This Pizza Hut shares space with KFC at the Denver International Airport. Decided to purchase a personal size Supreme Pizza. It was already boxed up and ready to go along with some other flavors. I was thinking it would probably taste like cardboard because I was guessing it had been sitting in their warmer case for awhile. To my surprise, I was mistaken. The pizza tasted delicious. Stay away. Stay far away. I know options are limited and I dread connecting through the airport. Traveling through on a Sunday, further reduced options in DEN. Pizza: I paid $16 for a pizza, breadsticks and soda. Supreme pizza was undercooked, dough was soggy and topping were not cooked well. Seems they use some sort of a microwave or oven that does not produce a real pizza, nor anything close to one. The breadsticks were hard as a rock and came with flavorless cup of marinara. This is by far the worst pizza dining experience, even by airport standards. I threw 1/2 the pizza away and most of the breadsticks. Overall: Next time I would rather starve, than eat here. I expense my travel meals for work, so cost is not even the issue. They should be ashamed for serving this mess! read more

We had a three hour layover so decided to stop and get some pizza while we waited. We ordered a pepperoni pizza personal size. The pizza was made fresh and delicious. She asked me how my day was going and sparked up a conversation. She even wished me well. I don't find that type of customer service anywhere these days. The food was fresh and quite delicious. Surprisingly reasonably priced which is the reason this gets three stars. I purchased the personal pan pizza cheese combo with breadsticks and a diet Dr pepper. I'm not sure what happened with the soda but it tasted so unpleasant and chemically. The personal cheese pan pizza was quite fluffy and cheesy. My teenager actually said it was delicious. Staff seem ill-prepared and disengaged from taking orders and overwhelmed with a few people standing in line. The food was the worst part. My chicken sandwich tasted nothing like KFC in the worst way possible. It tasted like something my hospital cafeteria would try to roll out back in 1997. I love KFC! But now that I'm my mid-30s, I only allow myself this treat 3-4 times a year. However... I should've thought this through more carefully. I'm at Denver International to catch a connecting flight. I knew I still had a 2.5 hour flight back to San Diego. I had a window seat. I had eaten 3 chicken tenders, wedge fries, and 2 biscuits...KFC food causes weird, unnatural feelings to happen in my stomach and intestines. About an hour into my flight, I had to take a poop. Pooping in an airplane stall is very uncomfortable and claustophobic. Quite frankly, it sucks. Badly. I also felt bad for the 9 year old little girl whom went into the lavatory after me. I really hope she held her breath. Pizza Hut kinda sucks but it's semi okay. I asked them for the hottest pizza they had and she asked if I wanted it fresh. It'll take 10 minutes she said. I was like yeah, lets do it. And she was right, it took about 10 minutes. The foot itself deserves two stars. It's bland pizza. Bread sticks are pretty decent with the sauce. Bumped it up a star because she was willing to offer me a fresh pizza. That's A-okay in my book. I feel like I'm gonna regret this meal when I'm on the plane though. read more

Located in the hub of Concourse A at DIA (next to Panda Express and others), this KFC Express / Pizza Hut Express combines pre-made pizzas with fried and grilled chicken. One innovative food offering on the Pizza Hut side was a combo of a personal pizza and breadsticks, which my wife got on our outbound flight through Denver. On the return trip, we split a 6 piece chicken strip meal combo. The lady behind the counter was a little hard to understand, but eventually we managed to figure out that she was offering us honey or butter spread for our biscuits. We ended up with both. The concept of butter spread (not actual) butter is a bit scary, and sure enough, the honey is not really honey either - its fourth ingredient is honey (after HF corn syrup, corn syrup and sugar). But nice to find a meal (six chicken strips plus two biscuits and a drink) that is good for two people rather than having to buy two separate meals. Reasonably priced too... read more

