We stopped by here in the middle of the day for my daughter's birthday. It was empty, so it took a while for someone to realize that we were there and greet us. Once seated, the service was great. When they heard it was my daughter's birthday, one of the waitresses brought her out a treat. I thought that was really nice of them. The pizza was good and hot. We were happy with our experience. The best part is that it's by the tracks, so if you have a train lover and the right booth is available, you will have a pleasant meal. read more

This is a place that doesn't care about their employees or guests! Sunday night 4 big parties and 1 brand new waitress (Abby you were great kind and a hard worker) (you did all you could to please us). They had 4 people working in the back so all the customers had to wait on themselves and clear table to help poor Abby. At the end when we wanted to separate our checks the new waitress didn't know how and said she was waiting for her manager to help. The manager had no intentions of coming out to help. She yelled from the kitchen, "She's new and you're gonna have to wait!" We told her we had already been waiting not only only for our bill but on all the tables as well! The manager then threw down her utensils rolled her eyes and came flying around to the front counter aggressively complaining about all the orders she had to leave. She then went on to complaining about her managers not giving her enough crew members to do the job correctly. I agree! We have been going to this Pizza Hut for years and I have never had to have a yelling match with the staff before. All I wanted to do was pay my bill. Worst place on the planet! They constantly run ads for specials that are near impossible to get. I tried to order the large $7.99 2 topping for delivery online. Although they charge you $3.50 for delivery and of course tax, their system won't let you buy it, because their minimum is $8. So, for 1 penny, you can't order it! You can't add an item either, as they only allow 2 toppings! Then I called the store to add a topping and make it conform, and they said it's only good online. When I tried to order "ANY" pizza for $11.00, it became $18.50 when I wanted stuffed crust, or 4 toppings. Their idea of "ANY" is shameful and deceptive! I'm tired of complaining, I'm just taking my business elsewhere. Pizza Hut is the worst example I've seen of living up to their promotions. read more

I usually never have a problem with this location but i ordered a few pizzas and sent my son to go pick it up which i have done many times before (and had a sick kid home)but this girl who works there apparently wouldnt give him it because my card said see i.d in the back of it which all my cards say and never had issue with before here or anywhere else so i called and the girl who picked up her name was Ashley happen to be the same girl who told my son he couldn't get the pizza so when i said i am calling to cancel an order since my son wasnt able to pick it up she then was very rude and started to tell me in a condescending voice that because my card said see id on it she didnt give him the pizza cuz she is not losing her job and how its the law which actually it ISN'T i also work for a retail company who had an issue with this when in fact we asked for id and as a matter of fact there is specifically on the statement of the credit card that u DO NOT NEED TO SHOW ID....so to this Ashley thank you for making it so i will never ever order from there again and will find a new pizza hut to order from. So we decided to give this place another chance, boy were we wrong to do so! Ordered this bundle deal, with brownies. Turns out they didn't have brownies and so they decided to run our card twice (canceled last transaction, but still pending) and NO ONE notified us. The price second transaction was lower due to a "discount", but I don't care for a discount. Anyways, I had to call them and the guy was nice and all but he said he can credit our account "25" dollars, or get another order delivered to us. So I held the phone away and told my dad and he said "no, that's basically fraud. Tell them you want your money back!" So pizza guy said, "well, you didn't clarify that you wanted your money back." Umm..... I have to clarify that I want my money back? Who wouldn't, after basically being robbed. You guys didn't tell us what you did and on top of that, didn't even tell us you gave us the wrong order. On top of that, we gave the driver a damn good tip. So anyways, after we use the credit for whatever reason, I'm not ordering from Pizza Hut ever again. Best to stick with a family owned for example, pizza time. I ordered pizza and dessert and my order was supposed to be delivered within the hour. 2 hours later i still dont have my order and the store is no longer answering..this is ridiculous. i cant even cancel my order...how hard is it to deliver a pizza...or even answer the phone..way to drop the ball..again. This is the 3rd time over the last year we have ordered from this location and been severely disappointed. The staff can't ever seem to get anything right.. ordered 2 large stuff crust and a free pan with my rewards. One of the stuff crust was double pep and the other was supposed to be pep and pineapple, the medium pan was just supposed to be pep and bacon. The order was delivered and 2 of the 3 pizzas were wrong. 1 of the stuffed crusts was pep, pineapple and spinach leaves and the medium pan was pep, bacon and mushroom.. I called they sent out the 2 messed up pizzas.. new ones come, they got a medium pan pizza correct this time and messed up the new stuff crust.. made it exactly like they did the first time.. I call to get a credit this time and the manager is rude as hell trying to tell me he personally checked to make sure they were correct before it went out for delivery. I will NEVER order from this pizza hut again and the manager needs to see an eye doctor cause clearly GREEN LEAFS should NOT be on a PEPPERONI & PINEAPPLE pizza. I ordered a Supreme with Thin Crust and I have never NEVER experienced such nasty pizza anywhere like this tonite!!!! It looked like something that was purchased at the grocery store, baked and sat all day!!!! They will NEVER EVER get my business again! I ordered a pizza on line at 9:20pm, 40 minutes later I called to check on the order. It was canceled by accident. Manager claims pizza was cold and it would be another 40 minutes I told him to send it cold. Pizza arrived at 11:30pm and it was cold. What a joke of a place, tried calling over and over again and nobody would answer. Will never order pizza from them again. read more

