I spent nearly $50 on a couple of Pan Pizzas that I had to finish cooking when I got home. The dough inside was almost raw and disgusting. They were ready when they said they would be, but I would have been much happier waiting a few more minutes on food that had actually finished cooking. Plus as soon as I pressed the keypad to leave a tip the manager took the money out of the register and pocketed it, I always thought that money got split up between the employees at the end of the shift, not pocketed by management. The large pepperoni pizza I ordered was almost inedible. Basically, the crust had no garlic, butter or any seasoning on it and it was plain and tasteless. The storefront is clean and straightforward. The pizza is exactly what you'd expect, super tasty and recognizable. Above all, the service was so kind. The Hut has a new offering with their Detroit style pizza. Growing up in Ohio, I was familiar with Pittsburgh style pizza; and of course, our local Briar Hill pizza--all share a similar trait: you place the cheese, the toppings, and then you put on the sauce. Some sauce stylists follow a pattern and some are just ploppers. Most of these pizzas are round, but some are rectangular. I wasn't familiar with the latter shape until I moved to Connecticut, where this was referred to as Sicilian pizza. Besides being rectangular, the pizza crust was rather thick and heavy. I was curious to see what the Hut had concocted. This pizza has the rectangular shape and the crust/base is thick but isn't heavy and is somewhat light. The cheese used has good texture and flavor, and the pepperoni is pleasantly chewy. (I ordered double pepperoni but was disappointed in the amount provided) The edges of the pizza are a very nice slightly burnt cheese. I suggest you grab the corner pieces to get the most of this "cheese to the edge" slice. My wife was more than hesitant about ordering the Detroit style from the hut, but she discovered she actually liked it. I suggest you give the Detroit style a try while it's available. . Ordered a medium pizza and a small pizza and cheese sticks they messed my order up I called and nicely asked them hey I didn't get my cheese sticks I got some dessert thing so he with an attitude said so do you want me to reimburse you or bring the out and I asked him could you bring them out and he said hold I have to get my manager I was on hold for 20 min then hung up I'm an easy going person but damn he didn't have to be like that especially when they messed up on there end pissed about the service read more

I bought a large pizza from the Pizza Hut off 41 highway today. It was a total disappointment. Ordered large thin crust pizza with pepperoni, onions and extra cheese (for which I was charged an extra $2.00) . It was very thin, lacking extra cheese, crust over cooked (Dry). One of the worst pizzas I have had. Needless to say I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again!!!! read more

This Pizza Hut location provides outstanding customer service. Whether ordering by phone or online, they have never screwed up a single order. The food is always steaming hot when it arrives, and it always arrives before they say they will be here. Their new Tuscani pastas are simply amazing! The family loves them, and the bread sticks that go with it, superb! The wings, pizzas, and even deserts, are always hot and extremely flavorful. I use this location a lot. The pizzas are good and service is good. The only thing I don't like is the online payment. I made the payment online and sent someone else to pick it up. When they got there they were handed a ticket to sign. They did not need a signature, it was already paid. The person added a tip and signed the ticket. I don't know if it will go through as the amount I paid online, or the amount signed for by the person who picked it up. I tried to call, but got a busy signal. I won't be paying online again, will pay when the pizza is picked up. My rating would be higher if the online payment confusion had not happened. read more

I called 2 hours ahead of time to order 7 large pizzas and they gave me a $25 discount right away without me even asking for any kind of deals. They ended up being 30 mins late due to traffic but gave me an additional $20 discount when arriving. The pizza was still hot upon arrival!!! Definitely will use this Pizza Hut again in the future.
