed them from underneath the counter, rolled her eyes AGAIN, told me to "just grab a cup and have a good day" (with MUCH ATTITUDE) and started to ring up the next person in line. To say the least, I was not happy with my experience at subway last week, and many of my teammates had bad experiences as well, due to Chelsea. Her attitude was appalling and very unprofessional, especially considering it was her mistake and not mine. I usually am not one to complain about restaurant service, but I was very disturbed and disappointed in my experience last week. And the only reason I gave one star is because zero wasn't an option. read more
