This place has really gone down hill. Used to order all the time, it's really too bad! The time before this, we got wrong pizza. They mailed a voucher for less than what we paid for the wrong pizza. So we used the voucher and not sure what they are now using for cheese but it's not right! It does not say on menu either. Hard to find the green peppers n onions. Sauce? What sauce? Wish prior lake would get a good pizza place. Until they revamp retrain and/or rehire this place is a big no. read more

Was quoted and hour for delivery. After an hour and a half the pizza arrived cold. Was offered a coupon for "next time" I asked for a refund instead. They offered an excuse about a labor shortage and how no one wants to work. I let them know I just wanted my food hot and I didn't really care what the excuse was. I was nice about it. One of the better original style pizzas in town. But what do I know living in New York and being Italian. The competition uses frozen dough and the toppings and cheese slide right off the dough after the first bite, but not Pizza and Pasta because they make there own dough and hand toss it! Pricing is very fair and the toppings are also fresh. If you like a good hand tossed New York style pizza that you dont have to put back together after your first bite, this is pretty darn good! Pizza is always ready quick and hot when you get it. X large is a nice option to because it truly is an X Large pizza! And no heart burn because the sauce sat out in a plastic bucket for a week making the pie very acidic! Good stuff! read more

I really wanted to rate this higher as it is a smaller, more local type of establishment, but I couldn't. I actually put off writing this review earlier thinking that previous experiences may have been flukes but my experience is that there is a notable issue about half the time I get an order which, given the cost of the food, should not happen. Most recently I ordered a calzone. It didn't register at first but half way home I realised the calzone was not in packaging I'm used to, it was smaller. Sure enough, I get home and the calzone was about half the size as usual and stuffed in to a styrofoam square instead of in foil type wrapping closer to the shape of French bread. I had also ordered an appetiser type of chicken fingers and had the right count, but one was tiny compared to the others included. Other experiences had similar issues with items missing, noticeably small, or dipping sauces missing. I appreciate the quality of food to an extent or else this rating would be much worse. read more

Ordered food to pick up since delivery takes so long. I was told it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. I get there food is not ready, not even started. If I didn't have my hungry kids I waiting I would have left. I didn't even get receipt. These kids need a manager and customer service skills. We ordered our pizza online. After an hour wait we called to see where the pizza was. We were told it had been delivered, obviously to someone else. They will make us a new pizza. After waiting another half hour we called and they said it was around the corner to another house. Our pizza finally arrived after an hour and 40 minutes. The delivery guy said he was given the wrong address. The pizza looked like it had been sat on, box was smushed. The pizza was cold and soggy. Don't waste your time with this place. read more

We order all the time from this place, but tonight was our last. The owner is real treat. I ordered the pizza and was helping a crying baby so my husband answered the door, before I had gotten to the door he had already tipped and signed a credit card slip. So doing what's right and checking my email that I for sure hit cash and didn't put it on a card, I called to let them know I owed them money. The owner took the phone while I was explaining it to him and told me I don't know what I'm talking about. He repeatedly told me my husband never signed a credit card slip there was no credit card slip. I politely explained again the situation and that he tipped so that's how it was for sure a credit card slip. He then yells at me I don't know what I'm talking about and There was no slip! Finally I said whatever then, I'm calling because I owe you money. He then says yeah so we need to run your credit card now. I said no I'm paying cash, he argued with me so I hung up. The driver came back and I gave him the money and still a $6 tip if my kid wasn't hungry and dinner time I would of sent the food back and not paid. I told him his manager was a real jerk I understand people make mistakes but the way the manager talked to me was not ok, he informed me brian is the owner.
