Horrible service. We sat at our table for 15 minutes and no one ever greeted us. The manager sat a table right behind us, got their drink order and had a server over there within 2 minutes. I understand being busy, I've been a server for years, but the server looked at our table numerous times and proceeded to ignore us for over 15 minutes. A simple "someone will be right with you" when you pass our table 10 times or just being acknowledged would have sufficed but they just passively looked at our table from the drink station. So I took the kids to the local Pizza Hut here in Roanoke for dinner. They were being good and MAE hasn't had her baby pizza since we left CA. We placed our order and we're waiting patiently and had been waiting for a bit when the manager came over to verify we had ordered and what we ordered. Apparently a glitch occurred and our order never went through-oops. Well he moved into fast gear, got Daniel some French fries (which he demolished) and our entire order was on the house. This has never happened for me but I am very grateful for dinner. It is a blessing to see there are those still set on the path of good deeds! I unfortunately have had nothing but bad experiences with this particular Pizza Hut. I live a mile or so down the road so I have ordered from here a few times for a quick and easy dinner. Maybe quick should not be the operative word. When I say their delivery is slow I say it with the intention of redefining the term. Painfully slow. In addition to this, the last two orders have had the following issues: first time they could find my apartment complex (mind I live a mile away from the restaurant), and the second time they brought the wrong pizza. To top it off when I called to have the correct pizza delivered they had the audacity to tell me that I ordered incorrectly. The latter order will be the last one I make from here. Just for the record there is a Dominos in the same complex and they have always provided great service and food. My advice; order from there. read more

This is the best Pizza Hut! The food is ALWAYS good. But today was the best because Kat was our server. She wasn't even supposed to be still working when we got there, but someone had not showed up for their shift. (I was curious why she was working by herself, so I'd asked.) Even though she was the ONLY person serving, she handled the tables with kindness and professionalism! If you're in the area and want great Pizza Hut pizza, go in and ask to be seated in Kat's section. She's the best! read more

Surprise!!! Pizza Hut lost its reputation when it stopped the buffet and started concentrating on take out. I gave this place one shot.....and totally surprised!! The pizza was fabulous.....service, ambiance and pizza was awesome!! Great job!! It is such a wonderful buffet!! They threw away the old pizza instead of making a "variety" tray...impressive!!! Seems to me like there is little adult supervision here. Lots of young people "working" but not really doing anything usefull. Despite there being plenty of staff meandering about, service really sucks. It is a struggle just to get someone to take a drink order. The place was Blasting music until I finally demanded that they at least drop it to 100db so that I didn't have to scream my order. Once you do manage to get your order in, good luck getting your order in a reasonable time. It is Pizza Hut so you would probably be better off getting your food to go. read more

This would be a five star review until they decided to not honor the $5 dollar flavor menu coupon anymore. Pizza was always great and especially the wings but I'm taking my business to dominos until that coupon comes back. Every other store in the area honors that coupon so it doesn't make sense at all. Bring the coupon back and you will have a loyal customer back who orders throughout the week. read more

Got wings last night (bone out, medium with bleu cheese), and their jalapeno potato popper things. Their wings are a LOT better than they used to be, but could be dressed a little more in their sauce, in my opinion. Their poppers, while under seasoned, were still delicious! By far the best pizza buffet I've ever been too. $6 for the buffet with salad included, $2 for a drink. Service was incredible. Our waitress was so friendly and eager to serve us. She had the entire restaurant to take care of and I was never in need of anything. The buffet was constantly being stocked with fresh pizza. Large and very clean restaurant. All the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We will be back! read more

Unfortunately had bad experience with Roanoke location. Had trouble with online order called store directly . Employee who answered phone was unhelpful , rude and short . Normally when you order online no problems but anytime I have to go directly to store it's unpleasant experience , delivery drivers are great though . Great place to eat lunch and eat cheap. Buffet during the week is awesome. Buffet pizza is probably the best I've had in a long time. Went with some friends in the evening and pizza was great. It was not buffet but we ordered pizza and wings and they were good. Only complaint is they only have 3 beers on tap but they have other beers in bottle. But other than that the place is clean and I have never had unfriendly service. read more

Every time I have ordered delivery from here my order has been wrong. It is my fault for not checking the pizzas and tasting prior to letting the driver leave I suppose.I tried to call the location and its impossible as the only way to reach is by calling the 800 number. This is the best Pizza Hut in the DFW area. The lunch time buffet is better than any Pizza Hut buffet I've had. The staff consistently provides the best service around and the pizza is always hot and fresh. If there's a type of pizza you like and it is not on the buffet, they will make it for you. I'm not sure what they do different but their pizza tastes different than other Pizza Huts. It is delicious and addictive. The price is amazing also. All the pizza, pasta, salad and dessert you can eat for $6 and some change. Add a drink and you're still around $8. The outside patio also puts this place above other Pizza Huts. I don't recall an outside patio at other Pizza Huts in this area. Overall outstanding. read more

Watched a so called manager named Matt tell a young customer he could not have any dipping sauce...really and the kid had money to pay for it in his hand.. This is the kind on management this store has can only tell what else they do. The owner of this store should fire that idiot asap! read more
