I ordered a Hawaiian pizza this week. I liked that the pizza was ready promptly. There are some tables to eat outside, but do not expect to eat inside. The joint is packed. It shares the same space as an ice cream shop. It's really a neat location, smack-dab in the center of Sarasota's Amish neighborhood. The pizza had a good proportion of cheese, sauce, and dough. Deserves nothing but 5 stars. Best pizza I've had in a looong time. It's unique in it's own way, the crust being very crunchy and thin, plentiful toppings and you can taste the freshness of the ingredients. Service was excellent, super friendly ladies who go above and beyond to dish out the best. Doesn't hurt that their prices can't be beat either. We are from Indiana, and are in town for the month of December. Had a hankering for pizza and found Emma's. Very nice pizza. It had good flavor and was just the right consistency. We drove from Siesta Key, about 16 minutes. I don't know if they deliver, but we wanted to go out anyway. The location also included ice cream. We ate out of doors in a picnic area. This is a very small place with no seating inside. I got takeout and the service was friendly and fast. The pizza itself was delicious. The crust isn't too much and although it was just extra cheese it was very flavorful and good. Excellent prices as well. Would definitely go again if I was in the area for some good pizza. read more

Omg!!! A MUST!!! This place is small but very popular with the locals! We live 2 hours away but we LOVE, LOVE, LOVE going to visit not only for the Amish village but right next them is this tiny pizzeria place. It doesn't look like much but the pizzas are fantabulous!! After you try this pizza you will not be able to stop thinking about it. The pizzas are like a person pizza. Very cheesy and so tasty! The prices are perfect! Not expensive at all. They are done fairly quick. My mouth waters just thinking about it. One week is too long to go without this pizza. I just wish I didn't live 2 hours away. it's torture to live that far! I say it's worth going and giving it a try. I obviously love it! Go give it a try! I hope you like it as much as I do. read more

Pretty good! I've been seeing them on BiteSquad for the past year or two and have always been a bit hesitant because of the pictures used. It's actually better than I thought though, and cheap! Pizza was good. Em's Sticks were awesome. I'd probably give 5 stars but for the charge for condiments (Parmesan cheese and red pepper). Usually those things are complimentary. I understand the need to charge, being as it's a small business and those things have costs associated with them. However, I was more miffed by the fact that I had just paid with my company credit card and left a 20% tip then asked if they had any cheese and pepper to go with my large pizza and cheese sticks. They assembled some in front of me in to small containers then proceeded to charge me $1. No big deal, but maybe had they asked me if I'd like any prior to cashing out it could have made things easier as I had to swipe my company card again this time for $1 as I had no cash (try explaining that one on a corporate expense report). They did have these things available to put on the food prior to leaving the building at no charge. I just like to put mine on in different amounts and not necessarily on the entire pizza. That's all. Don't let my petty whining over $1 charge discourage you from ordering here. Just be sure to order to go condiments before cashing out! read more

My son insisted we tried this restaurant to get some pizza, based on Yelp reviews. Customer service was excellent but the pizza was so so. Nothing stood out. We ordered 2 pizzas, my husband don't eat pork. His small pizza was placed in styrofoam box which caused alot of condensation, pizza was ruined. The other pizza was made with pepperoni, which was a bit too salty. This restaurant is located in an amish neighborhood, and if the pepperoni meat was purchased locally, the pepperoni was cured to long making it too salty. Other than that, nothing stood out. My two favorite pizza's are OIG Original Italian Pizza (Italian NY, open fire burning style, thin crust) and Giordano's (Chicago Deep Dish) two very different pizza. This restaurant's pizza doesn't come close to the quality and taste of my favorites. read more

I really enjoyed my pizza and so did my friends! I ordered the veggie pizza and it came with a gluten free crust. I was impressed that the veggies were very fresh. Great little spot for affordable pizza. Got buffalo gluten free which was good and spicy. Kids loved their cheese pizza.

This is a small family-owned place in Pinecraft. They have burgers, pretzels and wings as well as pizza. Very good food and reasonable prices. During season there are a lot of Amish hanging around the area and the pizza shop. Nice small town feel to the place. read more
