I ordered for pickup and the order went smooth . I went in to pick up my pizza (which took only 15 minutes) and it was great customer service. They spoke as soon as I walked in also . Absolutely horrible experience Ordered one pizza and breadsticks. Delivery scheduled for 4:18 pm. Status on app had not changed and no pizza still at 4:30. Called and was told pizza was in route. 10 minutes later no pizza and called back. Was told pizza was still at store waiting on a driver. Would I like a Door Dash driver to deliver. Why is the pizza waiting until I ask vs proactively getting door dash driver upon seeing delivery issue?? Said no I will pick up. Arrived and food was not in a warmer. Breadsticks had no warmth to them and pizza was not hot either. Was told I would get a full refund. Asked when. Was told whenever the manager had time to put it in over the next few days. Left store and stopped at J&J family gas station and picked up Little Caesars as now 50 minutes past delivery time. Checked my credit card and found I was charged twice for Pizza Hut order. Called back to escalate to a manager again who has assured me it will all be cleared up. Seeing reviews on Yelp and Google now certainly confirm this service issue is common place. Cannot have a delivery business if there are not enough drivers available. Should not allow online orders if drivers cannot deliver in timeframe committed. read more

This Pizza Hut quality was is great as is the service. I was surprised by how kind and friendly the staff were. There building/area isn't super as far as parking goes (since it's in a strip mall and, if you come around dinner) you may have a hard time finding a spot. There's one door for carry out on the side and the front door is for dine in. However, I went to the wrong one and was very kindly walked to the carry out spot which has a bench if you needed to wait. Pleased overall with this Pizza Hut! read more

Received my order from a very polite dash driver but the food was trash. Paid for sauces we never got and cheese breadsticks were burnt. Why would someone send them like that? Pizzas look terrible as well with hard crust. So disappointed as we waited 90 minutes for our food. Called and talked to the manager and she was more annoyed with my call. Kids and I went in for pizza. Son is allergic to wheat so we got one GF pizza, I got a deep dish supreme, and my daughter got Chicken Alfredo pasta. Dinner was NOT cheap. So the Hut is right in my backyard here in Rockford and it's usually pretty good. I wanted to support the small local guy cause their sauce is totally better FATZOS but the Hut hooked me up with delivery. I would avoid this Pizza Hut if I were you. I work very close and go in there to carry out a salad pretty often. There aren't many restaurants around that area, but luckily more and more are popping up. When you place the order (better do it online because they don't answer their phones) it usually takes about 15-20 minutes for it to be ready. Then be prepared to wait another 5-10 minutes for someone to greet you at the carry out door. While their food is always good, it doesn't wow like other restaurants do. read more

Food was fine when it was finally done, but I called and ordering over the phone was very difficult. I asked for a BBQ chicken pizza and was then asked what kind of sausage I wanted on that. I then repeated that I wanted a BBQ chicken pizza and I was asked how many wings I wanted. I then clarified again and the person was not able to place my order. Where has the Customer Service aspect of the Hut gone? I drove from Greenville to Rockford calling the store to place an order, to no avail, nobody answered! I drove to the store to place my order, and to also see how busy they must of been! They had only 5 order tickets in their system, the server was sweeping her floors for closing time, and the manager and cooks were just laughing, playing story time (which was heard up front). I worked for Joyce the owner and this would not have been tolerated... where has that attitude gone? I know Kent too would have been pretty upset. Sad to see this store has gone so far down hill! I applied for a job listing I found online and brought my resume down there, which they accepted. I gave them a call and everyone on the phone with that day was very polite, and I was told to call back the next day. another dear girl answered and put me on the line with a manager. I told this manager the reason I was calling and asked how she was doing. Her response: "Uhm; okay??..........What's this for?????" The whole pause and everything. I would think she would be that way with a telemarketer but never with a potential employee. I told her I applied for a server position, and she didn't even take one look at my application or resume before telling me she was only hiring cooks at that time. She said someone would call back if they wanted to interview. I looked up again directly after this and found the active job listing for the position I applied for. I guess someone was just too lazy to take it down until then. I called once more, and again everyone on the phone that day could not have been more accommodating. I was even told to expect a call from the restaurant manager the next day. Welp; you can guess who the general manager of the restaurant was. You can also guess whether or not I in fact did get a call that next day. I looked it up after this and it turned out that yes; every moment of this was what it took for the general manager to care enough to take down the job listing I applied for. If someone from there could respond and let me know once Kay has finally been fired from that location, I will more than gladly return there. read more

Went for lunch and had the "lunch in a crunch". Order soup, salad and breadsticks (all u can eat). Well, first they are far to understaffed at lunch. The manager was in charge of the bar area. I waited 30 mins for the salad and soup to arrive. After 45 mins I was asked by a waitress if I was ready for my check (she obviously saw me becoming irritates). I replied I hadn't received my breadsticks nor had I been asked for refills on anything (even my drink). When I complained about the service I was told the manager was too busy. Bar none best Pizza Hut location I have ever been to. I have never been a huge fan of Pizza Hut, but did not have a big choice today so stopped in as we were from out of town and had a fantastic lunch. We ordered the auce soup, salad, bread sticks, and pop and tried three varieties of soup. I would rate it better than Olive Gardens never ending for sure. Wish other Pizza Huts offered this. People, this is a well known national pizza franchise, and the only one in Rockford, so it gets busy (patience is a virtue). WORST BAR SERVICE EVER. Went in for a quick beer and some take out and the girl behind the bar was so incredibly rude. She didn't know anything about the beers, which she was underage so I understand that, but I asked what ones were not IPA's and she replied "I don't know, you can read the labels".... so can you..?!? Then, when she brought us our take out food we ordered pasta which she did not bring out. We asked her where the pasta was and she replied "what pasta? You DIDNT order any pasta. I wrote down two pizzas and no pasta, you didn't order pasta." I literally herd another one of my family members order the pasta she wasn't paying attention and didn't write it down. even if we were wrong or she made a mistake her tone was so mean and rude that it didn't matter.
