This is a pretty large location compared to the others I've been to. Have ordered several pizzas. Most were great except for one. This used to be our favorite Pizza Hut.It gave us the 90's feel with the salad bar,red cups and pizza that tasted like it used to.Unfortunately we recently drove way out of our way to go and had a horrible experience.I'm guessing they are under new ownership.No more red cups or salad bar. The owner or manager whoever he was,was screaming at his staff in the kitchen and when I walked up to the counter to ask for something he very rudely said " what do you want?" I had the audacity to ask for a box since we had a whole pizza to take home and he told me "do you know how expensive these boxes are?" He gave me some crummy box that fits like two small pieces of pizza.I went back to the counter and told them I'd pay for a box. I had just spent over $70.00 on pizza and I'm pretty sure we ordered two orders of bread sticks and I think they gave us one order cut in half.The employee a very nice lady who we felt so sorry for gave me a box and apologized for his rude behavior. The 25$ lunch for 2 is back, with the salad bar! My wife and I had a good experience here, ordered 2 salad bars and 2 personal pan pizzas, good food done well! Ordered for delivery. Got here relatively quickly. But it was the wrong pizza. Wrong toppings, no extra cheese and not even 2 bites of bacon on it. I had requested a re-delivery and upon the second delivery, SAME THING! Only it's the same errors they made from the FIRST delivery. I had even called the store beforehand to ask if they could ensure the pizza would be correct. On 6/5/24 ordered lg Hawaiian,lg supreme, and boneless 16 piece wings. The cost 69 dollars and some change the wing were so hard and over cooked, crust on pizza was flat and terrible. We took this to a friends house we were stopping by on our way home. We normally get from Pizza Hut in Gig Harbor near our home this day we thought we would pick up and visit friends. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is managed poorly. I tried placing an order online & it said order not submitted- so we had friends try and same issue. I thought it would just be a issue with my web server on my phone.. I called in thinking that would solve the issue. Nope same thing. I asked for the " manager" I put those in air quotes because that persons a joke. He tried to run our cards and still said denied. I asked how 4 different people can't run a card.. and there's no issue. He responded with "uhhh yeah I dont know not really my problem so I don't know what to do". Called after 10 minutes late to see when order would be delivered and was told it will be there in 10 minutes, didn't arrive for 27 minutes after calling. Honestly this particular Pizza Hut has always been low quality I know because I've lived near this location all my life, been many times. However after not eating there for awhile we decided to order delivery through the app. I know I double checked my crust type twice before pushing the button to order and when it got here it was stuffed crust not deep dish. I called to see if I could get a replacement pizza sent out at the very least and the guy I spoke to told me because it was on my end there was nothing he could do. I mean this guy was so rude right off the bat, I wasn't asking for a whole meal just the one pizza, I've never been to a place that would not replace a messed up order or even give credit for the amount needed. Wife and I went to this location yesterday around 5:45 pm. This is our first time dining in since about a year ago, but had delivered a few times during the past 12 months. We usually order the same thing whether we're dining in or having delivered. First thing I noticed was lack of any other customers eating inside, but there were 3 - 4 customers coming in for pickup. Next I noticed there was no salad bar, but I don't know if this is every day or just because it was Monday. When I was completing my order, I added a medium soda. I was informed the soda dispenser was not working and I would have to get a bottled soft drink. So, I asked for a Pepsi, which wasn't cold when it was handed to me. I asked the guy at the counter if it came from the cooler and he said it had just been placed in there. He never offered to tell me the ice dispenser was working and I could get a cup at the same soda dispenser that was not working, but was making ice. This whole experience set me back $64 and change. I don't see myself going back here, as I'll be looking for another pizza establishment. read more