This is going to be short, but the KFC Pizza Hut for breakfast is a little hidden gem. Decent prices combo was 6 bucks. Very friendly and helpful staff. Biscuit egg and cheese tasted like it was made fresh and biscuit was very good. Short line decent coffee with free refills. Only downside was the hash browns had an off taste like the oil was old and stuff other than potatoes had been fried in it. I tend to review harder than some people so 4 stars from me is really good. My stomach was literally growling on the airplane from DC to Denver so I had to grab something. I skipped my usual spots that I hit up when I'm in Denver and grabbed a personal combination pizza for $4. Disgusting. I didn't even finish my sausage egg and nasty cheese biscuit. We originally got our food cold even though the front counter service was great. Manager handled the issue without hesitation getting us fresh food. Unfortunately it was gross. The cheese is too salty so my husband and I removed it. The biscuit was too salty as well. The hash browns were cooked in the same oil as the onion rings so we had onion hash browns. Not what I wanted for Breakfast. Definitely won't do that again. Ah! what can you expect at an airport.. I was at Denver airport for almost a day (for sadly a layover which was more than a layover). It was nice to have free wifi and netflix with me. But a man's got to eat. I tried Quinos at the terminal, but it wasnt great and fresh as promised. So decided to play safe and have a pizza. The problem with them is that they keep the three pizza's (supreme, pepperoni and cheese ) already prepared. That makes the pizza soggy, so I didnt like it very much. I usually have peperoni and thought of having supreme! But that sucked.. Totally.. It was not very fresh and felt like eating a lot of dough! But with other options like McDonalds, Panda Express and a couple of bar cum eateries no proper food option was there. And pizzas give you your shot of carbs! Now I feel I should get my own food while stopping at Denver, or should try and explore other terminals. read more

The staff here obviously have no idea what their doing. Neither of them spoke English, which is fine, but it's the fact they didn't understand any English at all. They are very disengaged from their actual job. The lady that took my order didn't understand anything I was saying and all I asked was for a 6 piece extra crispy tender combo and 1 personal pepperoni pizza. She DIDNT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING I WAS SAYING WHAT SO EVER! Like you work there you should understand what I'm asking for. She asked another lady to help but she also did not understand what I wanted either. WHY ARE THEY EVEN WORKING THERE?! The main lady who seemed to be in charge helped her out. Took 3 people to get my order. But I did see the women in charge made her customer repeat herself 4 times and still didn't get it right. After my order I asked for honey mustard and was staring right at it and even pointed to the honey mustard and she still didn't understand me. Told me we didn't have it so I had to ask the cook to grab me one. Worst experience ever. I hope they get fired or at least eventually get retrained. A place either has to be terrible or great for me to write a review and this is my first one on yelp. KFC Express is located on concourse A and we will never eat there again! We did not have time to eat before the flight and decided to stop by KFC for a quick sandwich. I will admit we do not eat KFC very often, so we needed a little help. The lady taking our order had a hard time explaining what was on the sandwiches and had to keep looking up at the picture for help and we were still not clear what was supposed to be on the sandwiches. She explained the Original could not be substituted for the Double Crunchy (no explanation it was just two pieces of regular crispy chicken and said it was double fried which is really appealing for the extra fat and salt), but she did let me hold the bacon on the original. There could not have been more than a small teaspoon of sauce on the sandwich which was only warm and contained a piece of cheese (I think it was real cheese, but no real taste so I am not sure) and it must have come directly out of the fridge it was so cold. Bottom line- no sauce, warm & dry chicken, cold cheese, cold bun and no other condiments made for a really bad experience. They asked my wife if she wanted lettuce tomato, etc on her Double Crunch sandwich, but it was served plain as well. The line was long but getting the actual food was crazy quick. The chicken strips were a little small but they gave me four instead of three to make up for the size. The potato wedges were also ultra thin and ultra crispy--just the way we like them. There are only two places in all of DIA that sell Rockstar, and KFC/Pizza Hut is one of them. This is correct. Technically, they sell it, but you better want a hot one. They have them in the back, but not in the cooler...WTH?! This is a consistent situation.
