I always call in and order their pepperoni pizza and it is always so good! I would love them to have taco pizza witch I don't believe they have. That would be my second favorite pizza. The buffet is limited and only last a couple of hours. If you are around the area I would suggest just calling it in. The service can be slow. read more

Even though yelp shows closed this pizza hut is open. If you want any sauce on your pizza I suggest going elsewhere. I have gotten 2 pizzas from them in a month's time with no sauce when I ordered double sauce. When I say there was no sauce I mean none. ZERO! Got a to edge pizza ordered on line. Got there the girl said she hated to tell me she had to find it had been jammed and seemed to lost it so have to cook another one take 15 minutes. Got it but seemed to cool to fresh from oven as she said when told it not warm. Got home opened it looked one piece missing and one had a thumb print in it. But realized that looks like somebody had got ours ate most of the big piece and then knew it was not theirs and took it back. They put in a fresh box but to look like on piece missing and we not notice it but we did and do have pictures to share of need be.their phone number keep saying can not complete as dialed...lol..so we not happy camper now was okay with cooler pizza than would be if it was a delivery but not a half eaten piece sorry Asheboro pizza hut Dixie Dr gotta do better than end in a lie to us. read more

Would not recommend this pizza hut. we were the only couple in the building at 7:45 on 6/30/22 Thursday evening. service was terrible , salad bar was very poorly stocked, waitress was continually cussing (GD this and GD that) while out on the seating area, waiter was heard talking trash about us in the kitchen to other staff and when we asked for an adult manager the manager came out and had no ide how to handle her staff. Employees had no respect for management. Terrible experience and would not recommend this restaurant for anyone. read more

Placed a order online for delivery few minutes later I get a call saying there's no more delivery so I pick up the order get to the window I see I delivery driver getting ready to head out for a delivery after I was told there's no more delivery I'm very unsatisfied about this PIZZA HUT won't ever get my money ever again.!.! read more

Best service ever. Started coming here about a month ago. I love their buffet night and they have some of the best servers out there. They are always willing to fix my problem (which I hardly ever have had one here). My favorite server is Kaitlyn. She always handles my orders and I can honestly say I am very pleased with my visit and with how stocked everything was!! read more

I used to love pizza Hut of Asheboro. My patents would always order 3 medium meat lovers and the pizzas were always fresh. The pies looked and tasted yummy!! years later I moved to liberty nc and When I was discussing with my associate in asheboro pizza Hut how I wished we had a pizza Hut in liberty nc, someone was listening thank goodness! Someone decided to plant my favorite pizza place right beside the grocery store. I couldn't have been happier. There were a few times the pie would look odd due to new staff lol. But they were fast in exchanging for a better looking pizza. It was rare but they made it right! Them I moved home to Asheboro after not living her for 15 years. The first thing I wanted was pizza Hut! The pizza arrived add my wife and I were unloading the vehicles and unpacking our belongings. We were so excited. We opened the box after the delivery guy left. The pie looked like it was tossed against the wall. The toppings were slide to one side, sauce was atop the cheese lol. We were too hungry to care. Many times after, we would order asking for extra sauce on the pizza. But never got the extra sauce. After the umpteenth time, I called in to ask this be resolved. They brought another pizza that doesn't have the extra sauce on the pizza but rather a cup of Marinara sauce I explained politely this isn't what I asked for. The delivery guy showed agitation. I tried to understand how perspective as I used to deliver pizzas for dominoes and for Marias pizza in 2005. both were part time jobs. when he returned yet again he remove the pizza box from the bag. Opened the box and the toppings were barely there and the cheese was barely melted. I was too hungry to care and put it in the oven thinking this is why I prefer to cook. However, if I decide to order food, it's because I'm tired as I sirens every day cooking cleaning working two jobs and caring for a toddler. A few times our order was very late and we tried to understand as there was only one driver. We had a couple more bad experiences at the Asheboro location and therefore I decided it best to move on. Ending my many years with pizza Hut. This honestly bothered Me. I can't tell you how many times my wife seen how tired I was, (as she's a manager in Greensboro it's rare that she's home by 9pm)& she would ask if I wanted to order from pizza Hut. I would have her being home a pie from the battleground location. Or if she and I are off on the same days we can no longer feel it a good idea to go to the buffet bar worried about the poor customer service. It's not pizza Hut itself. It's unfortunate that is the staff. we've never shared harsh words with the staff at least not in a professional manner never raise our voices nor did they do us. We simply feel this place could use some training /coaching maybe some motivation. read more

Needs to have a deep, deep cleaning and remodel. Booths were very uncomfortable; too low for the table height! Fake flowers need to be thrown out if the dust is thick; like these were. Pizza is always good but how can you mess that up.... My advice is to get it to go and not eat in the dining room..... Our waitress was very good but you could tell the overall service was lacking..... read more