We are a local family who has support Pizza Hut for as many years as I can remember. Yesterday on a walk my young daughter had a bathroom emergency. Pizza Hut female employee refused to allow her to use the restroom, creating an accident for my daughter. The female employee smugly told me, "There's a bathroom at the park, but you can't use our bathroom. It's for your safety". Ah, I see how it is. Bathroom emergencies now have to be put on hold while a child tries to walk across town to a local park. Apparently the Pizza Hut customer base is so good that now they can mistreat their own local customers. I have ordered Pizza Hut pizza many times from many different locations and this is by far the worst Pizza Hut franchise I've ever been a customer of. The pizone I ordered lacked flavor and meaningful ingredient proportions. There was next to no cheese and very minimal sauce. The pizza I ordered had what appeared to be zero cheese until further inspection which showed flecks around the pepperoni. I ordered their white sauce and there was none to be found on my pizza. I essentially was delivered (delivery took 25 minutes once it was out on delivery, from a location 7 minutes away from residence) dough and pepperoni at a lukewarm temperature at best in a box. So beyond disappointed with the Pizza Hut that is within my delivery radius, that I am going to order elsewhere from here on out. So this is Pizza Hut... it's not oven fired or locally sourced or special by any means. When I order from chain pizza places it should just be hot, well cooked and arrive quickly. The pizza came within 40mins. It was hot and perfectly cooked. There was a good amount of toppings on the pizzas and the cheesy bread was smothered. We ordered extra sauce on our pizzas and the delivery guy noticed so he even included an extra marinara dipping sauce with our cheesy bread at no cost. They did mess up our order but not bad enough to not eat the pizza and they gave us a credit for a free pizza. Great branch of this chain! read more

I, too, would like to do a 0 stars for this place. I called in my order, the gentleman that answered took my name and phone number, made me repeat it. Then took the order and repeated back to me. He said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later and there was no order. They said I probably called the wrong Pizza Hut. I showed them the number on my phone and it was indeed theirs. They asked everyone and NO ONE took my order - apparently. Their response was everyone can make mistakes. I usually order from Pizza Hut when I'm too tired and not in the mood to make dinner. I really enjoy their pizza and their service is usually not too bad...nothing woo woo but no complaints. Today they pleasantly surprised me and it's the reason why I am yelping now. We ordered a pizza -- nothing fancy and you could tell that they were busy when I called. I was placed on hold (briefly) three different times but each time they asked permission to hold. They were upfront and told me that the pizza would be about an hour. It arrived about 10 minutes early and it was a young lady who looked like she belonged inside Pizza Hut instead of delivering...plus she had her name tag and that threw me off. The pizza tasted good but it was cold. I've NEVER had to microwave pizza that I just ordered. I contemplated for about an hour before deciding to call them and share my concern. The manager was apologetic and made no excuses (surprise #1) and then he did something else...instead of just listening to my feedback...he made it right. I won't say exactly what he did but it was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely order from them again but next time if I'm on the fence about whom we should call when ordering pizza...I will know who to call. Someone who cares about customer service. read more

Came for the lunch buffet. When I arrived there wasn't many customers, however before finishing our first plate the place got packed. Soon there wasn't any food available to eat. The pizzas arrived to the buffet table sparingly. The pizza and salad bars were fresh. Ruth did an exceptional job making everyone feel welcomed and provided the best customer service to everyone. I actually created a yelp account just to review this place. I generally am very lenient with places because I don't like getting angry. But I can't understand how it takes 40 minutes for a simple cheese pizza. Lady behind the counter told me 10 minutes. (which is about standard.) But 10 minutes turned to 20... 30... 40... I received a "Sorry, we obviously have a large surge of people ordering. That's why it took so long. " (The building was empty and they kept ignoring the phones ringing. ) The pizza itself was a bit overcooked. So to recap... I was told 10 minutes for a cheese pizza. Waited 40 for a slightly overcooked pizza due to a customer surge that I'm not even sure happened. Pizza Hut has generally been good to me. But this was top level BS. Can I do 0 stars? We would buy pizza here every other week and the service and quality of food has only gotten worse with time. Two weeks ago when we did take out, once we got home our order was wrong. Our pepperoni pizza was missing the pepperoni. So I called them and they offered to put a credit under my phone number for making the mistake and when we went to order pizza today, over the phone the guy said he couldn't apply the credit via phone, so just tell them inside the store. And when we did the cashier told us we were wrong and she didn't see anything there. We said fine- we'll just pay for it. She insisted on getting her manager only for him to come out and tell us he didn't see anything either and treated my boyfriend like he was stupid. Needless to say we won't go back there.
