Worst Chick-fil-a I have ever been into. We decided to stop in around 6:30pm Friday night to quickly grab some dinner. The nuggets were cold, the bread on the sandwiches were stale, dried out buns and the mac and cheese was disgustingly gross, old, dried out mess. The tables were all dirty, not cleaned off after each use. Then to notice an employee on break taking up a booth watching videos while other employees walked up to chat with him, then another employee walked by and they both slapped their hands together making a loud popping noise and that happened at least 3-4 times as they 'bro'd' out with their hand shake. I've been to this restaurant on multiple occasions, and by far this was one of the worst experience ever, at any chick-fi-la I have ever been in. read more

Drive thru was super efficient! Dispute having some confusion (the lady behind me had my the exact same name! Haha) , Chick fil a was amazing and able to work through the problem! Thankfully they repeat your order over and over. I'm so happy we get to still enjoy their food even now, it is so wonderful they are able to adapt and overcome. I need my chicken!! Never will I understand why Chick-Fil-A uses DoorDash as their delivery service. For the 3rd time, I have used the Chick Fil A app to order my food and the drivers "are not able to find me" I call B.s, the address is well known and a big, visible campus with plenty of signage. I had yet in my lifetime to go into a bad Chick Fillet location until I went into this location on Monday August the 5th. A day I will always remember unfortunately because of the lousy experience I had here!! I ordered online today and went inside to pickup my small order. Once inside I had 6 different employees ask me the name of my order. The 1st guy said it was being worked on and would be right out. 20 minutes later my order was nowhere to be found. Finally after 20 minutes I just left especially after watching you guys constantly working on other customers orders including people who walked in after me picking up online too. I love chick Fila and so disappointed we have moved and don't have our old location. If I didn't like the food as much as I do I would find another place. The high school kids who just stand around and don't actually help the customers, is very frustrating. They need adult managers there at all times. So happy Chick-fil-a is now in Roanoke. I could eat my weight in the chicken nuggets. They have the drive thru set up to where they can service 2 cars at a time to take the orders but only 1 to pick up the order. It seemed to work fine. Supervisor with long dark hair spends time complaining about other customers in the drive thru window and this always results in missing or wrong items. I have a gluten allergy and I am constantly having to drive back thru a second time to correct food that could make me incredibly sick. When it comes to CFA, we don't expect anything spectacularly better than what any other CFA would provide. We expect a clean environment, friendly staff, and quality food executed well & served fresh. Well, this CFA checked all those boxes but what I must point out is that the level of service and care here were beyond what I have experienced at any CFA (across several states). While we dined and as we wrapped up our meal, we had no less than 4 visits from the staff, asking us if we needed anything, how we enjoyed our meal, can they bring us a refill on our drinks, and even if they could take away our trash! We almost felt like celebrities, and we left feeling spoiled by a fast casual restaurant. If CFA franchisees want to know how to take care of their customers, just come to this location and observe! And, yes, we left satisfied with the food and everything else about our experience. Would def come back here when I'm in the area again. read more

We were eating at this Chick-fil-A location when one of the long lights from the ceiling fell down from the play area and hit my son in the head causing a knot on the side of the head. The staff did not seem to care at all. We usually love Chick-fil-A due to the amount of customer service you get while you are there; however, after the light fell down from the ceiling and hit my son's head nobody seemed to care at all. The manager never reached out to see if he was okay. This incident could have landed us in the emergency room had he been looking up. I would not do business at this Chick-fil-A location. By far the slowest and most mismanaged Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Came to get some lunches to go and thinking it would be quicker to walk inside and get the food rather than go through the drive thru was the worst. I understand they are dealing with the Drive-Thru, dine in, door dash and online orders but at some point you got to put the food out in the order it was received. When people in line are getting their food out of order you figure a manager would step in instead of sitting on his laptop talking with another gentleman about a promotion, then only to roll your sleeves up and make a few drinks? While other team leaders just sit back and converse amongst themselves? The staff was doing what they could, but when a disgruntled person would get their attention they would focus on that order only. 13 minutes to get waited on and 27 to receive food. 40 minutes total to get out the door, very sad. 11am walked through the doors and walked out at 11:40am read more

Things are well managed when managers are there, and when their not, well it sucks. You wait way longer than you should, and see and hear things you just shouldn't. When they're not there, the high schoolers (I can only assume--and will point out I have only experienced these issues with the girls) would rather check their instagrams, flirt with their coworkers, or gossip and giggle at the customers rather than focus on the To Go orders or look up to notice the line getting longer with agitated customers don't seem to be in their interest of being efficient or productive. I can't believe it. I love Chikfila, however if you dont have 10-15 mins to wait for coffee, DONT STOP HERE. Food is good, and the people are sweet as usual, but they can't seem to brew coffee. I kid you not 7 out of 10 times their out of coffee. I didn't know Brewing morning coffee was so tough. I have thought many times about leaving in negative post but didn't. I even called and spoke to the manager and asked him what was going on but this was the worst Chick-fil-A customer service I've experienced. This was an amazing flagship place. The young people were exceptional. The leadership was good as evidenced by people wanting to work there. I recently went back several times while in town, the atmosphere has completely changed. There is a young man, clearly a mgr. who micro-managed his team from his seat in the dinning room. The other manager, whom I met before, was also leading by computer. A great deal of the young men and women I met months ago, have left the restaurant. I ran into one of the ones that left a chatted with them. I am impressed how much maturity she had shown by not talking bad about her former employer. She merely said, "Things have really changed. I hated to leave my friends and the owner, but it was no fun anymore." (She told me owner's name, I just didn't catch it.) I can see the difference. I own 2 businesses, may I suggest you let your people do what you trained them to do. I would also not correct or change the instruction mid-order or service in front of your guests. (I witnessed this on several occasions.) I hope they fix this, it was a super place I looked forward to going to, now it's hit or miss. read more

Chickfila's food is always really good but the people that work at this location is what makes it my favorite spot! Inside is always squeaky clean including the restrooms and they usually come around to pick up your trash when you're done eating. I also love that they will come to your table to refill your drinks while dining in. It gets pretty busy during peak times but it doesn't seem to take a long time to get your food. I noticed they added people to the drive through during lunch that will walk over to cars in line to get your order before getting to the menu so the line moves quicker. read more

So disappointed. I love Chick-fil-a, but their customer service needs some work. I arrived at 10:15 to get breakfast for my family and finally pulled up to order at 10:35 where I was told I was too late, that they stop serving breakfast at 10:30, no exceptions. I had to wait another 10 minutes to move though the line so I could leave and go to Whataburger where they are much more lenient of their serving times. With long lines and wait times you should have a better process of informing customers that breakfast is over. read more
