There's no denying that Spacca Napoli uses top-quality ingredients...you can taste it in every bite. The cheese on the Caesar salad had that rich, creamy texture that only comes from really good product, and the pizza was well-made with a beautifully charred crust and fresh toppings. That said, I found the prices to be steep for what you get. $21 for a salad and $35 for a pizza felt hard to justify, even with the quality. It's definitely a spot that leans more toward a special treat than a casual dinner out. If you're all about premium ingredients and authentic Neapolitan-style pizza, this place delivers...but be prepared for the bill to reflect that.

I had been passing by Spacca Napoli pizzeria quite frequently over the past few months on my way to Coquitlam. The AI algorithm must have read my mind as my cell news feed kept posting several pieces on this pizzeria. LOL. I'd forgotten that I hadn't been back to Spacca Napoli in over 8 years. Here I was reading in my news feed that this pizzeria was now #1 in Canada. I rarely if ever write a second review of a restaurant, but I just had to for SN. SN is a small restaurant with an Italian feel to it. You can see the beautiful red oven where the pizzas are heated up. My brother & I shared the tantalizing La Casalinga Salad - one of the best salads I've ever had while dining out. We shared two pizzas - a Capricciosa (it was great) & the magnificent Maradona (spicy sausage). The crust is so chewy & tastes excellent. What was surprising to find was that I didn't feel like a stuffed bear after completing the pizza. For dessert I had the awesome Pistachio Tiramisù. Mama Mia! I cannot lie - SN is the numero uno best tasting pizza in Metro Vancouver! I absolutely cannot wait to get back here ASAP! *Heads up Alert - no reservations taken, first come first served.

Stuffed crust pizza! Woaw! With real cheese!

Came at opening on a Friday, and there was a line forming already for these delicious brick oven pizzas with nice mochi-ish crust! Lots of different options and flavors! This time we stuck with only pizza, but seems like we should come back and try some other options. They provided us with scissors as there was 6 of us. We ordered 5 pizzas and was super stuffed! Maybe getting 4 would have been a safer choice, and add some non pizza items! All flavors are great and you can tell the ingredients are fresh, and all the cheese was fancy real cheese! Definitely will come back to try more options! Service was friendly and food came out pretty quickly! Roughly average priced at $25 cdn per pizza! Great to share!

I was so excited to try this place, heard such good things about the pizza. Got take out and it took about 40 mins for a pick up order on a Thursday night. A bit long, but ok, we heard it's worth it! We ordered the Margherita DOP and Alla Facciazza The flavours were amazing, on both pizzas. They definitely are amazing. But sadly, I wouldn't call this pizza. Because it's so thin, the crust, you have to use a fork and knife to eat it. That's probably the reason they say they don't cut the pizza. They want you to eat it with utensils. So if you want a typical grab and go pizza place, this isn't it. If you don't mind using utensils to eat pizza then you must try. Sadly. I think there are too many pizza places out there with similar amazing flavours, but that actually cut the pizza and you can eat with your hands that we won't be back. But good to try atleast once!

I had noticed on social media this place was getting some attention as having the best pizza in Canada according to Gambero Rosso. I happened to be in the city so decided to give it a try. We got there right before it opened, and there was already a decent line up. News travels fast. We probably got one of the last tables during the first round of seating. Staff were quickly realizing that they would be busy for the next little while, as they seemed a bit overwhelmed but still did a pretty good job. Food was a bit slow to come out, but understandable and not too bad We tried the following: - Fritelle: Good. I don't think I've ever had this dish, but it was a pleasant surprise. Crispy but light. Great snack. - Suppli: Good. Nicely fried, fresh and delicious. My only complaint is that there are only two pieces - Caprese Burrata: Ok. Tomatoes were a but mushy. Burrata was fine though. - Gnocchi Quattro Formaggi: Very good. Gnocchi was light. Sauce was toothsome. Baked finish gave it some nice texture - Maradona Pizza: Very good. Crust in light. Really liked the calabrese spread. Overall, a nice visit. Generally good quality food with some nice dish surprises. Maybe not the best pizza I've had, but still very good. I would go back.

Delicious wood oven pizzas made fresh. This is not your typical bready pizza that you'd get at Domino's or Panago. Their pizzas are thin, and probably require fork and knife. We got their Margherita DOP which was delicious! The service here was prompt. Our server checked in with us from time to time. The host letting us in was a bit weird though. I don't understand why we had to wait standing outside while our table was prepared (and there were other empty tables) ‍

Thin crust authentic Italian pizza. Treat yourself with the award winning pizza! Service was prompt. They don't take reservations so it is best to be there for early dinner. Friendly causal atmosphere, it is a perfect place to dine with your friends.

