HOWEVER whoever was making order #81 on 6/19/26 around 5pm , OMG I never been so impressed with any burger at an in n out. Every single order was specific and all the burgers I got were made perfectly, assembled perfectly and packaged well. Like it looked so beautiful I had to take a picture. I even asked my husband if he had to repeat the order and he's like NOPE. So kudos to the cashier that took the order! Whatever new change going on there keep it up! Do I even have to explain myself here? I've been going here since I was four years old and their burgers have always been my #1 choice out of every burger place. The people there have always been nice and energetic! I feel welcomed a lot of the time. This In n' Out is a pretty solid location. It is mainly a drive through location but does have a window to walk up and order and a small outside seating area. There is no indoor seating. We all love In n' Out and know it's delicious. The bigger question, does this location live up to the Standard Quality of In N' Out? I think it absolutely does! There hasn't been any quality issues and they've never messed up on any of our orders. I will offer some constructive criticism however on the wait time and Staff Friendliness. On one occasion, I believe their power may have gone out and we were stuck in line not moving at all for 40 minutes at 9pm at night, no one came to tell us anything the whole time, and when we finally got to the window we received no explanation, no apology, nothing. It was really just poor communication and they could have mitigated a bad experience. It's also been hit or miss with employees attitudes. Some are friendly and nice, but other half they barely acknowledge you or are just rude. A Double-Double, no onion, no tomato, extra toasted, extra pickles, chopped chilis. Fries light well. Diet Coke with extra ice. This order did not require thought. It required muscle memory. The menu remains aggressively simple, like it's daring you to complicate things. I didn't. I ordered with the calm authority of someone who has rehearsed this moment many times. Fifteen minutes. From the moment I pulled in to the moment I pulled out, bag secured, life choices validated. A masterclass in efficiency. The burger arrived wrapped like a modest little secret. Warm. Balanced. Unbothered. First bite and suddenly the drive-thru line made sense. The bun was soft but committed. The patty knew its role. The pickles were doing important work. The chopped chilis whispered, "You made the right call." The fries were light well, which is the polite way of saying they tried a little harder today. Respect. This location was clean. Today, I stopped by the In-N-Out in La Habra while working on a weekend project. I had four of my employees with me, so I ordered four Double-Doubles, fries, and Cokes for them -- and of course, my usual four-by-four protein style with patties mustard-fried and extra pickles. It was fantastic, just as expected. Even though the line was long, the employees were quick and efficient getting the order ready. What I really appreciate about this location is that, despite the busy drive-thru, the line moves smoothly and never seems to cause traffic issues on the road. This location is different because it's mostly drive-thru. You can order at the window, but you have to walk across the car at drive-thru. Be careful and look before you go. Gosh, I love In N Out! A cheeseburger is less than $4. What a steal. Also, those yellow chilies are back! TBH they give me heartburn, but 1 or 2 isn't too bad and adds a small kick. They have plenty of parking. If you want to eat there, there are outdoor tables with umbrellas. The restroom is in the back where the cars line up. You need to ask for a code. read more

I grew up eating In-n-Out. It was a SoCal tradition in the 80's after High School football games to grab a burger and hang out in the parking not. Something has changed though. My friends and my sister came to this location and got harassed by a Zionist Islam Hating tweaker (Named Sean working at O'Reilly Autoparts at one of the La Habra locations). He aggressively came towards us, intimidated us and hated crimes us for being visibly Muslim (wearing hijab).
