Ordered large pizza(it was free) and 18 traditional wings which are $27.99!! Anywho wife picked up pizza it was fine but she didn't check the wing container. On April 9th at 7 pm I made a mobile order for a pizza deal. Spent $43.90 plus driver tip. Watched time tracker and showered everything was on time. Until it was out of the oven. It took over 4 hours for the pizza to be delivered cold. By a door Dash driver. At that point I was in bed and the door rang at 11:56 pm. The next day I at the pizza after putting it directly into the fridge. That night I got violently ill and had to go the the hospital. Diagnosised with food poisoning and given multiple iv fluids. I attempted to get a hold of the manager of the store for almost a week with nothing and no response. Finally called corporate who emailed me back saying someone would get ahold of me. No one ever did. I've spend several hours on phones and emails and here it is in July and nothing has been resolved. DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!! I ordered Pizza Hut. Waited for the pizza. Spoke with the pizza delivery guy. Who's phone number is 217-441-3128 So if you delivery guy calls you & it is this number. You food won't be showing up. Worst service ever!!!!!!!!! My co-workers & I who are all present as I spoke with customer service. Who said "at least we refunded you money" as well as I will just have to "deal with it" Not to mention telling me the delivery guy showed up, when he never did.. or I would have gotten my order. I placed an order for delivery and the food was delivered late and cold. The restaurant is a 3 minute drive from my house, 5 minutes if the driver gets stopped at the only traffic light between the restaurant and my house. I requested the pizza to be cut into squares and it looked like a jigsaw puzzle with big pieces around the edge and the inner pieces very small and there was no consistency to the shapes of the pieces. The larger pieces of the jigsaw pizza and calzone tasted fine after I warmed them in my own oven yet the inner pieces that were cut into real small pieces were dry after the re-heating. Next time I will order it for carry-out and inspect it before leaving the restaurant. read more

Had the buffet for lunch since they only offer it at lunch. The price was good for what they give you. Food to me was hot but they did get slam and pizza was put out fresh then gone. I felt really sorry they had only one waitress for the lunch shift and doing all the tables. They provide you upon request a punch card so 5 punches get you a free drink and 10 get you a free lunch. Monday's are double punches. I will keep going back for sure. I wish they offered for dinner as well. read more

I ordered from.pizza hut 3 times in a row and I called back to tell them they forgot the wings and all the sauce for breads ticks and they said sorry were closed now and I said the guy literally just pulled out of my driveway, I ordered tonight at 9 pm and they never showed up and he repeated my order and my number and name. Pizza Hut is by far the worst place to ever order from! I sat here with my girlfriend waiting for our food and there closed now lmao worst service I've ever had to deal with. My wife and I placed an order for delivery a few weeks ago and had a horrible experience. We were promised a credit to our account for our troubles. Fast forward to tonight we decided to give them another chance and made our initial order online with a special note stating that we would like to apply our credit to the order. My wife decided after the online order was placed to make a call to the store to make sure everything was ok with our order and our credit being applied. Listening to the conversation I could tell that the store employee was not aware of our situation. They gave my wife the ok and advised the pizza was on its way. 40 minutes past the estimated time of arrival my wife made a call to check on the order and was told that the order was on the way. 30 minutes after the new scheduled arrival time we called back to cancel the order. Simultaneous to us cancelling the order my wife received a voice mail message from the corporate customer service number stating that our order was cancelled due to "kids and locked doors". This was a lie because my wife and I were in the house with our 3 year old waiting on pizza. We were then told by the store that they cancelled our order due to a child ordering without their parents permission. The first lie alone could've got police called to our house for child neglect. I advise never to order from this store because their customer service is horrible and they tell very dangerous lies when they make mistakes. read more