We just finished up an exceptional meal tonight! We began with 'Suppli', which I have only seen before in the Trasteverdi area of Rome. They were fantastic! The arugula salad was enough for four to share. Entrees included The Rigatoni and The Alla Facciazza pizza. It was one of the best pizza combinations with prosciutto & with crumbled pistachio topping. The rigatoni pomadora was some of the best we've tasted. We ended the evening with cannolis and lemoncellos. I will tell you~we've been to Italy. It doesn't get much better! Our server, 'Left', was so welcoming & attentive. Thank you so much!

Decent pizza and very friendly staff. Good sized menu. Hard surfaces so makes the place a bit loud. But overall a spacious joint. Will return.

It's my birthday this week so I brought the family to this pizzaria for dinner. Great service and ambiance. The kids loved the food. We're coming back for my wife's birthday in a few months. Definitely a special kind of pizza.

Their pizza is amazing, definitely suggest the ones with the ricotta crust and the award-winning marinara sauce. I also personally really like their gnocchi, especially the one with Quattro formagi sauce. Service is good, no outside drinks or food allowed in.

Very popular spot located in Port Moody, close to Rocky Point. Something to note is that they only seat you when your whole party is here. I had a friend running slightly late and they did not let us sit down first. Once seated, food comes out pretty quickly after ordering. I went on a Thursday around 6pm, and there wasn't a lot of peope but I heard it gets very busy on the weekends. Meatballs were so delicious, you can definitely tell that they are homemade. Totally recommend. We got two pizzas - one had mushroom/prosciutto and other was a margherita. Both delicious! Pizza comes on very thin dough so you can fold your pizza slice in half to eat. Pizza comes unsliced and they provide scissors for you to cut it.

Vesuvio, another name for Vesuvius, Mount Vesuvius…read more Interesting name for a pizzeria. I will enquire next time I visit the meaning of it. Ladies and gentlemen, this is best pizza to day I had outside of Italy. As part of the extended birthday celebration, my anti-carb partner indulged me to choose. Of course pizza, but which one? Vesuvio is a relatively unknown hidden pizza joint among sea of pizza franchises like Panago, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Little Caesar's within the 2 km radius. The flow of foot traffic at Vesuvio is steady where other eateries in the strip mall are asleep in this covid ridden time. We had the #7 carne (prosciutto and pepperoni). Let me tell you, the thickness of the crust was perfect. It's edge was thin. The sauce and cheese were in perfect balance. After four slices, and half a pizza later, I was looking for more. Great service and great price. Definitely worth it. Will be back

The only disappointment was that I sat on my moral high ground instead of just giving into my wanton desire. So far I have eaten two of their pies; Pesto Chicken (self-explanatory ingredients) and the Little Italy (classic Pepperoni). The quality and freshness of the ingredients is visual, for example the Chicken was sliced thick, easy to tell it was from a single breast piece. When you put that sort of care on their over the top good thin crust, you have a perfect combination. The Little Italy was all flavour and not greasy, so satisfying. Next time I order, pretty sure I'm going to try something with less traditional ingredients, which normally is a crap shoot, but I have faith Vesuvio can pull it off....maybe their Bianca (Zucchini, Spinach, Corn, Sun Dried Tomato and Bleu Cheese) or Quatro (Ham, Shrimp, WTF Crab!, Mushroom). Price point is beyond affordable, third party delivery was fast and efficient. Vesuvio is literally a 12/10, now my go to pizza place, 100% recommend.

I also tried the prickly pear sour, which sounded better in theory, but I wasn't mad that I tried it. A lot of my friends like the light beer (only 110 cal!) and the raspberry flavoured one. They're also well known for their deep dish style pizza. Although we were stuffed from dinner earlier, we knew we had to try it. Despite having no appetite, I still enjoyed the couple of bites I had. I understand that it takes time to make and deliver the pizzas especially during the rush hour on a weekend but the wait time was still slightly longer than expected. The food was also cold (not even lukewarm) when they arrived. (Our location was only 10 min away!) The flavors were slightly lacking because the toppings were quite sparse. From my photos, the distribution of the toppings look pretty decent but, mind you, the pizza was huge (18"), and so the space between each piece of topping was actually wider than it looked in the photos! (If that makes sense to you!)

Ordering on the App/web is pretty smooth and easy. You can also buy pizza by the slices in store. The pizza and ingredients were fresh. It wasn't overly salty or greasy and the pizza was cooked well without being overly burnt / charred. However, I wished they were more generous with the basil on the pizza (if you look at my picture you can see the basil is tiny). The caprese is also a bit salty because of the capers but I just picked those off. Also, because of how thin the crust is, I think it's better to eat it fresh because if you get a pizza with lots of toppings, it can get soggy fast.
