They are located in a strip mall with plenty of parking and they have sitting area and restroom. This is a local business that gives you a welcoming field the moment you step in. They have the walls decorated with memorabilia from different sports and times. It is a family, friendly ambience. They also offer beer that you can buy by the glass or pitcher. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. You order at the counter and then you wait. Keep in mind deep dish takes a long time to cook so you can order ahead and if you don't, the weight is about 45 minutes. That wait is definitely worth it! I would highly recommend to get garlic in the pizza. It is delicious and not overwhelming. They offered delivery for nearby addresses not sure how much the charge is. What I do know is that we will continue to visit.

Even the thin crusts aren't that thin. The deep dish, you definitely will be having a a meal with knife and fork. Love the sauce We got the Tony's special for both. Staff are friendly and it's a nice family restaurant with a Chicago sport atmosphere. We met the son and the second time a younger guy helped our order. They prefer cash if possible The prices are bit up there for a pizza but it is a heavy pizza Will be back for the authentic taste

Maybe two or three small group customers.. Let me say, the customer service was stellar! The ladies working were all very friendly, seemed to enjoy working there and worked well as a team. For the food... We got the 6 piece buffalo wings, cheese sticks, and their full size mountain 20" pizza (half cheese, half pepperoni). This ran me $67 and some change.. The wings were very meaty, so much chicken compared to almost any other wing supplier out there. Overall delicious, this is the feedback I am getting from those who had some.. The cheese sticks were a solid choice for those looking to warm up to the monster pizza. The marinara dipping sauce was oddly thick and we had to scoop more than dip. The mountain pizza was decent, I personally loved the cheese and crispy crust. It is drenched in oil, not appealing but comes with the understanding of what we ordered. Soaking the obvious up with napkins can save your body a little drama. Decent indoor seating, but what sold me is the outside seating. Very roomy, tons of 4 person table/chair set ups. Tables are anchored into the ground so they cannot be moved. The little water fountain play spot and small grass areas give some run around fun for kids... Overall I am very pleased with our first visit. For the extremely heavy price of the pizza and amount of oil used, it's not somewhere I would frequent. But if we want a pizza treat on a cool but sunny day, this would be the spot.

I walked in at 2/13 knowing I was early but I was going to sit down and wait. She ignore me coming in then the other girl was super nice night and day. The pepperoni was actually good. I might go back for the pepperoni pizza only.

Horrible experience and extremely poor customer service…read more On Father's Day, my husband wanted to try this restaurant for the first time. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst dining experiences we've had. We were seated on the patio and waited for 15 minutes without a single employee approaching our table. Not one server, host, or staff member stopped by to acknowledge us, offer water, or even let us know someone would be with us shortly. We actually timed it from the moment we sat down until the moment we left. What made the situation even more frustrating was that we were seated in the middle of the patio in plain sight. We watched multiple servers and staff members standing around the service station, chatting, sipping drinks, and looking around. Meanwhile, guests who were seated after us had their orders taken, received water, and were even served appetizers before anyone acknowledged our existence. For a restaurant charging premium prices, this level of service is completely unacceptable. On Father's Day of all days, when families are trying to enjoy a special meal together, the lack of attention and basic hospitality was astonishing. After 15 minutes, with my husband and son both hungry and frustrated, I walked up to what appeared to be the manager or owner and informed her that we were leaving because no one had come to our table. Her response was that she "wasn't aware." Frankly, that's not an acceptable answer. If you're managing or owning a restaurant, knowing whether your guests are being taken care of is part of the job. I have traveled extensively throughout the United States and internationally, dining at everything from small local establishments to high-end restaurants around the world. Out of the countless places I have visited, this experience easily ranks among my top 20 worst restaurant experiences. Not because the food was bad--we never even had the opportunity to order--but because the complete lack of service and awareness was that shocking. To make matters worse, after leaving, we went to North Italia. Within a few minutes of being seated, a server greeted us, acknowledged the Father's Day rush, offered us bread, and genuinely seemed concerned when we explained what had just happened. That simple act of hospitality immediately changed the tone of our afternoon. That is how a restaurant should be operated. That is what good management, training, and customer service look like. You make guests feel welcome, valued, and taken care of--even on one of the busiest dining days of the year. This restaurant, unfortunately, did the exact opposite. We left disappointed, hungry, and genuinely stunned by how poorly the situation was handled. Will we return? Absolutely not. There are far too many restaurants that appreciate their customers and understand the basics of hospitality for us to ever give this place another chance.

I wanted a sandwich and decided here because of the vegan cold cut. The bread was a traditional sub style with an absolutely delicious crispy crust. I chose the Italian which came with mayo, onions, tomatoes, pickles and a seasoned Italian meat substitute (not sure if it was tofu). My husband got the vegan supreme pizza and it was loaded with veggies. It's a take away only spot- which we didn't know but the wait was reasonable and the service was friendly. They offered paper plates and disposable flatware. I would absolutely order from here again!

Beware of FALSE ADVERTISING and PRICING SCAM…read more I tried 3x on 3 separate days to clear this up and the management clearly doesn't care to return my calls. Medium margarita pizza. Gluten free crust. Vegan cheese. $28.99... The menu says $14.99 +$5 for the crust $4 for the cheese. $23.99. The website shows it as $23.99 when you build it online. But the cashier made excuses and took my number down despite verifying the pricing. No fixing the price. Let's be clear: The Supreme I got was mediocre at best. Costco made a better tasting supreme... I didn't eat the margharita pizza, but it definitely wasn't worth $28.99... The price gouging for gluten and dairy (actual food intolerances, not a fad) is pathetic. Not honoring your already exorbitant prices and charging even more is not acceptable.
