It is a wonderful place to bring kids with the choose your own toppings options. All of the choices looked very fresh and the smell inside is fabulous. The crust wasn't exactly like most wood fired places as not much bubbling on the edge but that didn't detract from the flavor and crunchiness that I want. I'll be back for sure. In Youngsville!!!

As for the entree's, we have never gotten anything we don't like. Dishes with braised beef are AMAZING! My son is a lasagna connoisseur and he says Sarrica's is the best he has ever eaten (the lasagna is always on the menu). The pizzas are also fantastic with a great crust, fabulous sauce, and quality ingredients. Downsides...the food is a bit pricey but the quality of the food makes it worth it, in our opinion. The location is not that great because it's a bit hard to get in and out of. Finally, the restaurant itself is small on the inside and a bit dark. However, we love the decor, the service has always been excellent, and the slight hassle of the location and parking is worth it when you taste the food.

I just had to have one. Now, I went to school in New Orleans, and I often visited the old Red Dog Saloon on Gen Mouton, so I can confidently state that I'm a connoisseur of the sandwich. And uh oh, they opened one on my side of town less than two miles from my house. This is going to take some self-control.
