Since my last few negative experiences with this location, I wanted to give an update review. Since I work late and this for whatever reason is the only place open (besides TB or Mcds). I ordered twice since, both times delivery was actually on time and once a few mins early. The food was hot and actually pretty good. I got pizzas both times and side of boneless wings. Much better experiences, I will get them again. I hate to talk bad about places, always give them a few re tries and this is why. read more

This Pizza Hut location is good and reliable and always delivers exactly what you expect! Pizza Hut is my favorite chain brand pizza and this location honestly is better than some non-chain local pizza we've had in the area. I always get onions & mushrooms and ask for my pizza "well done" to ensure the bake is nice and crispy. (If you've never asked for well done, I recommend doing this to get a non-doughy pizza) read more

Pizza is my grandson's favorite meal so I have visited this location many times. It's located across from the Lady Bird Academy making it super convenient. Downloading the Pizza Hut app makes it quick and easy to place an order. You can build your own pizza by choosing the crust and toppings or go with one of their signature pies. I almost always order a cheese pizza with pineapple and occasionally add bread sticks. The pizzas vary between warm and hot when I carry out and the order has always been correct. Sometimes the pizza crust tastes gummy on the bottom of the crust so I ask that it be cooked well. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. Rude and slow front staff, they move like snails... I ordered a pizza at 6pm, it said in app ready 625... went in at 6:30 she said 8 minutes, came back 10 minutes later. I stood there in the store for 45 min + and watched the girl finally turn and say what's your name again after almost an hour of me waiting. The pizza was ready in the warmer the entire time I was standing there. She said oops sorry. A complete and total waste of time. Shouldn't have had to pay for trash pizza after their mistake... doesn't seem like anyone runs this place at all. I have family visiting from another country and therefore they do not have an American phone number. The staff took his number and then had him wait thinking he ordered the pizza. After several minutes waiting my brother in law asked if the pizza was all set, the staff member said no and said you are missing numbers so you can't order. He asked if they could just put in a few numbers that way they can order the pizza. Finally, after waiting more time the staff member said no I can't order anything for you. You can't order anything without an American number. WTF! So a person can't come in and order pizza to go!? I was told that their system won't allow them to add a fake number, ok I understand you need a number but is it really so difficult for someone to order a pizza to go!?!? There should be no reason why someone can't come in to order pizza to go and if that's IMPOSSIBLE then please communicate this to the person. Don't have them waiting there. I've ordered for pick up a few times. Staff was friendly each time I've gone in. We live close by and the food has always been hot/warm when I got home and cooked just as you would expect from a franchise. read more

We ordered 3 pizzas. The thin and crispy pizza was hardly edible. It was so dry...I called to speak to a manager and his response was less than professional. Basically he said that it's a thin a crispy pizza so I should expect it to be like that. I don't recommend the thin and crispy pizza or the customer service...there wasn't any. Poor food. very poor service. Will never order from them again. Ordered online for curbside pickup 1/2 hour later. Arrived 10 min early, parked in front of the door and called. However, phone message said they were closed. Twenty-five min and several unsuccessful calls later, I finally spoke to someone who came out of store who said he'd help me personally and that my order was ready. It only needed to be cut. Another 1/2 hour (order 45 min late total), I moved my car to where I had disability access, grabbed my cane and left my dog to walk in and check my order. I waited, was given the wrong order, waited some more and finally received my order that tasted like warmed over leftovers. Definitely not fresh. I called in an order and today for me has been a very bad day after having had surgery. My order was to go. "Sayed" answered the phone and he was so nice! He made me laugh and that's hard to do. I enjoy Pizza Hut at Stoneybrook. Their pizzas are delicious especially my favorite Stuffed Cheese ones. I want to thank all of you for your hard work and thank you "Sayed" that you made me laugh promising me you won't let me starve! Never change who you are. Delivery is quick, I'll give them that... but at least, they got the veggies right this time... but the "thin and crispy" is more thin and chewy, and the "light cheese" "xtra sauce" is barely any sauce and and extra pound of cheese.. Do NOT waste your time and money ordering from this location ! The only time I would consider ordering from here is if I were going to pick it up myself and pay for it only after I was able to check the product and make sure it was good quality ... we have stayed away from this location for a while , but decided to give them a try again this week ...... we placed an order with 2 pizzas and dessert the order took over 2 hours to arrive at our home . We did call about an hour and 20 min after the order to check on the delay and they said " it is out for delivery" we live about 13-15 minutes at most away from the location .... The food arrived 40 min later ... it was all cold and the pizzas them selves were very soggy... you couldn't even pick them up and eat them it's like they and sat it water ..... we have NEVER had a good experience with this location , and since there are literally dozens of pizza places within a few miles of it I highly recommend using a different one !! Btw this order with coupon included was over $45.00... what a waste ! I won't make this mistake again! Poor service and even worse food !! If I was able to give it less than 1 star I absolutely would ! read more