I am severely disappointed in this place. Their white sauce, for their pizza, totally flavorless. On top of that, they put very little toppings on each pizza! I had a pizza with pineapple, pepperoni, and bacon bits, and on each slice I had about 1 slice of pepperoni, two pieces of pineapple, and a piece or two of bacon... Awful. Ugh. This pizza hut ALWAYS keeps us waiting. Damn near every time we go there we end up waiting at least over 15 minutes near the door for our pizza that should have been ready 15 minutes sooner. Usually it's over 20 minutes. Just this last visit, I was waiting over 20 minutes past when the email confirmation told me it would be ready. It wasn't a complicated order either. Just a large pan crust pizza, two toppings, cheese sticks, and a 2 liter of Pepsi. Meanwhile, several other customers came in, got their carry out orders, and got out. Some of their orders were as big or bigger than mine. They have no problem swiping my card the minute after I walk in the door, but I have to watch as several people (who probably ordered theirs just as I arrived to the building) get their food before me? What the hell is taking them so long back there in the kitchen? Forget about my order? Every time?!? Do they have some kind of vendetta against me??? The girl who rang me up was nice, but she didn't even apologize for my long ass wait. And when I finally got to eat it, it was slightly cold. Wtf. And the cheese sticks were too tough as opposed to soft like they're supposed to be and too salty. This was the last straw. Not worth my precious time or money. Never again. read more

If there was a different Pizza Hut closer, I would never come back here. As I am standing waiting for my order (which should have been ready over 15 min ago according to the app), there are 5 other carry out customers waiting for their order that should have also been ready by now. One of these customers is an elderly veteran who tells me that his order was supposed to be ready over 30 min ago. Waiting 30 min for an order while you are at the restaurant that you called in 20 min prior to arriving is unheard of. Once I Finally got my order, it was not even what I had ordered and looked so greasy that I wanted to vomit. I paid $20 for a pizza, I expect it to look better than a $5 carryout. Disgusting. Came in for a pizza on Sunday evening and we were told it would be a 20min wait. The restaurant was pretty busy so we tried to be patient, but 40min later we decided to cut our losses and ask to cancel the order. The only cashier was literally running around trying to keep everyone happy, so we silently waited at the counter. A woman in the kitchen yelled "If you need something it'll be 10 minutes, I can't burn other customers' pizzas to help you!" We responded that we just wanted to cancel our order, and she flipped out about how understaffed she was and how much was going on like it was all our fault. I've worked in a restaurant so I know how it is, but the way she talked to us was completely unacceptable. We ended up leaving the restaurant for a bit to give everyone a chance to cool down - came back ~20min later to pick up the pizza, and alas, it still wasn't ready. We were afraid to ask about it again, so we waited. Over an hour after ordering, our one large pizza was ready. All we could do was hope no one spit in it. Pizza Hut lost a customer for good after this experience. read more
