Great service and great food! The staff were very attentive and always made sure and checked in on us .

Only good thing about this place is the food is pretty good. Other than that, this place has many reasons why I give it one star! The waitresses are horrible, they hardly ever check on you. When I asked for a root beer they were out, I asked for a Sierra mist they were out, so it got stuck with a drink I didn't even want. It is super noisy, I feel like I have to yell just to talk to someone that's three feet in front of me. Speed of service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I ordered my two pizza and wings at 6:30 and didn't get my food until 7:45. The waitress acted like it wasn't a big deal at all. Mind you, there was only five people in the restaurant itself. I will never come back to establishment again. This is not the epitome of Pizza Hut. You're better off going to katy to get pizza honestly! read more

Tried to give this location one more shot... Again. I walked in at 7:30 and was told to dine in would take 45 minutes to get my food. After looking around and noticing only three other people all sitting at the same booth in the entire restaurant I questioned why. We are backed up she said! I am from out of town, stayed in Sealy for work. Stayed next door to Pizza Hut, was worried about the low reviews but my experience was very favorable. Pizza was done quickly, cashier was very polite, and the pizza was amazing. I got the two med, two toppings, thin crust. And they turned out exactly how I wanted them. We stopped in here on our way from New Ulm to Sealy. We decided to dine in since they had a buffet, and we needed to get on the road. They had one pizza out on the entire buffet. The lone pizza was made up of several different types that they had put together from previous pizzas and was room temperature at best. After about 10 minutes a pepperoni pizza appeared on the buffet before guests demolished it in roughly 1 minute. The same happened to the cheese pizza that showed up 10 minutes after that. They had a pasta concoction too but it was mushy and weird. I am not that hard to please but a "buffet" should have at least 2 pizzas on it. I will say our waitress was very sweet, and another employee (a gentlemen) was also very friendly and attentive. The management, however, sucks. Those two stars are for the employees. I order Pizza Hut regularly online and always had good service. Until today, I ordered online and my order is placed. I realized I forgot to get drinks so I call and I asked if I could add to my order. The girl says one moment and then gets back to the phone and says "oh we are not doing delivery at the moment." I laughed and asked "if she was serious?" She said yes so I cancelled my order. I'm just glad I didn't pay with card. read more

Quite possibly the worst lunch I've ever had. I got there about 1:30 just on the end of the lunch rush. Granted, it was a Friday but the salad bar was empty, and what was left in the bottom of the containers was frozen or rotten. Manager stood there behind the counter washing glasses ignoring everything going on, on the floor. Place was a mess and no one was refilling containers or bringing out fresh pizza for the few tables that actually we're still there eating. Don't waste your time eating in, grab your pizza and go. I wish I could give them no stars, so we went in to eat there and we where told they couldn't split up the flavors on an order of 24 wings, I mean how hard is it to split up an order. This is not the first time they have let me down... last year I asked them if they could turn on the world cup soccer match and was told they could change the channel on the tv... the food here is sub-par at best so I would suggest Jins in sealy or just go to katy... Went in on a Friday evening about 6:30 in the evening and there was hardly any people there. I ordered wings and a medium pizza from my daughter and I. Although I was surprised that there was very few customers in the restaurant the service was great and the food was great I will be back again. read more

Have always had good service and food but they really need to do something about the lighting at night. There are no signs lit up and the parking lot has no lightning. Not only do you not know whether they are open but the lack of lighting presents concerns about safety. read more

So I called to order a pizza at 1030 and the restaurant closes at 11. She tells me they are closed and that I can not place an order. I go online and make an order and it says it will be ready at 1053. Before 11, the closing time. I go over at that time to pick up pizza and I say is it ready and she said sorry we are closed. To which I reply so you did not get my order? She says Michael? Yes I got it. Then she goes to back to what I assume is tell the cook to make it. I ask the 3 girls sitting around on the counters should I come back in 5? They said maybe 10. Which would be 11. I come back at 11 and the lady says sorry we are closed. I told you that when you called at 1030. I said well my order went through online so I assumed you guys would make it. She says no that's a central order system. We don't follow that. Sorry. So if they don't follow Pizza Hut online ordering then why are they Pizza Hut? Why could I make my order? Better yet why are their hours 10-11? Not 1030 where they obviously decide in store when they are done working. That is bad management, especially on a Saturday night. The lack of care and poor customer service definitely made sure I will never return to this establishment. Watch out here, if they don't feel like making you pizza they won't do it. Just assume the place closes at 10, because the employees here are the ones that dictate the store hours, not management; or the franchise for that matter. read more

I don't ever ever write reviews but this place was so bad I just had to write one. Don't ever go to this place. We ordered and our waitress had to repeat our order 3 times. That should had been a sign for me to leave. When we ordered the cheese breadsticks she said " cheese bread" we said no breadsticks with cheese. She brings us toast with cheese like the ones you get with your pasta. When we told her that that was not what we had ordered she gets upset and tells us that we are wrong. We get up to leave because we were upset and I ask to be charged for my drinks and the cashier and our waitress could not figure out how to charge the drinks. They call the manager from the back and she never asked why we were leaving she charged me nearly $8 for drinks we had not drank. There was a lot of confusion. There was also a lot of people waiting for there take out and to pay. The front staff is incompetent and the manager does not care. Do not stop to eat here!!!! read more
