The pizza is really good and if you order just a slice it is fairly quick service. It is a much longer wait if you order a full made to order pizza. The staff is friendly. This is a family place to take the kids for pizza after a day of skiing. We have visited each time we have come to Keystone and enjoyed it both times. read more

My husband and I enjoy their specialty dishes! All of us think their pizza is delicious! Pizza on the Run has just been remodeled! The restaurant is incredibly larger now! Yea! I was at a festival and tried one of their pizza slices at a stand. So that night I decided to go to the restaurant to get a full-size pizza cause I enjoyed the taste. I ordered a personal size pizza in the water and didn't get my water for 10 minutes or more. The server completely ignored me the whole time I was there and we checked on me to fill my glass once. The pizza wasn't that good I had the margarita pizza it was unlike any margarita pizza I've ever had. We were seated right then and there. Another group sat down after we ordered and they still got their food first. The margarita pizza wasn't really a margarita pizza. There was no basil at all and there was no fresh mozzarella. This is like a hidden treasure of keystone. The pizza slices are high quality, and are only $7. they also are cooked quite well. My slice came out in about 10 minutes. You can also get unlimited fountain drink for only $3. Also, don't forget to ask for dacey as your server, she is an amazing server. Overall, this place has earned 5 stars. read more

Great little place, i've eaten here a couple times now, apre biking/riding and just yesterday on New Years Eve with my family. The pizza is pretty darn good for the county, maybe there's better but there always will be somewhere. Back to NYE with the family we had a 10 min wait ahead of the crowd after us and the staff was awesome, from the manager running the show to everyone else making a great experience on a busy night. Salad left a bit wanting as far a size went but the lasagna definitely filled up for sure. Decent local beer list even if the actual was different from the board. My 12 yr old daughter went to eat there with a friend. She was traumatized because they thought they could use Epic passes there and the manager took their passes holding them hostage for 3 hrs until someone could come pay. I was mad and left contact info for the owner, who instead of contacting me had Summit county sheriff call me to inform us we were banned from the restaurant and would be charged with trespassing if we came back. I think these people's tiny little Grinch hearts are probably showing through in the poor quality of their food. Give better people your business. read more

A group of friends and myself rented a condo to celebrate New Years on the runs of Keystone Resort. We live in Denver and all hold Epic Passes, which means that frequent Keystone Resort. This is my first time dining at "Pizza on the Run". The initial service was what you would expect at a Pizzeria in Keystone, the food was sub-par at best. Shortly after we settled our bill for the amount of $109.11, we were asked to leave by a gentleman in shorts and a red hat, who appeared to be an employee of "Pizza on the Run". Between the six individuals at our table there were only two pitchers of beer consumed, this meaning that no one drank in excess. Not long after we were asked to leave by the "Pizza on the Run" employee a few more with our group arrived and wanted to order more food and and beer. There was no lapse in time when our group were not paying customers at the aforementioned establishment. I took it upon myself to speak with the Gentleman in shorts with the red hat and inquire why we were being rushed out of the restaurant. His response was one that defied all logic. To paraphrase our conversation, his exact words were, "I would rather have customers in here from Iowa that will come in and spend $100 and leave in 30 minutes". When I asked him why he felt this way, he could not elaborate. He said he was insulted by someone in our group, but when asked who insulted him he was unable to tell me who this was. I was perplexed when I learned that this gentleman managed the restaurant. Several of his employees apologized for his behavior, which leads me to believe this is not the first time something like this has happened. Several members of our group are combat veterans from both Iraq and Afghanistan and were treated as if they were not welcome in a place that they helped protect for so long. Needless to say I will never be dining at "Pizza on the Run" again and strongly recommend that no one else does. read more

We couldn't have asked for a better first night in Keystone thanks to Pizza On the Run! The buffalo chicken dip was phenomenal. The beers and mixed drink were exactly what we needed after a full day of traveling. And, the pizza was outstanding - definitely homemade and delicious! Ashton provided us with the most sincere and caring customer service. We will definitely be visiting Pizza On the Run again! Pizza on the run has the potential to be great but sadly it's not. I was told the pizza was cooked to order but they lied about that too. I'm sure if your staying at keystone you have no choice but to go there. The two slices are not what your thinking doesn't compare to New York or Chicago slices. You can ignore this review and keep them alive or you can help the cause and create an opening for an awesome culinary delicacy. read more

Come for the pizza and not for the appetizers which were rather bland...but after a couple of runs on the slope you're so famished with hunger that you really don't care at that particular point. The wings were soggy and way too tangy...the pizza on the other hand was delicious. I forget what pizza we ordered, but it had all the works: pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, and meat balls! The crust was crispy and light. I probably could have devoured an entire pizza myself. Good stuff! I'd rate this place 3.5. read more
