Fantastic quick stop while at the convention center. The staff was very friendly and was moving quickly to keep everyone going. I opted for the sub and chips meal. Great sub and exactly what I wanted. We will be back when in the area for a show or otherwise.

Delicious!! This is a must if your in downtown Pittsburgh. The pizza was loaded with toppings. April was an absolute sweetheart. She treated us like family.

We have been coming here for over 25 years when we visit Pittsburgh. The inside has changed quite a bit but the smell of the pizza has stayed the same. The crust is absolutely amazing, 5 stars. Very nostalgic. What has changed.... The cheese. I remember when the cheese was so thick and drippy it would slide off. The pull was so long and chewy, I still dream of it. That's gone folks. It's just a smattering of cheese now. I guess everyone has to cut costs somewhere, but I really miss that original pie.

Got the meatzza pizza which is like their version of a meat lovers pizza. Delicious!! They also gave a free fountain drink with it as post of a promotion with a local convention. Plenty of seating and charming decor -- there's a lot of stickers on the walls. They also recycle all their pizza boxes so be sure to put your box in the correct area when you're done. Service is prompt and friendly.

    Traditional Gyro

Stopped into this hole in the wall pizza joint for a quick lunch. It was a nice little setting that had its own bar, something that I was not expecting given the size, but it worked. I ordered the traditional gyro which I enjoyed. A small touch that I appreciated was that they put the tzatziki sauce on the side, which I appreciated because it avoids and unnecessary mess as you can proportion the sauce to your preference. I view that as a sign of good service. I give this place a respectable four stars and I look forward to visiting again.

Decent little pizza joint located near the Westin in downtown Pittsburgh. I went there for a quick lunch and was reasonably satisfied with the pizza, but nothing was amazing about it. The sauce on the pizza was sweeter than what I'm used to. And the crust wasn't that fantastic. Don't know if I'd go back again.

My son called and asked if there was a wait. The person who answered said "wait time, for what, you can order and sit where you want." We came after the Pittsburgh Marathon Expo at the David Lawrence Convention Center. Pizza Parma was about a 3 minute walk from Convention Center. My son got a slice of pizza. It was awesome and huge for $4. I got the Ranchero Wrap. It was full of chicken, veggies, bacon, and breaded potato slices. We enjoyed everything we got

On my birthday, we wanted a place to stop for pizza after Phipps. My teenage son said that Pizza Parma is the place that they stop that is very welcoming to the teens when they ride. That means a lot to me as a parent that a business is welcoming to teens, esp one downtown as we live in the outer suburbs, so my kiddo drives into the city to ride. So... tonight we stopped... and it was everything my kiddo said it was. The food was good, the beer was fairly priced, but the service was what made the evening snack wonderful. April was friendly and efficient. I can see why my son likes the friendly, inviting staff/atmosphere. We will def be back on family trips to downtahn. . I love to support businesses that welcome the upcoming generation.

The manager Chris and the register guy Brian was so cool and very inviting upon arrival. We came here to eat something late and the place was very clean and organized. Good energy and people. I was excited to get a tomato wrap tonight. I'll be back next time I'm in town for sure!

This place wasn't too bad. We didn't have pizza but had a chicken Greek salad which did not disappoint. It had a lot of veggies and the chicken was ample. It was better that of any chicken Greek salad I've ever had. We also ordered a personal calzone. The calzone was very well flavored. It had some tomato sauce in With cheese and ricotta stuffing. The service was very friendly but the place isn't very clean. Tables have paper towels so I guess you clean your own table.

Our favorite is the Drunk Meatball: that homemade vodka pizza sauce, and their homemade meatballs, along with the rosettes of ricotta cheese is amazing. Lupo has a wonderful char to the crust and the undercarriage is slightly crispy. The second favorite is the 10th Ward pizza: the combination of meats, peppers, and ricotta makes it amazing. The challenge we have had with Lupo there isn't a place it eat inside, and it takes 20 mins for us to get home, so we have lost some of the warmth and the crust isn't quite as crispy; enter Coven Brewing. We go to Coven and get a beer, we have placed our order with Lupo and we will walk down, get our pizza, walk back and demolish it. Coven has some great beer, especially if you like IPAs; Lupo has Pittsburgh's best pizza; I cannot think of a better pairing. The service at Pizza Lupo is great, they are kind even when their phone is ringing off the hook. Our last time I was getting busy signals because calls were coming in so fast. Somehow they maintain the ability to get a pie out the door in under an hour. When we go there, there are boxes stacked high and they have a steady stream of people entering and leaving, never do I hear a complaint.

I tried a black cherry ale that was delicious. My husband got a Vienna lager he enjoyed. He got the black and gold pizza with potatoes, garlic sauce, pepper, res onion parmesan, and provolone. It is fired in their brick oven with a crispy crust. He enjoyed it but it was a little over done and it was hard to distinguish the toppings as the char was heavy. I got the carbonara. It was definitely not traditional. The sauce was very thick and almost floury. They serve it with pork belly, which does not give the same punch of flavor to cut through the sauce as guanchali or bacon. The papardelle noodle were dry and clumpy. The dish was very heavy. Do not recommend. The place is chill. It is close to the theater. I might try it again if in the area.
