It arrived with half of its ingredients charred to a crisp and inedible, was cut BEYOND unevenly, it was *supposed* to be pan but somehow they'd compressed it into a crunchy jerky-disk, and we're POSITIVE our driver stopped during his delivery route to light up. When he arrived he wouldn't get close to our door, never offered an apology for the wait, joked about how he'd "forgotten his last order's sauces", struggled just to get our pizza out of the delivery bag, and refused to make eye contact the entire time. As far as Dominos/Pizza Hut goes, this is one of the best I've eaten at (Delivery-wise, they don't have seating like pizza hut) I almost always get delivery and even on game days I've gotten it very quickly. I live off campus, about 2 miles from the store. A couple of times there have been mistakes, but I've always had them resolved quickly: One time they didn't bring the 4 sauces we had paid for to go with our cheesy bread for a large gathering. I called and they sent them out, the delivery driver came about 10 minutes later with them, a little slower than I would have liked, but still pretty quick. Once they brought 3 pizzas that were correct and 1 that was a strange mix of the 2, they refunded the whole order for us. Sometimes the pan pizza is a little undercooked, but usually it is just perfect. read more

I'll start that we love Dominos pizza. We came to Pullman to celebrate Fathers day. We needed 9 pizzas to feed our extended family. I was a little shocked at the final total but, we had confirmed the order then Jamie said I think we have some coupons that will make it a better deal. So I believed him. Upon the order being delivered my husband told me there was 11 pizzas. I looked at the receipt and we were charged for all 11. I immediately called and spoke with Jamie again. I explained the situation and he said well I don't think we can do anything but I'll check with the manager. Nope, we can't refund for 2pizzas the only thing we could do is refund the whole order. So, I said great refund the whole order and charge me for the 9 that I ordered. Umm, let check with the manger was his response. Back on the phone, nope sorry we can't do that. And that was it. We ordered a pizza, dessert and sodas for delivery at 7pm tonight. At 8:10pm I called to ask where is my pizza? Apparently the drivers were behind and mine was was now second from the top to be delivered. Per their online app our order was done cooking at 7:25 and had been sitting this whole time. Can I give them a -5 star review? Takes four hours for your pizza and breadsticks to be delivered to you, but turns out they forgot the breadsticks. But that's ok, because "you can come to the store to pick them up" which completely defeats the purpose of ordering delivery. But whatever, you paid for them so you might as well go get them. So you go to the store, where they almost seem mad that you want your sticks. You wait a half hour, because they "cannot find" your breadsticks. They are mad they have to make more...even though other customers probably also want breadsticks. You wait for them to finish making breadsticks. They find your original breadsticks from four hours ago and give you those. This was on a Tuesday night, you can't tell me they were busy, you can't tell me there's an excuse. But since living here and ordering pizza from Domino's, they have taken hours to deliver my order, my orders have arrived cold, I had an order that was never delivered, they delivered my order to someone else's house, and then accused me of lying about not receiving my order. Absolute worst dominos in existence. A bunch of college students working there, who do not care about how the food is prepared. I've ordered from here so many times, one day your pizza is raw, the next day they don't put enough sauce, there hand tossed crust is always changing one day it's thicker one day it's thin as paper. Most recently and most frustrating is how greasy they make the pizza, never ever have I ordered from anywhere else and been given such trash, my whole box looks like there was an oil spill and this is unacceptable. Okay... let's fix their review rating, how about that? I think I can say, with utmost surety, that both of the previous reviews are either a complete fluke or a load of bullocks. I've been ordering pizzas from here since August 16th (I believe that was the date of my first order), and I've not ONCE had a problem with them, their delivery service, or wait times. OR the pizzas. It's usually significantly faster than advertised as well. And let's be honest here, truthfully? The pan pizzas are SUPPOSED to be "doughier". And in reply to Nick's review, why didn't you call the store and let them know about your supposed undercooked pizza? Domino's is supposed to check, and then double check your pizzas--no, your entire order--before the driver walks out the door. So where's your problem? You just don't like pan pizzas! Don't turn off other possible customers simply because you don't like their style of pan pizza (which, in