Ordered Wooster's for the first time! I love a good wood fired pizza! I ordered a Grandma's slice and a regular White Pie. The Grandma's slice was flavorful and ample for a quick on the go bite to eat. The White Pie intrigued me bc I love ricotta and caramelized onions; however it was pretty dry and I wasn't expecting the sesame seed crust (it didn't say in the description it would have sesame seeds, though other pies did have seeds). I love the dollops of ricotta, but wish it were spread more evenly on all the slices, as I had to take some ams put it on other slices for everyone to try. Overall, I enjoyed Wooster's a lot. Even though they got busy while I was there, the service was amazing and they made our pizza promptly. They were also kind and accommodated us wanting specialty toppings on half and plain cheese on half. The ambiance was also awesome. They had it decorated beautiful for Christmas, and you can hear the crackle of the wood burning in the oven. read more

I was worried we might get a bad pizza with some of the one star reviews. But we were pleasantly surprised with a delicious, flavorful pizza. We tried the cheese with basil and the Bennet. Both were amazing. The young men running the register were friendly and offered great service. Definitely more of a casual feel inside. Very family friendly. We will be back. read more

Worst experience ever. Mom ordered a slice from the very scary looking selections in the glass case (It all looked like it had been there all day!) I decided on a pastrami sandwich that sounded good. Mom was served her pepperoni which was so black and burnt she could hardly bite it. And I waited. And waited. Went inside to check, and the kid behind the counter was trying to wrestle open a pastrami package, they hadn't even started it yet! (I might add, this was 3pm on a Thursday and there was NO ONE there) I went back out and waited, checked, and waited again! Finally after 30 mins I asked for a refund. He tried to excuse himself saying the bread was moldy and he had to get new, he had been cleaning for the health inspector, blah blah, million excuses. Then said he wasn't sure he knew how to refund me. Are you kidding me right now?? He ended up giving me cash back instead of crediting my card, not happy about that, and I left hungry and irritated. Do NOT come here. Also, I don't blame the terrible service on the 2 kids working, I blame the management! These kids had no idea what they were doing. I highly recommend "The Nicky", it's delicious with generous amounts of meat, garlic, and sesame seeds. The black haired college guy behind the counter was super kind, and an apt conversationalist. Stopped by here on a rainy Saturday night. Left deeply disappointed. There was limited seating which is expected on a weeknight, but when we did find a table no one came to wipe it down or clear all the previous garbage and plates. We had to take matters into our own hands. Once we put in one order of breadsticks and it took 45 mins to get them. And they were not cooked enough. Super doughy. I find this ridiculous on how burnt and cold all there items are. I personally used to work at a wood fire pizza place and still continue to work at wood fire places. I'm surprised the level of burnt food hasn't given a health hazard warning by Idaho state. To explain why let's start with burnt balls or other word "Garlic knots" comes in like 8ish piece. Served cold cause they have been sitting out and super burnt. Marinara was no wear near okay quality. Pizzas are cooked one by one and take pretty much for flipping ever. We had ordered the pepperoni and the white pizza. They have pretty basic/ordinary pizzas but placed 2nd worst pizza I've ever had... congrats?! Their pizza has absolutely no flavor. I was so confused because the smell is there but no flavor? Thought I had Covid because I couldn't taste anything. I don't understand the pepperoni being little to none... when they're miniature in size. We had plenty of leftovers for the next day, (it was horrible so we hardly touched it) when we went to take the pizza out there was bright artificial blue coloring on the white pizza's cheese. That was a little unsettling to see. We ended up throwing out all the pizza after seeing that! I'm not sure how people gave this place 5 stars... unless it's a bunch of friends of the owners (embarrassing). The staff here were so friendly and awesome. The music is just the right volume and it was very comfortable inside. We were told it would be 30 minutes, but our garlic knots came out quickly so we were happy to wait. Garlic knots- think about the best garlic fries you ever had and then multiply it. These were hot, fluffy and covered in garlic with more garlic to scoop up. For the pizza, it was thin and wood-fired and wonderful. We chose a standard cheese pizza and added pepperoni, bacon, and garlic. I will have dreams about that pizza. read more

Brought my granddaughter here for a slice and drink, unfortunately only options were in the display that looked like they had been in there for a long while. She ordered garlic knots and was told those would take a while because the guy had to make them. We envisioned fresh bake plump knots and were served what looked like a pile of undercooked dough balls all stuck together! They marinara dipping sauce was fermented!! Couldn't do it!! I ordered a salad that was served in a to-go box dated 11/5, I opened it and all the lettuce w dawas brown and wilted, any veggies were all soggy. I was in disbelief that they would serve this, needless to say I had to take it back to the counter and told them this was inedible!! The Grandma slice is great. I eat it day after day and don't get tired of it, and don't add any of the many (tasty) hot sauces.

Just a bland, tasteless slice served by someone that really didn't want to be there that day... After almost a year of living here, this is it. The best pizza in Moscow/Pullman. It's a thin pizza, with a light layer of sauce and cheese. It's a little unassuming from the look, but the flavor is phenomenal. The dough is flavorful and has amazing texture. My husband and I can easily eat an 18 inch pizza, purely on how good it tastes. Ordered two of their meat pizzas. First one that came out was over cooked and messy, tasted ok. The second pizza was much better, wasn't burnt looking and the meat was evenly placed around the pie, tasted good. The tables were clean. Gave 3 stars for the complete lack of customer service. No greeting when we walked in and never asked how the food was or if we needed anything when they brought the 2nd pizza several minutes later. The water dispenser stopped working while we were filling our cup, when we asked about it they said they didn't have any other water 'sorry' and didn't offer an alternate option. Poor eye contact, no smiles, no 'thanks for your business', etc. This is our 4th visit and haven't had consistent food quality or service. read more

Inconsistently good. When Wooster's first opened the pizza's were delicious. As time went on it appeared the owners were not in and quality control is absent. It is so inconsistent and disappointing.
