After another busy day in the Palouse, we just wanted something easy to take back to the hotel for our final night on this trip. Pizza Perfection was indeed perfect for just that. They are known for BOGO, but you do have to call in, or counter order, for that deal. We went with the Greek Garden pizza, which is vegetarian on it's own, but we added gyro meat to it, and I'm sure we're not the first to do that. Main street, Pullman downtown road this little pizza place is perfection. Good service and simple ambience, since pizza does the job They got the lunch special 2 slices + drink everyday. And of course other options to choose from. Thursdays are special veg. I have tried the artichoke pesto sauce one + traditional pepperoni before. Friday is generally the chicken special. Excellent pizza and wings. I ordered the hawaiian pulled pork and pineapple on thin crust and bbq wings. After a long day of driving and doing a lot of stuff, it was very nice to grab a good pizza to go and chill. I chose thin crust and it was really nice. The creativity of the pizza was refreshing. The wings didnt taste frozen. I was very happy with everything. I kind of miss the non fancy pizza places. Back home my spot use to be Pizza Time, but they all left. There was another place called Pizza PIzzaz, but something changed and its not as good. My normal spot is fantastic, but sometimes you dont want a $40 pizza. This is a great mid point. If you have decent pizza and decent wings, for under $40, its tough to be mad. Plus the size is good compared to the price. I would highly recommend. read more

Really wish I could give it 3.5 stars. The pizza was somewhat middle of the road. Tasted fine enough but it wasn't special by any means. The service, however, was wonderful. On a week when more than half the town was shut down for the holidays, it was nice to come across a familiar food group. If you pay regular price their every day special is buy one get one free. Tried to order a pizza from their website for delivery, most of the time this works out okay, but when I looked at the order confirmation I noticed that the order was listed as "pickup." This is not the first time I have had trouble with their website. I have had pizzas that were delivered that were just cheese because I had selected one of the specialty pizzas and tried to customize it. Those times, I let that go, but not this time. I called the Pizza Perfection store and told them that I had problems with their website before and would either like a refund or for someone to come and deliver the pizza (I had already added a reasonable tip to the order), and that I had no intention of driving down to the store and picking the pizza up. The lady (who I assume is the manager) started off with "Okay, so talking rude to me is a bad way to start." How about opening up with a line like that is a bad way to start you incompetent hag? But still, I tried to be civil and explain that the customer is always right, and that it is in the best interest of the business to offer good service, and that hers could use some work. I didn't even get through "The customer is always right" before I got cut off with: "No, the customer is not always right." Just wow. Hard to believe someone like this can even function. I can see these crap shacks easily going out of business. Even Pizza Hut and Dominos have better pizzas and they're chains. Porchlight is far superior. read more

We tried to order a pizza tonight, and when trying to clarify a misunderstanding of our order the woman said 'don't give me attitude' and I said 'what?' Then she hung up on me. Now, we normally get great pies from this place but tonight was not one of them. As a 12+ year local resident, I expect more and especially on a night that didn't seem busy. I love and will always love this pizza place. Even though I live nowhere near here anymore, I frequently think about how much I wish they had more locations! Where else can you buy a fully customized pizza (gluten-free available too) in a bogo deal! As a broke college kid with gluten issues and a very specific palette, this place was an absolute godsend! My roommates and I went here at least twice a month (each ordering our own things). They also have an insanely sized monster pizza the feeds tons of people (thinking of hosting a party?) that is also part of the bogo deal! Who else can beat that? No one! Taco Pizza, wilted lettuce and warm diced tomatoes on cheese. I couldn't find the meat. My neighbor, who ordered it, called them and was told they SAW the meat container on the counter so there must be meat on it. No satisfaction. I took a piece back to the store, 14 mile drive one way, and showed the nice lady. She dug into the slice and found A piece of meat. Then she said that was just one slice out of 12, maybe the meat was on the other slices. No satisfaction. She called her boss and I was offered a 12" two topping card. That doesn't explain the veggie-taco debacle. If this is the taco pizza I bragged about, the taco pizza I insisted that she (my neighbor) try, then I am very disappointed. The pizza here is great, but I never go because all they have toppings wise for side salads are pizza toppings. I always end up going to Porchlight Pizza over this place(even though Porchlight doesn't have delivery) because their entire menu is good and they have cheaper side "house" salads available with fresh chopped tomatoes, cucumber, onions and croutons. They're obviously meant to be a side salad as opposed to lettuce with pizza toppings on it. Too bad because if Pizza Perfection made smaller side salads I would come here so much more. read more