This Pizza Hut is unreal. The service is phenomenal, the food looks fresh and the presentation is amazing compared to other Pizza Huts I've been to. They are handling the huge crowds well - service is fast and friendly. They serve Bud Light, Stella, and Angry Orchard on tap as well as an assortment of beers in a bottle. Check out their full menu - we got to sample their sandwiches and they were off the charts good. Glad to have a new go-to spot in the area! read more

First and last time ordering with Pizza Hut. I waited 20 minutes over my delivery time before I called to see where my food was. I was told they went to the wrong apartment. Instead of calling the number on my order to figure it out they just left me hanging, and offered me nothing but another 30 minute wait for delivery. Atrocious customer service. read more

The laziness and lack of professionalism in this Pizza Hut store is astounding. They consistently get orders wrong (as they did mine on multiple occasions), "mistakenly" forget about pizzas that are done and simply put them in the heating oven where they get dry and unappetizing, and from the cashier to the cook, it is very apparent they do not want to be there and have total disregard for the customer. This is a disgrace of an establishment and it's obvious the management does not have a good handle on their lower level employees whose willingness to do a good job is no greater than their competency which are both zero. If I could give this Pizza Hut a zero star I would, and I hope action is taken against the employees of this establishment because it is an utter embarrassment to Pizza Hut as a company to be associated with this mediocrity. read more

Ordered a pizza around 8 pm and it arrived within 20 minutes--shortest I've ever waited regarding delivery. Despite the rather low amount of tomato sauce, I believe the splendid cheese and crisp crust compensated the lack of sauce. Horrible customer service the employees wait in the back and act inconvenienced when a customer walks in. I got 3 pizzas and if any of them had sauce on you would need a microscope to see it! When I called to complain they said they put sauce on and if I wanted a refund I could drive the pizza back to the location! I'm surprised this place is able to keep there franchise they are not a good representation of what Pizza Hut should be ! Absolutely ridiculous.. PLEASE save yourself the frustration and order from Papa Johns or locally owned Slidders right up the street where customer service means something. OK so I ordered five orders of chicken wings online for delivery, it took almost an hour to arrive. When it did arrive, which would have not been so bad, but we discovered that it was missing one part of our order. I called this location and was on hold for almost three minutes waiting for someone to even say hello, so I hung up and called back, after ANOTHER three minutes a young man answered and I explain how long I've been waiting and that our order was missing something. He was general friendly and apologized but said he needed to have me talk to the manager. After another FIVE TO SEVEN minutes on hold, the manager gets on the phone. It took me less than 30 seconds to know without a doubt why this location is no longer an option for our patronage. If the manager lacks a professional mindset and basic customer service skills, then there is little to no hope for improvement in service or quality. I explained nicely and calmly what happened. She (manager) seemed to not care at all, and with an attitude like I was bothering her said "alright so I can either issue your card a credit or resubmit your order for delivery again, what do you want to do?" I told her I really wanted my food and would hope they could get it to us quickly since THEY FORGOT IT and we ALREADY waited almost an HOUR for the first order. Her irritation seemed to grow, she snaps after she SIGHS OUT LOUD "if I reorder my wait time is an hour so....." And trails off to leave the "I don't really care nor want to provide you your food we FORGOT ABOUT" unsaid. (it DOES get worse from here) so I say "ok well then please just issue me a refund." Her reply?!? SIGHS AGAIN and says "that's gonna take me a minute too so just hold on a minute" she then left me on hold for another TEN MINUTES then the phone is transferred to the off site call center, when the young man in the call center answers and I explain that i have been on the phone for over fifteen minutes, etc he is grossly apologetic and says he will get the manager of the location back on the phone. ANOTHER FEW MINUTES LATER she gets back on the line and tries to tell me that she doesn't know how I got to the call center. I ask her "but aren't you the manager? so you don't know how I could be transferred to the call center and you're the manager?" She then changes her tune from saying she doesn't know how that happened to "well I couldn't hear you so I tried to call you back" I told her, you are talking to me right now on the same call connection... I've been on the phone for (this many) minutes now and you can hear me fine. The call center heard me fine and transferred me back to you. Her reply "ok ma'am what's the card number for the refund?" I give it to her and just as flatly she says "your $7.00 will be refunded in 7-10 business days, good bye" UHM WHAT?!? No apology no apologetic or sympathetic tone. Pizza Hut should have some sort of skill assessment and training for people before they are allowed to be managers. WILL NOT be giving them my business ever again. We are a huge household of nine, our orders are often over $100 and we order often. But I'm positive they do NOT care at Pizza Hut Stoneybrook West. #Bye read more

We had an order tonight i ordered online at 7.21 pm to be informed that the order would be ready in 5 - 15 mins my husband collected the pizza and instead of the allotted time the pizza actually took an hour to be made. We were not the only ones even one lady came in after ordering delivery at 6.20 and to be still waiting at 8pm she came to collect it and still had to wait considering this is only a carry out pizza place with a lot of competition in the area we will be very hesitant before ordering again it sucked!!! read more
