The store is clean. The manager I think approached me upon entering, asked name and I had food with in 2 minutes. Horrible management. The woman was flustered, even though not one customer in store or parking lot for that matter. Had to order a certain amount. Fine get it. But then don't send the extra items along with my order. Drove to store myself to pick up missing items. REFUSED to give me said items and was told to wait for Doordash to make it right. I wasn't on the Doordash site. I ordered FROM pizza hut. Over an hour and three calls later it arrived. Glad to have my luke warm soda that I didn't want in the first place. Well enough said. Ordered online, when I got there pizza was ready, saw them take it out, knocked off a couple of the popper bites and he picked up with hands and stuck back on. Then they placed in warmer and said 4-6 mins on the wings. Waited over 20 mins. Went back up to counter to see my wings in a box waiting on the counter. After a guy finished working in the computer, he turns around to get the wings from counter and my pizza from the warmer. Not only are these people slow but they're not the brightest bunch in the package. When I drove up behind a previous customer we waited 15 minutes before someone finally came to the window to ask him what his order was so in total it took me 25 minutes to get my pizza after I got in line when I called they were extremely rude and didn't know anything about the specials and didn't know anything about the stuff I was asking about it was almost like they were new but I knew they were not new because I have seen them here before I will never come back to this Pizza Hut I'd rather get my Pizza somewhere else just an FYI do not come to this Pizza Hut the manager is a moron and a pizza sucks! What a disappointment! Worked all day, hot and tired and a craving a Pizza Hut pizza. Have had one since we mothers last year. I thought I'd go to the indoor Pizza Hut, sit relax and have beer or 2 wile they made it. I walked in and the place was empty as far as customers went. The girl at the register just stared at me. I ask if they had dine in because the sign on one door as I drove into the lot said delivery only. She said yes they do honor dine in. She said what do you want and handed me a paper with tiny print on it. Luckily for me I knew their menu so I ordered a super supreme. Then I ask what kind of beer do you have and she walked over to a little wine fridge and said that's it. I took a look and they only had 1 Bud light. I ask is that all the beer you have. She went in the back and confirmed yes 1 bud light in stock. Well I wasn't going to go there to party on Garth just have 2-3 beers and have a pizza. Well I decided to leave. Good lunch buffet!! I don't know why this place isn't swamped at lunch time. Perfect for a quick bite - great salad bar and a decent selection of pizza. It also has pasta selection for the lunch bar, as well. Not too noisy, plenty of TV's with sports playing. We visit often and have not been disappointed yet. read more

3 times I've tried this Hut... 3 times I've been disappointed... not only has the pizza come out WRONG every time, either the wrong crust style/wrong toppings/requests I.e. "could you put extra sauce on the pizza? I'll pay more if necessary!" Only to pick up hot cheese on bread with less sauce than normal. Look it's been the same dim witted looking guy at the window all 3 times, I don't know if he's the baker as well but he's the man I speak with about the pizza soooo.... FIX IT! We order pizza several times a month from this Pizza Hut. I ordered pizza at 5:30 we got 3 pizzas, 1 of which wasn't correct. I call right away and said one of our pizzas wasn't correct. They said they bring it right over. An hour later I had to call and find out where our pizza was at. They got busy and had not had time to bring it to us. They said it will be right over. When we finally got our full order of pizza that we ordered at 5:30pm it was now 8:00pm. Pizza isn't cooked the whole way, not much sauce, and it's not even warm it cold and has been sitting. Delivery didn't take long but everything was cold. Fries and breadsticks were stale on top of being cold and pasta was barely warm.

The $7.00 3-topping take-out pizza is worse than CiCi's cheap pizza. There is almost no sauce, definitely no cheese, and very scarce toppings. Just a dry piece of bread. I tried it the other night and it was probably the worst pizza I had ever had. I thought I would give them the benefit of a doubt, maybe just an off night, but tonight's pizzas were worse. Now granted, it's a $7.00 pizza special, but there is nothing special about it. If they offer a $7.00 pick-up special, shouldn't it be the same pizza they deliver for $10? Service was a little poor. The soft drinks tasted like pond scum, but may be due to the drought and they use tap water to mix their soda fountain. Salad and pizza was good...I will go back...maybe after the drought. read more

Tonight my wife and myself went to Pizza Hut on Kemp. We got there about 6:45. A very pleasant young man, Michael took our order. A Large Super Supreme and 16 boneless chicken wings. The wings came about 7:15. But no pizza. At 7:30 Michael came and said he was sorry it was taking so long and they were taking our pizza out right now. He came and refilled our drinks. At 8:00 he came back to tell us the cook mixed up an order and he was just now making our pizza. Did I mention there were only 2 other tables in the place. I almost had them cancel the order but were really hungry. Michael was so apologetic. I felt sorry for him. We told him to "just make it to go". I don't think we will ever go back. Also as we were leaving the cook put his hands in his pocket, pulled out some bills and was counting them. There is nothing nastier than money. read more

Where should I start? The call receptionist? The god awful customer service? The manager who seemed to not even care that there were many upset people waiting for their food? The experience here is horrible and I advise anyone looking for pizza services to try any other one than this Pizza Hut. Let's get to my trip..... So first when I called to order my pizza I was hung up on instead of put on hold twice before finally getting to place an order. Then they tell me it will be ready in 30 minutes and I'm like "okay that's not too bad". Now I've arrived to pick up my pizza through the drive through 10 minutes late mind you( so it's been 40mins now) and I wait in the line for 15 mins and it never budged. Frustrated I park and go inside and ask for my order that way. The young man looks up my order and says it'll be about another 10 minutes. At this point I'm just shaking my head. 35 minutes go by and I finally am called up for my order. You know it's been bad; I've had to wait so much but now I have some hot fresh pizza right? Heck no!!!! It's dry, luke warm, and stiff like cardboard. So my assumption is 1. They had it ready for a awhile and never asked or brought it out to me after I had checked in on it and asked twice if it was done, or 2. They never put it in after I called and rushed it finish and screwed it up to hell. Oh let's not forget the manager. A woman who was just as furious as me but had more guts went up asked for the head manager and they said ".one moment please". We could all clearly see the manager in the back scratching his head appearing to be doing nothing for 5-10 minutes before coming to meet the lady. Horribly run establishment and I don't know who to blame more. The manager running it? The poor workers they have? Or just the fact that they are just terrible all together. Well we decided we wanted pizza. When we came in we decided against the bar. Waited for waitress to come back to give us menus. Finally went andd got them ourselves. Ordered drinks and pizza. When she brought the pizza said she would get us plates. Still waiting on the plates. We finished and had to go get our own boxes for left overs. The one thing we did get was the bill.
