We called in delivery on Saturday night and ordered sheet size pizza with wings. The wait time was an hour as advised when we ordered. The wings were amazing, cooked perfectly crispy and super juicy. What a horrible experience. I usually like Pizza Paul's. However, they have definitely lost any future service from me. I will always go to Vincenzos from now on. Food is better there anyways. I ordered from Pizza Paul's at 540pm for a quick meal deal for the family. Was told it would be 1 hour to 1 hour 15 mins for delivery. I called back after 1 hour and 25 minutes and was told he was on his way. Another 20 minutes goes by. I call again at 710 and hear more excuses. They offered to discount the order 50% and he will be there soon. Still waiting... 740 comes and goes, mind you that's 2 hours after placing the order. I called back to cancel the order. No thanks. What a joke. In no universe should a delivery of a pizza and wings take more than 2 hours!!! Never again. read more

Very LOOOOOOOONG wait! Two times now we have ordered for delivery, have been told 30 - 45 minutes, and both times we have waited over 1 hour; tonight we have now passed the 1.5 hour wait. Last time the pizza was room temperature when we got it. I called the store and they said they were waiting on the drivers! If the pizza arrives at room temperature again...... What a disaster!! The sheet thin crust pizza was not thin. The cheese was over cooked and dry. There was a dearth of pepperoni. The chicken wings while cooked extra crispy as asked, had no sauce on them whatsoever. Had I seen the wings before I left I would have told the young girl to keep them. Ordered mozzarella sticks and a ham sub. We sat and waited for 15 minutes. My sub wasn't cut, was falling apart, and dripping oil. I didn't order oil on my sub so that was annoying. Terrible.. Bought two slices of pizza at around 3pm.. Sat down in the dining area to eat it and it was hard as a rock. Apparently was from a pizza that was cooked early morning.. Asked if we could exchange for the slices that were just coming out of the oven and they said no. Told them you got to be kidding me and thy decline 2nd time.. Ordered last night food showed up 2 hours later some of the worst Subs I've ever had the bread was over a week old extremely dry falling apart one piece of meat on each sub I called the next day to get my money back and the manager yelled at me telling me he couldn't do anything because I didn't call that night I explained to him that we didn't get home until late he didn't care and still continued to be nasty so I told him I was not going to fight with him and have a wonderful day and he hung up I will never go back read more

Second time we ordered from Pizza Pauls... first time it was an hour wait (they told me it would be 30 minutes when I called) and I finally drove down and picked up my cold, burnt pizza. Let me start by saying the pizza tastes good, BUT...the worst service and they dont care. My last two experiences. My pizza was not ready when i was told, no big deal, but while i was waiting the manager and some of his employees were behind the counter trash talking all the customers who complain, not even caring that i was standing there. then when my pizza was finally done, twice the time i was told, it was missing a topping. When i pointed it out to him that maybe some complaints are justified he was very rude and said he made it the way it was written. Gave them another shot last night, got delivery, should have looked at it before i paid. the pizza had clearly been tipped on its side. All cheese and toppings were on one side and the little plastic stand they put in the middle was upside down in the middle of one piece. I called and was rudely told that he doubted what i was saying and basically oh well. I've heard similar stories about them from other people, I wouldn't recommend them for anything. read more

We ordered a large pizza 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni/onions. We picked up our order, brought it home.... box says 1/2 pepp/onion. The entire pizza was covered with pepperoni and onions. We politely called Pizza Paul's and explained our order was not correct and we would like a large cheese instead. The woman we spoke to was polite, however the manager in the background was yelling at her during the call. We were told we can drive the pizza back down only if it's completely untouched and they will exchange it. We politely explained that we attempted to take some of the onions off so our 3 kids would eat. We again said, we are not bringing it back, we would just like a cheese pizza since this was clearly your mistake and we spend a lot of money at this establishment. We were told we can purchase a cheese pizza for $17. My husband then drove down to show them and there was absolutely no apology.. he was told there were 2 pieces missing so we would not be refunded or be able to exchange the order. My husband was then told the we are not allowed to write a bad review and will be told to remove it.
