Wow! I can't believe how huge these portions are! I ordered a "side" of fries and "small" salad. The fries and salad were enough for multiple people to eat. The gluten free pizza was good too. Thin crust and toppings were plenty. It could have been a little warmer when it arrived, but nonetheless, it was still good. Using their online ordering form, I ordered two pizzas for a 1 PM pick up for a company event. I sent my supervisor to pick up the order. Upon arrival, they stated they knew nothing about the order. Then the guy at the counter stated, "Oh, I thought that was a Grub Hub order, I didn't do it." My supervisor stated that we had 8 people waiting for the pizza at a meeting. They took two pizzas from the side that they use for slices and placed them in a box. You could tell that these pizza were made several hours earlier. The following day, I went to the business and explained that I paid for two fresh made pizzas and getting went they gave me was unacceptable. The gentleman making the pizza who I think was the owner or manager stated,, "you ordered two pizzas and you got two, he made a mistake and he said he was sorry." I again explained that I paid for two fresh pizzas. The gentleman stated, " they were made today and to us they are fresh". Don't know how the pizza tastes as their web site loses orders. It will process your credit card, charge you and you'll receive an e-mail confirmation. However, when you call the store, they'll tell you they don't have your order. When you mention you have proof of the order, they tell you to call back some other day and talk to Nick. Only Nick can handle issues with orders placed through their web site. They don't take messages for Nick or give you his e-mail address. I just wanted to forward my e-mail confirmation to him, along with my credit card billing notification proving I paid. But, This is the sort of thing you can only handle by talking directly to the mysterious Nick, that appears to only work two or three days a week. Their website passes your order to togoorder.com, and I would assume some of the code is completely screwed, but, that shouldn't have cost me $104.24, and the hatred of a bunch of starving teammates. Shop elsewhere or drive to the store and order and pick it up in person. Being as this business can't afford to purchase their own online shopping cart, they should at least add a "Hey, my order is missing" form to their website. read more

I was given confirmation that my order would be ready at 5:30. I arrived to pick up my prepaid and pre tipped order, only to be asked if several other orders were my order. They committed fraud when they charged my card multiple times for the same order. When I got the food, it game me the runs like Usain Bolt. I went back to the "restaurant" a week later to get a meal for the money they stole from me. The order was for two pastas and garlic bread. I took it to go due to the national pandemic. I had a leisurely drive home thinking that I had a nice warm meal to complete my afternoon. I was immensely underwhelmed when I open my bag.
