Ordered pizza and boneless bites tonight and will never order from them again. Delivery was closer to an hour rather than the 45 minute delivery time given. The delivery time wasn't a show stopper but the food was NOT worth the wait. The pizza was mediocre at best with one of the requested and paid for toppings missing on one. I called them to let them know and asked for a refund to my card for the missing topping but they only offered a credit. I told them I wouldn't be ordering again but they didn't seem to care,. Seems they wanted to keep my money for something they didn't provide but over a couple bucks not worth the battle. The pizza was not good and the boneless chicken bites were way too dry so tasted horrible. Late delivery, missing topping that they would not refund and dry boneless chicken bites mean these folks shouldn't get any stars but unfortunately that is not an option on this site. Save your money and go somewhere that has decent food and better customer service because these folks don't. read more

The choices for good pizza are few in this neighborhood. I usually order a Jalapeno ranch sauce, Pepperoni and pineapple with sausage or mushrooms. I get the combo with a box of wings, two pops, one dip. This place isn't really fast. But my pizza and wings arrive hot. So--- over-all i would give this place a solid pass. Love their chicken Caesar salad!!! It's about$5.25 ( so cheap). Fresh, tasty and the chicken taste so tender. ** lately they changed their Caesar sauce to a generic brand- not good and brings down the taste of the salad. (Usually they have the sauce which is in a brand pouch - so good) I hope u bring back the original Caesar sauce that's in a pouch! read more

I've ordered from here about 3 times. I love the great service, they are pleasant and seem to have pride in ownership. Their wings are awesome, especially if you eat them shortly after ordering, that gets you maximum crispiness. Their pizza is not oily and quite tasty, although not the best pizza I've ever had, but definitely the best at that price. this wasn't the choice I would make as a family member picked up the pizza and it was close to where they were- pizza dough didn't taste too great, either did the sauce and would never get this pizza again due to lack of taste and how it looks. My fave pizza is Me 'n' eds' but due to their cost, it is a special treat and then second choice is Freshslice as it is a much better pizza to this one. I called in an order and showed up when advised but discovered they hadn't made it yet. While waiting I noticed no hand washing after handling phone or money ... Kinda gross. The finale was when I got home I realized they rushed my small pizza through the oven so dough wasn't fully cooked and my wings were cold as they must have been in the bag that was on top the oven when pizza baking. It's a shame that this place runs inefficiently with lack of hygiene as it is tasty when done properly. I will say the Asian staff are nice and attentive but the owners need to elevate their standards considerably. read more

Unfortunately the customer service is enough for us to go somewhere else. I think the lady is persian but she is so rude, dismissive and aggressive. I've never seen someone treat people that way. My boyfriend is persian and knows the owner but I still refuse to order from their anymore. I've heard this from a few people now and unfortunately this is the reputation they have in Coquitlam.
