Love their Hoppy Duck IPA! They offer their own beer and also guest taps. Now offering food from their new in-house kitchen.

Love this place, a great location here in Taylor TX, service is always great and wide draw of taps. It's ACL weekend and we headed the opposite direction today. Got a great IPA and listening to the sounds of Garcia & Kooriva, what else do you need? Great sounds with a great IPA (Hoppy Duck), and Texas Beer Company.

You can't get any better than this place...and My Goodness...if I knew TBC was so close to my place I would have been here a long time ago! We were greeted with the biggest smile by Megan and she was super sweet! My fiancé started with the Raspberry K9 Lager and he said it was good...a little too fruity for him. Then he had the 9 Banded Whiskey Stout which he says was "Phenomenal!" He absolutely loved it. I had the Slushee of the Day which was like a strawberry slushee and soooo good!! We had our 2 year with us and Miguel, the other bartender, came and brought him like 6 brand new car toys to play with!! That was just the sweetest thing to me and my little one had an absolute blast!!! Beautiful bar, very clean and the best staff! We had an amazing time and will certainly be back.

Beer was good. Service was questionable. Food was bad. I had a flight of four different Texas Beer Company beers and they were all okay but to be honest they tasted like beer you can get anywhere these days. I wouldn't say that I'm in a hurry to get back and try more. Both the bartender and the server gave confusing and unnecessary explanations regarding the food. I didn't inquire where it was cooked, but they both took time to explain something about a "central kitchen" that is next door that serves a few nearby establishments? Thanks for the information...I guess. I ordered a pizza but was then asked if I had a back-up choice, so I ordered a different pizza. It was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had, and I am not picky at all about pizza. Glad I stopped by to check it out, but probably wouldn't go back.

These guys hosted our State Firefighters Pension and Relief annual meeting dinner. They were amazing. We brought in Millers BBQ from Belton and Texas Beer Co took care of all of us. Stellar service, beverages and support for our organization. Great place. Great product. Great people. Thank you and we'll be back!

Everything I wanted it to be. Nice Informative guy at the taps-not pushy or a know it all. They have an amazing visiting tap. There was even a brewery I hadn't heard of. I ended up getting one from Southern Heights I'd never had before, but will be on the lookout for. The tables were clean and distanced. Everyone standing had on masks(CORRECTLY). The Women's bathroom was also clean and easy to access in my walker. (Gold star) We were driving back to College Station-or else I would have stayed longer. I'll be back!! **it warmed my heart to see the coats and goodies that were there for those who needed them. (I wish I had something to donate.) I love how beer people help take care of their community**

Great beer & great company. Many choices of local beer from Taylor & Austin. They also have a good wine selection. Not sure when they have live music, but will definitely be back to check it out!

Dog friendly is always a plus!

This place had a great vibe on a Friday night. Good crowd of locals watching a street musician from the patio. Sipping on some craft beer and enjoying the hospitality from the husband/wife team behind TBC put an exclamation point on our visit to Texas.

Loose Screw is a pretty chill spot with an impressive selection of craft beers on tap. The seating options are diverse, ranging from tables and stools upfront to a more lounge-like setup in the back with sofas and such. They organize their menu by number, which makes sense given the wide variety of options available. Just give them the number when you order, and you're good to go. Service was friendly and prompt on the busy day that I went. You can take your beer to go and explore the rest of the building/check out other vendors or stay put and check out the funky signage adorning the walls. It seems family-friendly. I saw several groups with young children. So, if you're bringing little ones along, this might be a plus. There are a few small snacks available for purchase or you can head down the hall for a bite elsewhere.

We went yesterday afternoon and its a really nice property with tons of space. They have a cool stage area, a playground, several tables near the bar with view of the tv and some open inside space next to cornhole. I want to say they had about 8 of other breweries beers on tap (real ale bock and Pinthouse Scorpion Disco are the two I remember) and then they also had cocktails and 2 of their own beers: an amber, and then what I got: the tangerine cream ale. I thought it was pretty good which was surprising as usually, new breweries take a bit to get things figured out. It would be a solid beer for a warm day. The bartender was friendly and they also had a bbq truck on site that smelled delicious but we didn't have time to check-out this time. The only negative I'd say is there is zero inside space with A/C, its all open air. That's not a dealbreaker for me but as its only going to get even hotter, I'm curious how it will impact their business.

Dropped in to kill some time and grab a bite to eat... and left super impressed yet again! The vibe here is perfectly laid-back....chill atmosphere, no pretension, just a spot to relax with great drinks and food. Shoutout to the beer master Eric behind the bar! He's incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what he pours. He shared this awesome line that stuck with me: "Every good beer has a story, and the story should be told!" Made the whole experience feel more personal. I went with tap #13, Juicy Fish--a hazy IPA from WeldWerks Brewing Co. at 8.6% ABV. Wow, what a juicy, flavorful beast! Packed with tropical hops, smooth, and dangerously easy to drink for that ABV. Definitely hit the spot. For food, I had 5 wings tossed in the Blazin Ghost Pepper sauce. It's described as a smoky blend with mild ghost pepper heat, and it delivered exactly that....great smokiness upfront, building warmth without incinerating your mouth (perfect if you like heat but not torture level). Wings were crispy, juicy, and tender too. Rounded it out with the Carnivore pizza, loaded with meats and just the right amount of char on the crust. Hand stretched and fresh, it paired really well with the beer. If you're in the Pflugerville area and love craft beer (especially with knowledgeable staff who actually talk about it), wings, or pizza, this place is a winner. Will definitely be back again and again to catch more of the rotating taps and hear more stories from Eric! Get em while you can. They are Beer today gone tomorrow.

At the time this establishment was built, we lived nearby and were extremely excited to have an Irish option so close. We've been several times and enjoy ourselves a lot. I will warn anyone reading this far in, though, that this isn't the place to go for really authentic "Irish" food. It also isn't where I would go if I wanted a nice, full meal. Their menu is full of good appetizers that pair well with their brews, which is what they do really well. A couple years ago, we celebrated a milestone anniversary here, but this time we stepped it up a little: we got a little private table inside a barrel in their courtyard, and it was a very cozy and wonderful setting for our anniversary celebration. The very best thing about this establishment, however, is their service. My husband always plans ahead for our anniversary celebration, and has worked closely with the management of Cork and Barrel on more than one occasion to make our evening extra special. From flower delivery directly to our table, to a private location so we could visit uninterrupted, the staff has always been very accommodating and helpful in making his vision come to life. I deliberately mentioned the short glass to the waitress, in spite of the fact that a typical double whiskey and Coke drink comes in a short glass. Unfortunately she didn't catch the ask for short glass (she said she'd never had someone yet ask for that order, but I think she meant at this restaurant). Someone delivered a tall glass instead. I asked our waitress to give me a short glass and she tried to do so. When she came back she said the manager wouldn't let her, which was weird, so I asked to see the manager. Josh. Josh did not handle the interaction well in my opinion. In his opinion it was the same alcohol in a short or tall, so he thought I should just drink the tall. That's obviously not a great experience. Ultimately after a (too) long discussion he didn't charge for the drink. But the experience was ruined for us and since this was our first visit to this location it was simply a bummer and we likely won't be back.