Cost - 5 star. Hey, it's a college town, prices are lower here. Quality- Salad - 1 star. I was told they only put on their salad, what they have available on the pizza line....so, no garbanzo beans, green beans, kidney beans, beets, baby corn, sprouts, avocado, cottage cheese, other mixed salads, sunflower seeds, broccoli or cauli. The lettuce on my salad was very, very brown around the edges. It was old and had been out too long. The serving was substantial. I received a small packet of dressing. Quality- Pizza - 4 star. The pizza was very good. The dough was fresh, soft and flavorful. The toppings were not abundant, but not too minimal. I ended up taking some of the extra mushrooms and peppers on my leftover and un-eaten salad, to put on my pizza. I chose this place because I travel here a lot, and their website attracted me (the family setting, etc.). I was impressed by this and thought that it would have been a 5-star experience. Worst customer service! Called to place a carry out order. No hi or thanks for choosing... Just "what do you want?" I said carry out. I'd like two pizzas with bogo offer. The online order for bogo was confusing so I asked some questions to which I got no help. He said what time? I said 5:30 and he said "you could have lead with that". I placed my order and he gave me a price and with no other word hung up. I called back and asked to talk to his supervisor and he said he was the supervisior. I told him his customer service sucked and I'd like to cancel my order. He said he was only rude because I was. At that point he says "have a good day" and hangs up. Ah, so disappointing! Recently moved to Pullman from Southern CA, and on Mother's Day one of the few places opened at 9pm besides Mc Donald's, Taco Bell and Jimmy John's. Ordered 2 Pies for take out. The Perfection: onions, pepperoni, sausage, green pepper, mushrooms and black olives. BOGO so the other Ham and Pineapple. Paid $23 for a large, so for the money not a bad deal for two large pies, but the pizza was terrible and very skimpy on lower quality toppings. Lots of sugar in their crust which was very chewy/doughy, and very bland overall. Just a step up from a frozen pie. 3 staff members working, and place was dead. Employee who took our order pleasant enough, but it's a no frills establishment at best. Limited seating, so best to take away. Not a repeat for me, but assume a good place for college kids wanting a place for cheap eats. Good place to take to a birthday party for a bunch of kids, or an office for a lunch party. Good place for the only place open in town, that wasn't a hamburger or sandwich, but then again new to the area and definitely will not repeat the experience. read more

I generally think that all pizza tastes the same, but I thought that the PP was above average for delivery/fast food. I didn't want to cook, I was very hungry & the speed of delivery won me over initially. The staff is friendly, they made a mistake on our order & sent a replacement quickly with were apologetic. Okay so this is embarrassing. I have literally ordered pizza perfection every weekend for the last three weeks (last weekend I even ordered it twice). For $14 you get a two topping medium pizza, breadsticks of your choosing (I choose cinnamon because YUM), and two 16 ounce sodas. Not only is it cheap, the pizza is fantastic, and the cinnamon sticks are to die for! So yes, if you need pizza delivered in Pullman forget the big franchises! Pizza Perfection will deliver exactly what your taste buds are asking for. Update: Lost one start due to price hike that puts them more in line with other local pizza chains. The mediocre pizzas were worth the price until one day I decided to pay for extra toppings. The extra toppings were on the pizza (very thin) but the original toppings were missing. Imagine ordering a pepperoni pizza and paying something like $4 extra to add ham and sausage and getting only ham and sausage on what was supposed to be a pepperoni pizza WITH ham and sausage. After PizzaP raised their prices the other chains aren't any more expensive anyway for a better pizza so the choice is clear. read more

I've lived in Pullman for over 4 years now, and I realize the standard of restaurants isn't as high as a bigger city. However, this was pretty terrible food even for this area. I ordered a Sicily and a pesto pizza with a side of bread. Whoever made the pesto pizza did a terrible job with the toppings. One slice had 7 whole cloves of garlic. The rest had none. I tasted the part with no garlic and it was pretty bad. I am really hungry and I had no desire to eat anymore. The Sicily was more edible but seriously not good enough to bother ever spending money on again. I thought it had a very weird taste that I don't trust. The bread was maybe the worst of all. It had a ton of generic dry Italian seasoning on top that really ruined it. I'm guessing they are buying the cheapest ingredients they can find. If you want a better pizza restaurant I'd recommend smokey mountain pizza in Moscow, or you could even do better with a frozen pizza in my opinion. read more
