    Waaaay to much ice
    Ash G.

I stopped by today to get cheeseburgers with my hubby & more than anything I was thirsty since I went on a hike today. Since hubby & I share a combo we upgraded our drink to a large & I specifically told Bryce, "light ice please". Tell me why he goes & gives me a cup with half the cup filled with ice? I payed for extra beverage, NOT extra ice Bryce. This is not the first time this happens to me at this location. Nobody wants watered down beverages.

I went to In-N-Out today "just for a quick bite," which is adorable because I knew exactly what I was ordering before I got in line at the drive thru. Of course, I got my regular. A Double-Double, no onion, no tomato, extra toasted, extra pickles, chopped chilis. Fries light well. Diet Coke with extra ice. This order did not require thought. It required muscle memory. The menu remains aggressively simple, like it's daring you to complicate things. I didn't. I ordered with the calm authority of someone who has rehearsed this moment many times. Fifteen minutes. From the moment I pulled in to the moment I pulled out, bag secured, life choices validated. A masterclass in efficiency. The burger arrived wrapped like a modest little secret. Warm. Balanced. Unbothered. First bite and suddenly the drive-thru line made sense. The bun was soft but committed. The patty knew its role. The pickles were doing important work. The chopped chilis whispered, "You made the right call." The fries were light well, which is the polite way of saying they tried a little harder today. Respect. This location was clean. By the time I got home, I was full, content, and entering a highly vulnerable nap-ready state. The kind where you sit down "for a second" and wake up wondering what year it is. Five stars. Zero regrets. Would wait the 15 minutes again. Currently negotiating with my couch.

Today, I stopped by the In-N-Out in La Habra while working on a weekend project. I had four of my employees with me, so I ordered four Double-Doubles, fries, and Cokes for them -- and of course, my usual four-by-four protein style with patties mustard-fried and extra pickles. It was fantastic, just as expected. Even though the line was long, the employees were quick and efficient getting the order ready. What I really appreciate about this location is that, despite the busy drive-thru, the line moves smoothly and never seems to cause traffic issues on the road. As always, the In-N-Out experience here was top-notch: fresh food, great service, and a smooth pickup.

With all the civil and political debates that swirl around in the State of California, there is nothing that unites and is more symbolic of the aspirations of its residents than an In-N-Out burger! I watch my carb intake because of my Diabetes, but thankfully, this California icon offers bun-less options! My go-to as an alternative to the soggy lettuce-wrapped version, is the "Flying Dutchman" which I order mustard-fried, with grilled whole onions, yellow peppers, and pickles! Their service is always top notch, way better than all fast food chains', and its employees seem to enjoy working there! Nicely done, In-N-Out!

Welcome to In-N-Out Burger on Lambert Road in La Habra, where the double drive-through is more like a culinary pit stop of dreams. If there were an Olympic event for burger efficiency, this location would be draped in gold. The service is so fast and seamless that I suspect the employees might be secret superheroes in red aprons. Speaking of the staff, I'm convinced In-N-Out exclusively hires people who double as Colgate models. Every single team member greets you with a smile so dazzling it could light up a stadium, and their teeth? Absolute perfection. If my dentist knew about this place, he'd retire. Now let's talk about the real stars: the food. The burgers come out so hot they could power a small spaceship, the fries are fresh and golden, and the drinks are the epitome of ice-cold refreshment. As for the shakes, well, they're shaking in all the right ways--so thick, creamy, and dreamy that you'll want to grab a spoon and a straw. I've been here more times than I can count, and each experience has been a perfect symphony of taste and service. If there were any problems, I've certainly never encountered them. Thank you, In-N-Out, for consistently delivering a slice of burger heaven. See you next week...or maybe tomorrow.

Before you head inside, check the A-frame for the weekly combo specials (food + fountain drink) because they're a pretty good deal at $14.01 after tax. Once you order at the register, there are usually enough tables to eat at or a bench if you decide to do take out. Even with a bit of a crowd at 1PM on a Thursday, I didn't have any issues finding a seat. I've only ordered takeout, and I'm always impressed that the katsu stays warm and crispy. - Rosemary Chicken Katsu Sando with Spicy Mayo and Waffle Fries (Tuesday Special): 3 half sandwiches were much bigger than expected and very filling. The chicken was tender with a crispy coating, the bread stayed soft, and the mustard aioli and cabbage tied everything together without making it soggy. The spicy mayo added just the right amount of heat without overpowering the sandwich. Paired with the crispy, well-seasoned waffle fries, it was a satisfying meal. - Tteokbokki with Chicken Katsu (Thursday Special): Despite the chicken being packaged on top of the tteokbokki, the katsu stayed surprisingly crispy. The portion was also generous enough to share. I ordered the regular spice level, which had a nice kick. I was pleasantly surprised to find flat noodles mixed in with the rice cakes, making it feel more like a full entree than just a side of tteokbokki. The sauce was rich, flavorful, and perfect for dipping the katsu. I never would've thought to pair the two, but it worked well together! Who knew katsu could be so versatile? This spot is absolutely worth checking out if you're looking for a filling, affordable, and delicious meal.

I visited Brea's Best Burgers for the first time and although I enjoyed my burger, I am disappointed by a single worker who ruined my experience. Ordering was easy with the female cashier. I didn't have to wait long for my hamburger. Once I saw it come from the back kitchen, I walked to the front window to wait for the male staff member in the middle kitchen to put it in a paper bag. While I stood at the front window, I noticed a female worker preparing either chili cheese or sweet potato fries in the back kitchen...and her colleague likely male who was standing to her left grabbed fries from the dish she was arranging. I didn't see the colleague put the fries in his mouth because by then I had to pick up my burger and the window slot doesn't allow me to see their bodies above their shoulder but the worker definitely dug his fingers into the customer's fries while the female worker didn't stop him and she continued to drizzle white sauce onto the fries. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNHYGIENIC for a worker to take a piece from a customer's order to likely consume himself. To be fair, even though I didn't watch long enough to see him put fries in his mouth, the way he put his hands on the fries didn't look like he was putting back fries that may have fallen off the plate onto their plating area, he definitely was trying to pull fries deep in the pile to get one that was drenched in sauce. I hope the owner sees this and trains staff better. I've attached a receipt for the owner to review the footage. Receipt timestamp is an hour behind... Receipt says 5:08 but my visit was 6:08. Beaides that, burger was good and I liked the char of the patty.
