I ordered the Hut bundle from n carry out. It comes with 2 medium specialty pizza, 8 wings with sauce of my choice, and breadstick of my choice. The cheesy sticks were great. The supreme pizza was ok. The second was a meat lovers with jalapeño and add extra jalapeños. It had exactly 8 jalapeños with an upcharge of 4+ dollars. And the hot wings had a small amount of sauce on 2 wings. I was very disappointed in the quality as I payed just over 50$ with tip. It's as if the workers at this Pizza Hut didn't care much or were lazy. Or both. I will likely not go back as this was not my first less than stellar experience. read more

We got the wings. General consensus was much better than expected! Wings were good quality, sauce was great (I got garlic parm), and came in a round box that you could shake up to spread the sauce around (nice touch!). We walked into Pullman WA pizza Hut for lunch this afternoon and sat down because no one was up front and all of the tables were empty. A girl came from the back room and threw menus on our table and said she guessed she would take care of this too because she obviously didn't have enough to do already. There was a young guy who came out from the back also and went to the restroom. She came back to our table and we asked if she wanted us to leave and she said , no its fine I am here by myself and have a lot of shit to do. We decided to leave and she said we wasted her time. I let her know that we didn't want to eat somewhere the servers throw menus at us and have a bad attitude because we showed up and she wasted our time also and that I was putting the experience on yelp. Really depends on the staff. College town so some turnover but generally this location does right by its customers. You can eat in or take it to go. Delivery is also an option! They revamped the menu a few years back and many stores received updates. This location is near the outskirts of town. You'll have no issues finding parking all around the store though. The indoor seating is "cozy" but I think most people just takeout or order delivery anyway. You have a lot of pizza options in Pullman but speed and quality wise Pizza Hut will take care of you. On a busy weekend everywhere is full and behind on orders. This location doesn't generally see a lot of action thus quick service. The pizzas take a bit longer than other local locations but that means more attention to detail. They offer all the national deals and some local Coug specials from time to time. I really like my local Pizza Hut in Pullman. During the winter when it's snowy, I get delivery, and the pizzas are always brought to the door on time and by very nice WSU students (99% of the time). Whether we've ordered pizzas for delivery when there's too much ice in the roads or I'm tired after work, or for pick-up, the pizzas are always hot, yummy, and exactly what we ordered. Granted, I place all my orders online, but it's the humans on the other end who have to make them correctly & they do. I love their pan pizzas, and I'm eating one right now! This is typical of their great service & why I like them: tonight I ordered two Large pan pizzas, one vegetarian (for me) & one with meat. I pre-paid online. When I got there, they had run out of large pan crusts (they make a certain number every morning, I think the young woman at the counter said --it was loud due to being a Friday night during March Madness) so for the same price they made me four Medium pizzas, two of each! (They tried to call me, but I missed it, so they had to guess what to do.) I was totally happy with this solution, though! (And I'm sure if I had wanted a refund & two Mediums, they would have done that.) Despite the general craziness of a busy night, my pizzas with extra cheese, mushroom, & pineapple are great, and my husband's 3 topping pizzas (all pepperoni, half chicken & half beef, then half pineapple & half green pepper) are, too. The vegetables are always fresh & tasty, including when I've ordered spinach. Plus, they even got all 5 toppings right on his "I'll get multiple halves as 'three' toppings" right. Most pizza parlors don't let you get different toppings in halves without paying the price for a whole topping, so this is something else I like about our Pullman Pizza Hut. Great employees (always polite & cheerful when I've been there or they've come to my house for delivery) and great food, even if they have to double your order! read more

The Pullman Pizza Hut is fantastic! For my first time ordering from them, I had a great experience. As a vegan, ordering pizza can be tricky. The woman on the phone was super friendly and helpful in offering veggie pizzas. I ordered a thin crust, no cheese, veggie pizza. We were very disappointed in Pizza Hut tonight. Ordered an appetizer, we waited, and waited ... they were finally served with the meal. Salad bar was bare on salad, but had tons of vanilla pudding, WTH? The broccoli on salad bar was dirty and in large clumps, carrot sticks dry and bitter tasting. The personal pan pizza crusts were doughy. We tried the cheese bread, but eventually left them because it just wasn't good. Additionally, we had to go to the counter twice to ask for things like refills and another plate; only given two for a three person table. And, when no check arrived after being there for an hour, I went back to the counter to get my check. The business seems to be run by college kids with zero management. We hadn't been there in years because of lack of quality food and bad service. Looks like things haven't changed. read more

The food is good, when it's cooked right.....My order the other night was burnt on top and I do mean burnt (You couldn't tell the topping from the cheese) but that definitely beats last week when all 3 pizzas (for a little girl's sleepover) were doughy and undercooked. *Sigh* In their defense, I didn't contact the store to complain (I always feel like a jerk when I complain) so I didn't really give them a chance to make things right but I'm sure they would have. The worst Pizza Hut I have ever visited - in my opinion. We went in to order four pizzas for our group. The woman at the cash register couldn't answer basic questions about pricing. We suggested she get her manager who never actually answered our questions but just started ringing us up. It was slow, tedious and silly. We finally got through to them what we wanted - told them when we wanted the pizza delivered, asked four separate times for plates, forks and napkins and reminded them of the time. It was Noon - we expected the pizza at 4:45. At 5pm they called and said they were one drink short and wanted to know what we wanted. We said ANYTHING - they finally show up - and no plates, no napkins, no forks. Have these people ever eaten pizza before? It's messy. The worst part was that we paid more than $100 for all this and it tasted like tepid, worn out, cardboard. Nasty - truly nasty tasting pizza. The Pizza Hut organization should be truly ashamed that this place uses their name. NEVER going back. read more

I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for a pepperoni pizza and wings... Just for them to show up late, cold and soggy. Not to mention, two of my items were missing completely from the order. When I called the store they said "well we are closed and still have 3 orders to go out" I replied "well I have an incomplete order that I paid for!" Took about 45 minutes to get our pizza. I asked for paper plates and napkins since we are in a hotel room. The girl at Pizza hut told me they were out of paper plates but would make sure we get plenty of napkins. When the pizza was delivered...no napkins. Placed an order over the phone in the afternoon for delivery at 7:15 that evening to be delivered to a local church. The person on the phone asked for the address which I even spelled out the street name and said the church name at least 3 times. Delivery arrived at the local hospital main entrance (?) at 7:22pm (late). Due to a loud group of kids I was working with, I missed their call and 30 minutes later, the cold pizzas were delivered to the church. This was the first time I tried having a delivery made vs. carry out from other pizza places. On the receipt it had the correct address but somehow got the hospital main entrance written on the delivery instructions. The person inputting the order needs to be more careful and the delivery person should check not only the instructions but verify it to the address!!! Very disappointed, not sure if I will ever try this again. It put a huge strain on the evening because my person waiting for the order was away for 30 minutes and I didn't have extra help with my event. read more
