Unfortunately I was not impressed with my pizza or meatball subs. the pizza was exceptionally greasy, especially in the middle where there was an actual puddle of grease. I ordered three toppings, ham, olives and peppers, and there was only enough toppings for one piece of pizza on the whole pizza, and it was all in one pile, not spread out, like nothing. It felt real lazy and tasted that way. My meatball subs were the same way with the meatballs cut in half, and I could not find the cheese or the other toppings it was supposed to have. The sauce was so thick it was like tomato paste right out of the can, and it had no flavor. The meat had the texture of a meat loaf with too much filler and little meat. Again, this was a cheap, small portion of meat and the rest of the toppings. Maybe I was there on a bad day, but my pizza was so greasy I couldn't even reheat it; it turned into greasy slime In the toaster oven. I gave a good tip in advance too. We have only been to Pizza King once but we had a coupon so we tried it. It was decent. We got a pizza with mushrooms and black olives. I was surprised when I went in to pick up the pizza. It is just sort of a lobby with windows. It's like an old fashioned bank. It took a few minutes for someone to come up and help me. For a few minutes I thought I was in the wrong place. I've ordered here multiple times in the past and quite enjoy their pizza, and wings and have totally bragged to people about their quality. Previous to this experience, I ordered pick up, a large pizza and wings. The order unfortunately was wrong and I made sure to call and inform politely. They didn't offer a refund or necessarily any consolation but I wasn't too entirely concerned because I'm not too picky and just ate what I got which was a vastly different order. Tonight I placed an order for delivery,a small pizza, and was told it would be 30-45 minutes. Won't lie that the person on the phone was slightly rude but I get that it's late, I've worked in restaurants for well over 10 years myself. Call back after an hour and was met with by far the most extremely rude customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. Upon being told that I gave them the wrong number ( which I'm positive wasn't the case because my friend sitting next to me also confirmed I didn't and who doesn't give the correct number ??) was asked which number I gave. I politely asked what number they wrote down and was met with an increase of rude tone and told that he wouldn't be argued with, that the number I gave was incorrect and that I would be refunded. So no pizza for me. At the end of the day, I've worked in restaurants as I said and get that it sucks sometimes to deal with these things but this was unacceptable behavior, particularly with the lack of pursuing a resolution and also coupled with my last experience which I didn't try at all to even make them correct. Be very weary ordering from here at night because you could be met with very bad customer service and albeit the food is good, no one wants to wait an hour for their food to be told they won't be getting it, or it not be the meal you ordered. I'm not sure what business doesn't have caller ID in the year 2023 but I'm gonna call bogus on that, not to mention a snippy tone. All in all absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life and I don't get to eat dinner now, which after a day of hard work really sucks :( Would recommend Black Jack pizza 100 times over these guys as I've never had an issue with them and their pizza is just as good with even better deals throughout the week read more

I have ordered pizza from pretty much every place in Pueblo and this place is by far the best. They are generous with the toppings and no extra charge for a garlic butter crust. You could order Pizza Hut or Dominos and know that you are going to get something that is mediocre or you could go with a local place that is just better in my opinion. The staff is always friendly and courteous and I think we can all agree that that is not always the case in normal places. read more

Pizza King has been around, forever! When I lived in Pueblo, this is where we went for the 7.99 deal! The crust is nice and soft with a little chewyness. Tehy have delicious sauce, and the amount of toppings arent too much or too little! The cheese is also melty and yummy! Included is a delcious garlic butter which is just awesome! The customer service here is also great. The is definitely one of the better pizza places in Pueblo! Yay! read more

So it's about 45 mins before closing on a Sunday night. I call up an order for some wings to be delivered to hotel for a total of just over 10 bucks. I didn't expect there to be no delivery min, no delivery fee and no grumblings either! 5 big stars for great service when you expect the worst, as in: everything else in this town is shut down . Tiny place (Northern Avenue) - just a few tables, with coupons priced right. Thin, except for edges. Their large pizza is like some place's mediums, and they skimp on toppings, however flavor is good. They do mostly pickup and delivery it seems. Not the best pizza but it's good enough. read more

My friend had told me how great the pizza was. So I decided to give them a try. I definitely made a mistake. Unfortunately the pizza has no real flavor and myself and 2 of my co workers got violently ill. I let the manager and at first he was not very welcoming with the information, I had to cut the conversation short so I could deal with getting sick. After that I did call him and he was a bit more conversational. He however didn't acknowledge what happened or even apologize, no ownership at all. I have ordered pizza from this place 7 times. And only once was my order correct. If not for me living close, I would not even have wasted my time,, so many other times. Because its very frustrating to order wait 20 min and get there to find out they messed up and want you to wait another 15 min. I know people make mistakes, but 6 out of 7 tines is ridiculous. Just don't ever order your crust PLAIN, because that's where they can't comprehend what that means. at least the competition acknowledge a mistake and offer you something.
