Don't they have pride in what they serve? Also this terrible display of food took almost 2 hours for delivery on a Sunday afternoon and there literally around the corner. DONT EAT HERE!!! After waiting for 2 hours for my pizza delivery I NEVER RECEIVED the pizza. Their excuse was my address came up in Wyoming. Why the hell they didn't just call me is mind boggling. I paid over the phone with my card and asked for a refund. I called 4 times and was told it was going to be taken care of and of course it wasn't When I asked to speak to the manager, she REFUSED to give me her name and told me there was nothing she could do. I called and talked to the manager at this Youngsville pizza hut and she was completely unhelpful. She took zero responsibility and could not help me in any way. Use to be one of my favorite places to order pizza in the Youngsville/ Broussard area. But last few times I've order there as been something wrong or they just canceled the order with out even calling. Sorry to say I'm done with this place I will be ordering from domino's from here on. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT IN YOUNGSVILLE...i've ordered from Pizza hut here in Youngsville twice in the last 5 days..1st order was June 23rd...pizza was delievered 45 minutes after delievery time..i live across the street practically..pizza was COLD..2nd order was June 28th..ordered at 6:56pm..order to b delivered at 8:15pm...its now 9:42 and after 6 calls to the store, 2 calls being put on hold, still NO ONE there could tell me where the driver was or if he had my food with him..they couldnt even tell me if my order was even made..I demanded a refund which hopefully they did credit my account ..i will check in the morning..take your business somewhere's else..not worth the BS.. read more

Very inconsistent with their pan pizza's. Never enough cheese on the regular order. The extra cheese is mostly on one side of the pizza. The sauce is the same. The bread is the same way. Most of the time it's not cooked enough and it becomes soggy. If you order it well done, it's over cooked. I miss my Pizza Hut in Slidell. :( read more

This location should be closed. Horrible customer service and product. The person preparing pizza does not understand simple instructions. Two items and a crust flavor. That's all. Gave pizza to a neighbor. Horrible. I am unsubscribing from email and texts from Pizza Hut. I'll limit my review to just the facts and you can draw your own conclusions. I ordered a large super supreme hand tossed, personal pan meat lovers and an order of BBQ chicken wings. 1-1/2 hours later I called the store because my pizza had not been delivered. The employee said they had received a large number of orders all of a sudden but that my order should be delivered still hot and fresh. I questioned how that was even possible after the before mentioned time frame. Shortly there after the pizza was finally delivered. Before the deliver guy left, I pointed out that the smaller pizza was not "hot and fresh" as the store claimed it would be. Never the less, I paid the guy and he was on his way, tip included. I didn't figure it was all his fault. When I sat down to eat the super supreme, I grabbed a slice and pulled it from the rest of the pizza only to have it stretch out like raw dough does. I pulled off the toppings to discover the pizza dough was raw from the center to half way up the slice. I then turned my attention to the chicken wings. Amazingly they were actually still kind of hot. However, by weight, I think I had more sauce than chicken. I can't say anything bad about the chicken wings after I slung off most of the sauce. At the end of the experience, I ate just the toppings off of half of the SS pizza and threw the rest into the garbage. Normally, a single event is not a deal breaker from me. However, the last time I placed this same order, the SS pizza that I ordered turned out to be a cheese only pizza. I've deleted their app from my phone and will not be ordering from them in the future. read more

I'm a Youngsville resident and visit this Pizza Hut often. I've probably ordered by phone or by app 50 times or so in the last several years. I have never received a bad pizza from them nor an incorrect order. The food is always good, and the employees working are kind, quick, and eager to make your pizza and visit great. I appreciate having this Hut in my city. read more
