Pizza Mill is an institution in Ketchikan serving the BEST pizza in town. Glad to have been able to stop in for a pizza and some wings while visiting recently. This has been a family-owned restaurant for years. Currently, it's owned and run by the next generation (a group of three brothers) in the family. Service was fast and friendly and the food is excellent. My go to over the years has always been the Kitchen Sink - it has everything on it, and is possibly the best combination pizza ever. One random note is that my wife loved the ranch dressing. They make it in house and it's tasty and the perfect consistency. They also serve delicious Filipino food (my parents used to go here all the time), sub sandwiches, appetizers and specials like kimchi fried rice. Pizza Mill has been and will continue to be one of my must-eats while in Ketchikan. Definitely, go check it out! read more

They aren't very friendly, actually a bit rude so I quit ordering from them. Also the restaurant is NOT the cleanest. It's too bad cuz I like the food but I won't support bad customer service. They make you feel like your a pain in the ass placing an order. Good pizza fast service. Ordered about an hour before closing and they were able to get our pizza done, the prices are decent, I wish there was a touch more meat on the pizza (ladies choice) but the quality of ingredients were good! I haven't had pizza anywhere else in town so I can't say this is my favorite but it's pretty tasty. read more

Delightful little restaurant across from Dock 4 in Ketchikan. While the sign on the window says pizza, they also have a half dozen classic Filipino dishes. The pancit I had was the best I'd ever eaten. Nicely acidic, it was loaded with vegetables and shrimp. We also had lechon with rice and all-purpose sauce. It will take 25' to make but is worth the wait. Just be sure to leave enough time to get back to the ship. Staff was friendly and helpful. The best recommendation? The cruise ship staff eat there when the have time off! read more

A long wait for food. I called in my order. They said it would take 45 mins. Got there a few minutes past the 45 mins and they told me at the door that it would be 15 more minutes. So an hr wait on sub par food. The pizzas we ordered had thick crust which I didn't care for and the toppings were very thin. It was more like breadsticks and not pizza. This was my first time ordering pizza from them and it will be my last. Very disappointing for what you pay. The outside of the restaurant isn't very appealing either. It desperately needs a face lift. read more

This place was nothing spectacular, it was out of way from where we docked but I expected because it was out of tourist town, it would be something at least average. It went downhill once we spoke with the person taking our order. We thought it was because of language barrier, but by the end of conversation, she understood my friends joke, so I couldn't grasp why she was so surprised we asked what a menu item was and that in the end we wanted just green peppers on the pizza. As for the pizza itself, I've had better ones from the frozen department at a grocery store. One of my "go-to" restaurants when I'm back home with my family. They have great pizza, sandwich, and of course, filipino food options. We've been here on a few occasions for lunch and dinner and always have their chicken adobo - delicious with a taste of vinegar ;) And if you're feeling adventurous don't be afraid to try the dinuguan and kare-kare - both staples in the filipino culture. Ok I have been to a few places with crazy fusion food choices or combos of different cuisines. This one however is one of the most unique places I have been. Pizza and Filipino grub. pancit pizza anyone? haha jk jk you can get pancit or adobo with your pizza... but I dont think that they do them together. Something pretty fun about this place is that a lot of the ships crew is Philippino and they come here to grub while in port as well. It was literally within 200 yards of our boat. My daughter being half pinay wanted to grub here more than anything because it just sounded good, she said... So we stopped in and got her some pancit. The staff was friendly but not very talkative. I had some of the pancit and it was pretty tasty. The munchkin gorged herself on it and seemed to enjoy it. However she wasn't able to finish it and I had gotten something else to grub on for myself so we never ended up finishing it off. Now the bad side to this place. It was not the cleanest joint around when we were there. Half the tables needed to be bused, the table that we waited for the munchkins grub at was sticky, all of the signage was out of date, and the kitchen (open and visible) didn't appear to be the cleanest. Favorite place to get lumpia or philly cheese steaks. They have wide variety of foods to choose from from American to Chinese to Filipino! I would order it ahead and pick it up or order for delivery.. Seating is a bit awkward, wish they had a more brighter and fun setting. It is dim/shady. They do have beautiful art on walls though! I do NOT recommend the customer service here. It left a lot to be desired. I called in a delivery order well before close and they agreed to take my order and deliver. I was not even half way through my order when the man rudely interrupted and told me to 'Nevermind,' that they weren't taking delivery anymore! And than proceeded to hang up before I said anything. read more

I love the Pizza Mill! I came here on a short lunch break the first time to get a slice of pizza. They didn't have any. Lol. So I ordered a steak sandwich. Um, amazing. The next couple times I came I got Filipino food (because the place is ran by Filipinos and the kitchen is full of amazing Filipino lady cooks!) Authentic. Delicious. Fast. As far as Ketchikan food goes, this place is pretty good. They have gigantic subs and good pizza and they make some of their own dressings, I'm pretty certain. I really like the Italian sub and they have some pretty bomb Lumpia too. I'd say it's a pretty good mom & pop shop. read more

Great food if you come in or order for pickup, but shoud you dare ask for delivery, they always forget half your order, charge you an automatic $8 tip added to your bill, if you dare call them about it, they are rude and unresponsive, they ask for the address and the mistake then say they will ask the driver and hang up never to be heard from. They dont redeliver the food you have already paid for but did not recieve, they dont apologize for messing up and they certainly do not refund the money for the undelivered food. So if you want a real shitty expierence filipino style order delivery from Pizza Mill. read more

We were here for 4 nights and ate pizza here twice. Need I say more? The basil pesto pizzas were awesome. As was the Alaskan!

Please please please stick to the pizza if you are going to eat here. Trust me you don't want to try anything else.
