If you want wimpy and flavourless crust- go to one of the yokel spots- not even run by Italians - disgusting. The cheese to sauce ratio is perfect, and if you add toppings, they are well thought out. We have had most of the offerings, and I would place the Cheese & Greens varietals on top of my list. These pizzas command respect, and I also commend them for the way in which the business is run- it's quirky, and permits them a home-life. Support them during the slower Wednesday/Thursday.
