Very mixed bag of reviews here - we ordered takeout so I can't speak to the dine in experience, but our takeout order went smoothly. On Mondays, orders online are discounted at 35% so we got two pizzas for ~$20, which is an excellent deal. You get the option to customize your pizza so I went for half anchovies - you get a wide array of different options for your toppings, which I like. The crust was a bit stuff and not very flavorful, but the cheese, toppings and sauce were all pretty solid. Overall, the food was good - especially for the prize point. It's not the best pizza in the world (or even in the area), but still not bad for the low price that it was. read more

I think the people complaining here are snowflakes. This is a small business that doesn't have all of the bells and whistles of a chain. The dough they use is some kind of cripsy and fluffy sourdough (or something). It's really good. Lot of maillard browning effect on the crust and cheese. The underside of the slices had a paper thin "crunch". Overall, incredibly good. I also think I got a 22" pie when I ordered a 16". I think it's because I used some manners when I ordered, and paid with cash. Small businesses love cash for obvious reasons. 5/5 would recommend! read more

The crust is awful. It is powdery with unincorporated flour. That's dry and nasty. Only college kids desperate for cheap eats, and drunk most of the time, can tollerate this quality of food. The local people want better quality. Maybe that's why they give away so many two for ones, because honestly I don't want one pizza, let alone two from this establishment. The crust is always doughy under the toppings because it isn't a properly risen dough. They don't know how to stretch and oil treat the pizza crust. Most crusts are garlic olive oil with sea salt brushed to make them more flavorful on the crust of a pizza to make it more appealing. l feel, especially when the dough itself has no added flavor, there should be an added dipping sauce. These pizzas have no extra sauce to compensate for the lack of crust flavors every other pizza shop in town offers. But these dense, never rising flavorlesss crusts are the most insulting excuse for pizza I've ever seen. read more

The Pullman location has the BEST pizza around. So I ordered a simple two topping pizza with some bread sticks and drinks. We came to pick it up early and it was cold, and overcooked. They went way too light on the toppings. I'm talking you're lucky if you got two linguica slices on one piece. Like this was mostly a cheese pizza. Very disappointed. This place messes up my order without fail over and over. We will quit going for a while and then try again and same issue. The person on the phone is never patient, talks over you, then writes it down wrong. When you ask them to remake them - they act like you being unreasonable. This is the lowest rating I can give. If I could give zero stars I would. Our non profit school ordered over 40 pizzas and when we ordered we thought like what the website says it was BOGO. When we went to pick them up for our schools PTO book sale the price was double what it should have been. Our PTO president tried to speak to the manager and he wouldn't even give his name and blamed it on the PTO and said BOGO is only on first two which they didn't tell us or we would have order elsewhere. They refuse to make this right and the money that the book fair was supposed to bring in was significantly less. So less books for the school. My family will not be spending any more money here and will let everyone we know to not go here as well. Pizza Perfection you shouldn't treat non profits who bring tons of money to your establishment this way. Shame on you!! read more

They girl I ordered from was super nice, she has purple and pink hair and is super friendly every time I go. However the last time ordered, I watched a guy in the kitchen make my pizza, young college student short brown hair, put sauce on my pizza and wipe some off with his finger that fell of the side and flick his finger to put it back on the pizza. GROSS! He then pretended to lick his finger towards his co-worker and wiped his hand by sticking his entire hand in the cheese. read more

When suggested that they give a discount for being almost 90 minutes late, the excuse was there were only two people. I've always ordered pizza for work events and personally. I've always had a good experience. Customer service has always been friendly and my order has always been right. I usually order a 12" Hawaiian or pepperoni and olive. I love the crust and their sauce. If I need a large pizza for several people, I order the monster! You can't beat the value! The pizza is very good, and so is the service! There are many sauces and toppings to choose from, or you can order one of their pre-configured combinations. They add plenty of toppings to the pizza, no need to order "double" or "heavy" on anything. The crust is chewy, and has good bones all the way to the edge. There is just the right amount of cheese. The lady who runs the place is very friendly and acknowledges everything you ask for on your pizza. She promises it will be made within 15 minutes, and it was! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm not sure if the gray haired man who helped me was the owner or a manager--but what a nasty piece of work. I paid for over $200 of pizza to preorder for a children's event I was hosting. Not only was he short, rude, and obviously DIDN'T want to help me because he walked away several times and went back to prepping dough despite that I was standing there ordering and asking him questions about cost--not unreasonable considering there was no menu up anywhere in the shop. When asked if the pizza could be cut into squares (like they have before)--he insisted they absolutely could not. I explained that it was for children and we would not have access to cutlery between pickup/drop off, still unwilling to help. I begged. And begged. He finally agreed to put a note in but couldn't guarantee. Again--despite that I have been present at events with their pizza when it WAS cut into squares. Next day--they cut the top box and none of the other 5. Event was a disaster as kids were fighting over giant slices they couldn't finish. Not sure what's up with the place. The people are very nice, but have smoked ine to many bowls. Half the time they don't get the prices correct, unless you remind them what they are. They forgot my drink for my order twice, and don't bother 2 whole hours before closing, because apparently they wont deliver with 2 whole hours left, but I've ordered later and closer to closing, and it wasn't a problem. Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, went to pick it up and when I got home and opened the box there was literally a few pieces of BBQ chicken on the pizza, half of the pieces didn't even have any meat on them. So naturally I called them to inquire as to why there was a lack of meat on the pizza. The manager responded that I must return the pizza so they can look at it. I told them I lived 20 minutes away and couldn't come in and he told me "sorry, can't do anything" I asked if he could at least notate my account so I wouldn't have to drive all the way back into town to which he replied "Sorry the owner is a stickler for these things" As a business owner I can say that THIS is an example of POOR customer service. The sell my favorite pizza of all time: half boss (mustard, sausage, sauerkraut), half pork luau (bbq sauce, pulled pork, pineapple). Yum!!! Also, the breadsticks are excellent--big, chewy, tender, tasty. And I really like their salads--any toppings you want for one low price. It isn't the best pizza in town, but it is some of the most affordable. It is open just as late at Pizza Hut and Dominoes and is much better than those two places. So it definitely fits the college needs. Can be a little dry somehow, but is still good for throwing a party. Really recommend doing carry-out because the buy one get one free is no joke. read more

Honestly, if you're not gonna pick it up don't bother, price-wise. That said, if you are picking it up (2-for-one) then it is absolutely worth it. Their pizza is okay, but I had the unfortunate experience of meeting the owners. In a college town, you sometimes get business owners that actually seem to dislike their customers, or at least feel like they can abuse them. They are unfortunately teaching that bad attitude to their employees. I've had several employees so rude that I've given up on this place. Piehole, Dominos, Pizza Hut... all are better and actually seem to appreciate their customers. It was a stretch to give them 2 stars, but I had to be fair, since their pizza is alright (although inconsistent). All other reviews are spot on as well.