my not-so-humble opinion, is SIGNIFICANTLY better than Pizza Hut's). I'd love to be able to send a review in for each subsequent order, just to get your average score up, but, alas, I cannot. So I will just write this longwinded review out to compliment you on your performance. I'm sure a few of you likely realize who I am already, but I'll explain it in plain English just in case you don't: I'm the guy who always orders two ham + pineapple pizzas (usually gluten free--but it depends on whether or not I can afford the super-expensive crust or not :P ), bread bites, and sometimes two 2L pops. Jeez, I've spent hundreds and hundreds at your store alone in the past semester here at WSU. Easily hundreds. I've saved a total of $191 on delivery fees since Dec. 2012 from Domino's partnership with ShopRunner (huge bonus if you order as much as I do! Those $2-3.50 savings truly do add up, and even after only a year!!) My leg is actually crippled and I have extreme difficulty walking, so I splurge on pizzas most of the time simply because I can't make it to the grocery store to pick up foods on my own. I have to walk with a cane, and it's just too freezing this time of year to walk the 20 minutes to Dissmores (let alone taking a bus ride over to Wal-Mart--I'll usually end up calling a taxi to and from Wal-Mart to go home x.x). ANYWAY. To cut a long story short, I just wanted to say thanks for all of the pizzas; you've delivered them all perfectly, without fail or error (or harm!) to the pizza itself. Usually it's just lukewarm and more bland than other dominos I have eaten at. Their specialty chicken bites are pretty decent, and I like that you can track progress online. 9/13/2019 I picked up a pizza four days ago. I walked all the way home without opening the box, excited to dig in to my chicken, bacon, garlic parmesan white sauce pizza. I opened the box and experienced utter disappointment. The pizza was sauced up in marinara sauce. I called back hoping to get a remake to my correct order, however business was flowing & I said I could call back when it's not as hectic. Flash forward to tonight & I call domino's to explain the situation, the gentleman on the phone seemed to understand and proceeded to ring in the pizza and said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I show up to get my pizza at the 20 minute mark and come to find out they don't remake pizzas after 24 hours for free. I said, "really? he just told me to come get it for free in 15-20 minutes." she replied with "who did you talk to?", then I proceeded to avoid hassle & pay for it since it was already made. I asked how much and she said $17.xx for a medium two topping handmade pan pizza. Domino's you have some customer service & some pricing issues to work on. I want to say that i like the food here but compared to other pizza the crust is mediocre but the toppings doesn't taste that bad. I had the wings and the breading was too soft, i like somewhat crunchy wings i think they bake them instead of deep fry thats gross. I had the parmesan bites and those were actually pretty good! Ordered a "future delivery" . Food was delivered 30 minutes early which wouldn't have been so bad except the food was cold by the time I had my lunch break...which is why I scheduled the delivery for a certain time.... THEN, the food I recieved wasn't the food I ordered. When I called the store about it I was hung up on twice, accidentally?, and informed that i got what I ordered. When I objected they offered me a refund but since I payed cash they wanted to write down my name and have me come in to get it.... ummm no. I told them that wouldn't work for me so they put me on hold for 10 minutes before telling me they would send the delivery driver back with the refund. I never had a good experience with Dominos pizza in the past. My family have pizza nights once a week so we are regular pizza eaters. When I was living in spokane I called in for a delivery. My kids and I waited for more than an hour, finally I called the store and the person that answered yelled at me saying that if I cannot wait to get my food delivered he will gladly cancel it. It made angry.. but this location in pullman is AMAZING! I finally gave in and tried them again after 3 years and this time they did not disappoint! I order online and it usually says that it will take between 18-35 minutes . They are so fast that they have gotten my food hot and within 10 minutes of placing my order. No exaggeration. I am just so happy with this experience that I have decided to write a review. Keep it up Dominos! read more

I tried this Domino's pizza last night for the first time. They are relatively new and I usually get Pizza Hut but Domino's had a good deal online so I went with them. I ordered online and the food arrived quickly and the delivery driver was very friendly. My order was correct but the pizza was not good. I ordered a medium pan pizza and the pizza was undercooked and very doughy. I could not eat it and threw it out. I would not recommend this Domino's.
