My hubby and I became Pizza Connoseuirs over the last couple of years and we found Pizza One in Haskell has the best round pizza in the area. Unfortunately, we have moved from Butler to Wayne, so we're not around the corner anymore and haven't had our Pizza One fix lately, but from what we remember, there is no runner up - Pizza One has the best round pizza we can find. I can't say enough good things about this establishment. I work right near the Pizza One in Wayne so I've ordered from there plenty of times. When I moved to Riverdale, I noticed that the Haskell location was the closer Pizza One to order from through delivery. I know that sometimes restaurants with multiple locations can vary on their service so I was nervous on making the switch, but I quickly learned that both locations are equally amazing. I never have cash, so their online ordering feature is perfect. It allows you to customize any item on the menu with ease, which is probably one of the coolest online ordering systems I've ever used. I'm sometimes reluctant to order anything other than pizza from pizzerias but this is definitely not the case at Pizza One. I've had everything from pizza, to sandwiches and paninis, appetizers, quesadillas, chicken fingers, you name it..EVERYTHING is delicious! Delivery is always spot on with their estimated delivery time, and sometimes comes even sooner. The only problem I've come across with their online ordering is that they do not allow you to tip on your credit card. The first time I ordered online, I did not have any cash and was expecting to tip on my card that I used online. I ended up not being able to tip the driver, which I felt awful about. Their pizza crust tastes weird. The shape of the pizza is also perfectly rounded. One thing that I like about small pizzerias is the imperfect shape of their pizzas. it shows that it's homemade. Will not be ordering from Pizza One again. read more

I recently came back to visit NJ for a work conference and my first stop was Pizza One. California weather is amazing but the pizza out there...not so much. I ordered my favorite, the White Garden Pie, asked for it a little well done. It was cooked perfectly! We also had their Buffalo Waffle Fries and Loaded Potato Bites. Both were very good. Best delivery in town. With such a large menu there's something for everyone. The pizza is out of this world I strongly recommend the Margarita pie. My family usually celebrate Christmas party on 20th of December, in New Jersey, this is because my dad's birthday is on 20th December, Therefore this day is always a special day in my family and I usually travel to New Jersey to celebrate with my family. We employed the service of Pizza One Haskell for the catering services. They have an extensive delicious menu, the prices are completely reasonable, their veal Marsala, penne vodka and home made fresh bread were outstandingly great. All utensils included and they were very sleek. They made it super easy to order and have the food delivered an hour or so before our party started. Everything looked great. Our guests loved it. My Mum, who never pays compliments to food, gushed for a good 30 minutes about how wonderful the meal was. The catering team was AMAZING. Working with the catering team was inspiring. They are thorough, professional, and communicative, and oversee everything from start to finish. They were incredibly easy to work with from the very beginning, and their positive attitude was refreshing. Indeed, they did an excellent job with a great customer service! GREAT FREAKIN' PIZZA. We live in Riverdale and got really sick of the restaurants around here, except for Rosemary and Sage (they don't deliver). Not one could make a pizza that was authentic or get the order right. Thank God here comes Pizza One. Not only great pizza the way you want it, but everyhting on the menu is made right. A must is the garlic knots and their antipasto. Enough for several meals! Pricing is very reasonable. It is refreshing to have delivery people that not only deliver on time but are nice and courteous. We had the mussels the other night and they were excellent. I asked for 2 orders of the 10 piece "mild" wings tonight. When they came they were "hot" not "mild." My husband cannot eat "hot." Run don't walk to this pizza place! The dough is unbelievable and cooked perfectly every time, the sauce terrific and the cheese is amazing. Best pizza hands down, they even won awards for it! Waiters are lovely and very helpful in finding you seats in a crowded place! Bring your kids on a Monday and have them make their own pizzas and they had a clown there too, my kids loved it. With all the TV's in the dining room this place will be a favorite of mine for march madness and baseball season! I enjoyed everything! I should have read the reviews BEFORE ordering. I'm from out of town and the hotel gave me the pizza 1 menu as a suggestion. Just got delivery of an order for chicken marsala and a caesar salad. The chicken looks like mushroom soup. Over salted and unappetizing. The salad wasn't a caesar. It was just a green salad with no dressing whatsoever. Oh, and did I mention no utensils either? First off- there is nothing Italian about this place. (I saw a review saying best Italian food- haha) The Pizza taste like cardboard and almost everything on the appetizer menu I am pretty sure is from BJ's frozen section. Tonight we accidentally speed dialed pizza one. Apparently, we had the wrong number. My husband realized after he dialed, and asked if he dialed the name of the business that he meant to call. The person who answered the phone replied," "This is pizza one, asshole." Then, slammed the phone. A simple no would have sufficed. Maybe you should hire someone else to answer your phone...
